Truth: An unmanned drone carrying 50 kg of explosives on board is not capable of inflicting damage on such a scale as in the videos distributed by the Ukrainian side. From the photographs of the affected heating plant, it becomes clear what damage a drone hit can cause: a hole has formed in the roof of the building, a fire has started. But the ceilings did not collapse completely, as happened in the residential building opposite. Such structural damage can just be caused by an air defense missile from the S-300, which carries 150 kg of explosives.

The Ukrainian side is again trying to transfer responsibility for the non-functioning air defense system to the RF Armed Forces.
