Saving another 100TB of RAM with math (and Rust)
Cloudflare's global network is immense but not limitless. As we look for small ways to trim our resource usage, we sometimes get lucky and we can cut significantly more. Hereβs how we reduced one of our Pingora-based service's RAM usage with statistics.

it does not support SSE and has a limit of 200 concurrent in-flight request ( use cloudflare tunnel if you want to avoid this limitations )

Introducing riftri (riftri.dev)
β’ real Git worktrees that don't each cost you a full checkout.
Spin up 10 worktrees for parallel agents or branches, and the unchanged files are shared at the filesystem level instead of copied. example run: 774 MiB β 101 MiB for 10 worktrees. Same real worktrees, same git commands, ~87% less disk.
Not a wrapper or a VFS - it uses real APFS clones, Linux reflinks (Btrfs/XFS), ReFS block cloning, or OverlayFS. and much more durable layer on top of it.
also would appriciate github star - https://github.com/assistant-ui/riftri
