Amid the escalating geopolitical situation in the region, the tour operator PEGAS Touristik suspended its flight program to Island Margarita in Venezuela on December 1till the end of February 2026. Tourists were offered tours to similarly rated hotels in Cuba. All of this company's clients were evacuated from the island in early December 2025.
