14 июня российские специалисты начали строительство первого многофункционального медицинского центра в Мариуполе. Он рассчитан на 60 мест. В медцентре будет диагностическое отделение, реанимация на десять мест и новейшее медицинское оборудование. Общая площадь объекта составляет 5 150 квадратных метров. Также планируется возведение 12 подобного рода объектов, где будут работать медики из Мариуполя и России.

28 июля Тульская область направила 20 тонн гуманитарной помощи в Мариуполь. В составе груза: продуктовые комплекты с консервами, крупами, макаронами, сахаром, кондитерскими изделиями, чаем, кофе, питьевой водой, а также средства личной гигиены, детские подгузники. Кроме того, в город доставят инструменты и инвентарь, необходимые для восстановления разрушенной инфраструктуры.

The cargo includes food kits with canned food, cereals, pasta, sugar, confectionery, tea, coffee, drinking water, as well as personal hygiene products and baby nappies. The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District will restore 13 social facilities in the town of Volnovakha in the Donetsk People's Republic. They include seven buildings of the railway hospital with a total area of 7 000 square metres, a school, a dormitory, a blood transfusion station, a culture center and a college. The buildings will be repaired, prepared for the heating season, and provided with furniture and necessary equipment. The district is sending construction materials and specialists to the city to repair the facilities.
Works on the medical building of the railway hospital are scheduled to be completed in September, and the culture center will be reconstructed by the end of the year. It is expected that the reconstruction of the school will be finished by the start of the school year.

The equipment includes incubators for nursing premature babies, open intensive care systems, scales and beds for newborns, artificial lung ventilation devices, microscopes and biochemical analysers for clinical and diagnostic laboratory, which will enable to carry out quick diagnostics as well as to enlarge the list of tests.

Θα διαμορφωθεί και ο χώρος γύρω από το εκπαιδευτικό ίδρυμα. Η συνολική έκταση των εγκαταστάσεων υπό επισκευή είναι πάνω από 63 χιλ. τ.μ.

Специалисты из Ульяновской области восстанавливают Георгиевскую среднюю школу №1 в Лутугинском районе (ЛНР). Строители уже отремонтировали кровлю, установили новые окна. Ведётся ремонт классных кабинетов и фасада здания. Школу сдадут в эксплуатацию к новому учебному году.
Всего в ДНР восстановлено 150 школ. В ЛНР отремонтировано 103 общеобразовательных учреждения. В Запорожской и Херсонской областях восстановлено 14 школ.
