The pie chart shows the fields chosen by nursing graduates in the UK in 2009, while the accompanying table details the employment percentage of 6 different medical occupations. Overall, the majority of the graduate students opted for working in healthcare sector. While the most popular employment position was becoming a hospital nurse, followed by midwives and community nurses, the remaining jobs had fewer graduates.
Turning to details, the health care sector, employing 84% of the nursing graduates, was the most common destination compared to other categories. Students deciding to balance their work and studies came second, recording 8%, which was twice the proportion of unemployed graduate students. Lastly, both further study and other unspecified destination accounted for 2%.
Delving deeper into employment statistics within the healthcare sector, it can be observed that 72.9% of the workforce was made up of hospital nurses. Midwives and community nurses, accounting for respective figures of 12.4% and 10.3%, were far less popular than hospital nurses. The proportion of those in other unspecified professions, paramedics, and mental nurses was under 3%, making them the least favored options across all medical positions.

fast success builds ego, slow success builds character... don't rush the process, trust it instead!
have never been fond of such phrases in my early 20s, but as time has passed, i now see more to what they mean. sometimes, you are not handed accomplishments on a silver platter even if you deserve them and yada yada. perhaps, it is a part of a bigger plan, the Almighty has planned for you, which will taste like nothing you have ever achieved. i still maintain my favorite quote though, trust the process regardless of the outcomes.
Because, i have been there, when i got so much success at once, i was so confused and made wrong decisions, lack of a better word, picked wrong lanes. however, recently, with nothing to be ungrateful for, i have been facing pitfalls of harsh and unforgiving life, of course, in my mind (overthinking). anyhow, i am more than happy for the turn of events since i know, it is nothing more than a test that can help build character. last but not least, it would be a sin to forget that everything happens for a reason, and let that reason be another lesson paving the way for us to achieve true greatness in life.

The only reason people work hard is to earn more money. There are no other reasons to do it.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Some argue that earning high salaries is the sole reason for people to work hard in their chosen field. While there are several professions that people take on for other reasons than earning well, I believe that money is the ultimate reason most individuals put in extra effort at work.
The fact that people in certain spheres such as education and healthcare are more determined for non-materialistic intentions cannot be denied. This is mostly because these fields are connected with people’s emotional and physical well-being: educators help students to find their way in life and doctors save their lives when necessary. When these public servants see the positive effects their hard work has on the public, they tend to feel accomplished and continue to accommodate their needs even when earning lower salaries. Take the example of the Covid-19 outbreak. While individuals from other professions stayed in the comfort of their homes, doctors, unlike others, continued to assist the sick and vulnerable during times of crisis regardless of obvious health threats and receiving only average salaries.
However, ultimately, earning high salaries is the main reason behind workaholism and determination for many working individuals. Given today’s job market and its pay statistics, it is not uncommon for people to seek out positions with higher salaries, particularly when a decent standard of living is taken into account. Specifically, with volatile inflation levels, many working-class individuals are not able to provide for their families and other dependents, say, old parents and children. As a result, they work harder and cover extra shifts in order to achieve financial stability as well as climb the career ladder. A clear example is a comparison between work ethics and standards in the 20th century and the present day. Compared to the past, when the average work shift was 4-5 hours, people now tend to work longer hours, ranging from 8 to 12.
In conclusion, while some, like teachers and doctors, are driven by fulfillment, most work hard primarily for financial independence, but rising living costs and economic pressures make higher salaries the key motivator in today’s workforce. In my view, while passion and dedication exist in certain fields, monetary rewards remain the primary driving force behind strong work ethic and determination.

I have written hundreds of essays last year alone, but I can confidently say that hard work did not help at all. Now, I am trying to work smart by reducing my mistakes to a minimum with the support of online platforms, say, Chat GPT. Perhaps, it is the key to achieve higher in the exam rather than writing many papers. I am not using this platform to write, but to check and edit some parts of my essay, like, at least, 10% of it. Usually, there are two or three vocabulary and grammar mistakes along with some inappropriate connections and point developments. Try this method, you won't regret 📌

