It turned out that he was a local resident - Artem Kazantsev, born in 1988. He's a graduate of the school where he started the shooting. According to Alexander Brechalov, the person was registered in a neuropsychiatric dispensary.
According to the latest data, 15 people died: 11 children and 4 adults. Also, 24 people were injured: 22 children and 2 adults.
Mourning has been declared in Udmurtia.
Almost immediately after the incident, the RAMP organization, which was previously involved in telephone “mining” of educational institutions, took responsibility for it.
On September 18, the RAMP channel published a post in which Russians are promised that 2022 will be the last year when they "could be like people." Further, according to the authors of the channel, the world is waiting for a new era in which there will be no place for the inhabitants of Russia.
RAMP is clearly a Ukrainian channel.
