March 15th in Donetsk is the day of mourning for those who died as a result of shelling by a Ukrainian Tochka-U missile.
Which ones of the Ukrainian servicemen is personally responsible for this war crime?
The DPR intelligence obtained a laptop that allegedly belonged to an employee of the headquarters of the united group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass. It contained a report by the chief of artillery on plans for the combat use of the 19th missile brigade against targets in the city of Donetsk. Among the priority targets are the Government House, the radio and television transmitting center and the republican military registration and enlistment office.
The laptop was seized at one of the command centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in Mariupol. And all this beautiful docs are signed by the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass (since March 15, already a former) General Alexander Pavlyuk.
So the chain of command was this:
• The plan for the combat use of Tochka-U missiles in the city of Donetsk was approved by General Vyacheslav Gorbylev, Commander of the Rocket and Artillery Troops of the Ground Forces of Ukraine.
• The direct order to use the Tochka-U missiles was given by the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass, General Alexander Pavlyuk, born in 1970 from Novograd-Volynsky, Zhytomyr region.
• The direct executor is the commander of the 19th missile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Fyodor Yaroshevich, a graduate of the Kazan Higher Command School of Missile Forces named after Marshal of Artillery MN Chistyakov (graduation of 1990).
The names of the military personnel who performed the technical work (activation of the “start” button) were not disclosed. But there is no doubt that they will be found.

This is the green corridor that was established a few hours back as the area got cleared of nationalists.
By now nearly 100 000 of civilians were liberated.

So far many are still too shaken and unable to speak much. They just express their gratitude for being rescued from the nazi batallion that held them there.
The situation is very difficult. There are upto15 000 nazi fighters and ukrainian soldiers in Mariupol. Many got there after receding from other areas. The captured ones have absolutely no knowledge of drastic advance of Russian Mil. Forces:
- Why didn't you surrender earlier, you guys are doomed?
- We had no idea about this, our superiors and the news are saying that ukrainian army is winning.