Task 2: Some high school students leave school without a good understanding of how to manage their money. What are the reasons for this? What can be done to improve their understanding?
It has been argued that some of the high school students graduate without a decent grasp of money management skills, which called for a debate over exploring the reasons behind this problem and proposing viable strategies to improve students’ financial literacy. While the lack of financial education and employment experience are the key factors at play, I believe that there are several ways to enhance money skills of students through the introduction of well-implemented workshops and part-time jobs during school time.
One major reason why school students lack the skills to manage their resources lies in poor education system. In many countries, particularly in developing ones, schools do not offer quality finance lessons to teach the value of money and the means they can save and invest in a proper way. This is mainly because of the scarcity of educators in fields like economics and finances as well as the diminishing interest in school employment among young talents. Take my home country, Uzbekistan, as an example. It is expected to have a financial crisis in two years’ time according to responsible officials as the majority of the Uzbek population is under a debt to government thanks to loans and mortgages. This is a clear example of how poor understanding of money management skills can lead to ever-lasting financial strains on the public. Another crucially equal reason is the fact that many students do not have any work experience. In reality, it is unreasonable to assume one to handle their resources well without ever earning any money, thereby struggling to deal with financial hardships that come with adult life. If they had been employed in part-time jobs to say the least, money mismanagement would have been prevented as a whole.
Notwithstanding these factors, I think that there is still hope to help students learn to manage their money more effectively. First and foremost, governments and private businesses should take initiative via informative money management programs as an added to benefit to usual economics lessons at schools. Supposing students listen to a business owner giving a talk about allocating resources properly, they would be more likely to heed the financial advice and make use of the techniques and tips. For example, the owner of world-class company – Microsoft – Bill Gates has provided a number of speeches to students of different ages, explaining the importance of investment, savings account, and the avoidance of resource misallocation. Along with this, students themselves should take action as well. For starters, they can sign up for part-time employment positions, especially those with lower wages to learn money management the hard way, resulting in increased appreciation for saving resources when necessary. Besides this, with actual resources at hand, young learners earn a chance to have some experience with handling personal budget in terms of covering basic expenses, supporting their families, and saving up money for future unexpected events.
In conclusion, poor financial education and limited work experience are key reasons why high school graduates struggle with money management. However, introducing practical workshops and encouraging part-time jobs can help students develop better financial skills. A joint effort from schools, governments, and students is essential to enhance financial literacy and prepare them for future challenges.

February 13 PBI task 2
In some societies, sports and entertainment figures are more valued than professionals such as doctors and teachers.
Why is this the case, and do you consider it a positive or negative trend?
Since the emergence of the internet, it has become easier for people, especially some entertainers and sports stars, to acquire recognition from the public. Some argue that this trend has left important public figures such as doctors and teachers undervalued. This essay will explore the underlying reasons behind this development and decide if it is a positive or negative one as a whole.
Understandably so, the importance of crucial public servants like doctors and teachers has diminished in recent years, compared to sports and entertainment figures. The main factor lies in the way people perceive the work both parties put in. Supposedly, in the eyes of the public, workers in education and healthcare are not more than professionals whose help they receive once necessary. However, sports professionals and entertainment stars appear on television, the internet, and on other platforms more frequently, thereby inflicting more influence on the audiences. In addition, it is also not just ‘cool’ to be a teacher or doctor nowadays because of the modern stereotypes which suggest that all these individuals do is study and act like geeks. The main problem with these two instances is strongly rooted in the public perception, which calls for a reconsideration.
Although this disbalance in value between the two is somewhat justified, I firmly side with the idea that important individuals such as teachers and doctors should be given the much-needed respect they deserve. Obviously, sports or entertainment professionals spend years before they become famous and end up under spotlight, albeit the same is the case for people in fields like education and health care. For example, say, a doctor or teacher has to complete years of training and studies just for an assistant position offering lower than average wage. Despite this, they continue doing so since material achievement is not the main goal, but the emotional and physical well-being of the humanity is. Due to these rather unrecognized differences in overall ambition to say the least, we should respect and support these selfless and genuine public servants as they make a significant contribution to our lives now and in the long-term.
In conclusion, while the rise of the internet has contributed to the growing recognition of entertainers and sports stars, it has also led to the undervaluation of essential public servants like doctors and teachers. Despite the influence of modern stereotypes and public perceptions, the dedication and impact of educators and healthcare professionals are unmatched. Therefore, it is crucial to restore the respect and appreciation they rightfully deserve, as their contributions are fundamental to the well-being and progress of society.

Feeling bad?
The thing is that 150,000 people died today, and each and every one of them would give everything to take your place.
Count your blessings and keep moving. If you ever find yourself overthinking, depressed, or anxious, think about 150,000 unfortunate ones who do not see the next day.
Guess, there are things to be more grateful for — moments.

which one have you seen before? and here, I will show how you can activate your vocabulary bank. I do it from time to time esp. when I have some time off. It can help you too, most def.
Late Sunday night, I am having a casual conversation with my friends, but at the same time I am trying to wrap my head around how bad my mood is. U may think, I am being deluded or something, and I should get this through my thick skull and move on to be more optimistic about my life. Here, I could not have been more cynical about people’s opinions, especially you, I mean, c’mon. That’s rich, something like this coming from someone like you who is always skeptical about everything like an Antichrist. Though I must admit, it was audacious of you to point that out when I was going crazy. That’s why I do not go out to have fun anymore because I self-identify as a loner, not a pack animal since I just like putting my head down and try to get through difficulties. It is what matters, I mean, taking matters into your own hands even if you cannot see three feet in front of you. If I had not had my wits about me, I would not be able to see my problems and that would have drowned me. When it comes to how I complete this text with a logical ending, well, the jury’s still out on that.

you just go on and on without connecting your sentences to one another. if you can, then well, be my guest and do it, but most of the time, you cannot, esp. when collocations are not related to each other at all.
simple technique, yet works like a charm, supposing you wanna take your speaking to the next level.

Just a quick observation.
From what I have seen, speaking questions, esp. in part 3 can vary from time to time. Don't rely on these questions that much, as the examiners tend to make follow-up questions based on your real time answers.
They are highly trained professionals and they know how to throw you off by asking somewhat unorthodox questions, meaning different to the ones in the app or other sources.
The important skill in speaking is relying on your 'speaking abilities', not predicted or memorized samples. Be ready to embrace unexpected, special, and never-seen q's.
