Then they set them on fire and transferred them to the territory of the Embassy. Immediately after that, the perpetrators fled the scene.
The explosion of one of the devices occurred in the immediate vicinity of the gas pipe, which poses an immediate danger to the entire building and may indicate the corresponding goals of the intruders.
One of the items did not detonate. As a result of its visual inspection, it was established that it is a full-fledged improvised explosive device stuffed with gunpowder.
As a result of the explosion, significant damage was caused to the Embassy building. The windows in the consular premises were broken, a metal bench was deformed, which was thrown over a 1.5-meter internal fence by a blast wave and thrown 5-7 meters to the side, a metal cabinet for storing things for persons arriving at the consular reception, separate concrete slabs etc.
