🔹 Every year on February 10, Russia pays tribute to many generations of diplomats who served our country and the interests of our people for generations.
🔹Our diplomatic tradition dates back to the year of 838, when the first Russian diplomatic mission was sent to Constantinople (now Istanbul) to establish direct contacts with Byzantine Empire.
🇷🇺 It was our country that initiated the adoption of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples of December 14, 1960 that marked the end of colonialism and affirmed independence for the countries and peoples under the colonial rule.

🇷🇺🇺🇬 A delegation of the Government of Sevastopol visited Uganda on February 18-22 to explore business opportunities in the country, promote bilateral trade relations and establish educational partnerships.
🤝 The delegation members had productive meetings with Entebbe Mayor Mr. Fabrice Brad Rulinda, President of Uganda National Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ms. Olive Kigongo and representatives of business circles.
🎓 As a result of this visit the Institute of Biology of the Southern Seas of Sevastopol and Uganda’s Nkumba University signed an agreement on cooperation in science and education.
🤝 The delegation members had productive meetings with Entebbe Mayor Mr. Fabrice Brad Rulinda, President of Uganda National Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ms. Olive Kigongo and representatives of business circles.
