They have already found out it was Tochka U. It was intercepted but still some debris has fallen on people. Donetsk haven't seen a mass casualty like this sinse 2015, they say:
20 people are confirmed dead and 9 are wounded.

The group was filled with bots and invitations were scattered around the rest of the resources.
