❗️ The neo-Nazi regime in Kiev, supported by the United States and its satellites, has committed yet another brutal terrorist act against the civilian population of Russia.
On the morning of January 21, armed units of Bandera’s followers [Stephan Bandera - a Hitlerite crony & WWII war criminal, the idol of the Ukranian neo-Nazis & nationalists aka the banderovites] deliberately targeted a market and shops in Tekstilshchik, a neighbourhood in the Kirovsky District of Donetsk. A total of six artillery rounds were fired at the busiest areas in town causing a large number of casualties. According to reports, at least 27 people were killed and 25 were injured.

It was established that the shelling was coming from Avdeyevka, which is still controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and that the types of weapons supplied by the West were used. This is further confirmation of the Western countries’ direct involvement in the conflict, implicating them in the criminal acts committed by the Zelensky regime.
Russia strongly condemns this treacherous attack on civilians. The West’s unrestrained desire to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia using their Ukrainian puppets to do the fighting, thoughtlessly supporting them without any limits, is pushing the Kiev regime to increasingly reckless steps, including terrorist attacks, massive violations of international humanitarian law and war crimes.
☝️ Russia calls on all responsible governments and relevant international agencies to strongly condemn this brutal act of terrorism. Their silence would mean tacit approval of the murder of civilians and encourage Ukrainian neo-Nazis to commit even more terrible atrocities.
The terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime clearly demonstrate that it has no political will for peace and the settlement of the conflict by diplomatic means. No threats to security or acts of terrorism must be coming from the territory of Ukraine.

❗️Шведские власти не только не способствуют проведению скрупулезного и беспристрастного расследования имевшего место преднамеренного саботажа работы крупного объекта международной энергетической инфраструктуры, но и не готовы разделить его экологические последствия.
Всё это отмечается на деле и в не заинтересованности датских властей в реальном расследовании диверсий на «Северных потоках». Стокгольм и Копенгаген продолжают отказываться от любого взаимодействия с российской стороной по данному вопросу. В декабре 2023 года был получен отказ Генеральной прокуратуры Дании в ответ на обращение Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации о правовой помощи в расследовании диверсий на газопроводах «Северный поток – 1» и «Северный поток – 2».

❗️Far from facilitating a meticulous and unbiased investigation into the deliberate sabotage of the operation of a large international energy facility, the Swedish authorities are not willing to share out its environmental consequences.
The Danish authorities are not interested in a serious investigation into the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines either. Copenhagen and Stockholm continue to reject any interaction with Russia on this issue. In December 2023, the Prosecutor-General’s Office of Denmark refused a request from its Russian counterpart to provide legal assistance in investigating the act of sabotage on the Nord Stream-1 and Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines.
☝️ Despite the artificial obstacles, we will continue insisting on a transparent and depoliticised investigation into these acts with the participation of competent Russian agencies and with Gazprom.

All of them died. The Ukrainian prisoners of war were being taken to the Belgorod Region for a prisoner exchange agreed between Moscow and Kiev.

Глава государства посетил Пискарёвское мемориальное кладбище, где почтил память погибших ленинградцев и защитников города, возложив венок к монументу «Мать-Родина». В братских могилах на Пискаревке покоятся около полумиллиона человек. На мемориальной стене за спиной «Матери-Родины» высечены слова поэтессы Ольги Берггольц: «Никто не забыт и ничто не забыто».
Ленинград – единственный в мировой истории город с многомиллионным населением, который смог выдержать почти 900-дневное окружение. ❗️The second issue of the Bulletin on the activities of the Russian Federation Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights to protect children during a special military operation (SMO) is available at the official web-site of he Russian Federation Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Right in seven languages:

The document contains information about activities of the Russian Federation Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the realization of the rights and interests of minors affected by the military actions.
💬 It doesn’t matter where or in what status a child is in Russia, in an orphanage, in a foster family, whether he or she has Russian citizenship or not. If he has a parent with full parental rights, the family has every opportunity to be reunited.
💬 Since the beginning of the SMO, representatives of Ukrainian authorities have not officially contacted the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights. It should be noted that Maria Lvova-Belova is open to interaction with the Ukrainian side, and if official requests were received, they would be considered.
💬 It is important to understand that the territories of the DPR and LPR have been shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for many years, and most orphaned children from social institutions in the republic are aware of this. Children do not perceive Russia as an enemy and expect protection and help from us, so being placed in safe territory with Russian foster families is not a traumatic circumstance for them.

⚡️ Investigators identify the weapons system used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to down the Il-76 plane in the Belgorod Region
The Investigative Committee is continuing its investigation of a criminal case following a terrorist attack perpetrated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the sky over the Belgorod Region.
It has been established that the service personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Il-76 military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces using two missiles launched by a surface-to-air system from Liptsy, Kharkov Region, Ukraine.
The site is located 1.8 kilometres to the northeast and 4.8 kilometres to the southeast of the presumed impact site. The inspection helped identify 116 fragments belonging to the fuselage and mechanisms of the two missiles. They had English-language inscriptions and markings on them.
The following markings were found on the discovered fragments: ASSY 11455748, SN740179, ASSY 1146134», SN740206, ASSY 11461865, SN740207, Raytheon, CONFIDENTIAL classified by PATRIOT SECURITY CLASSIFICATION GUIDE DATED: 9/22/83 ADDENDA DATED 11/28/83 8/8/84 CONTRACT NO/DAAH01-86C-A018, as well as 18876 ASSY, MARTIN MARIETA and 10253043-39 02 S/N 80025.
The investigators used ion mobility spectrometry (IMS), gas-phase chromatography with mass spectrometric detection and high-performance liquid chromatography in selected ion mode to conduct a wipe analysis, which revealed traces of hexogen with up to 10 percent content of octogen, which is typical for foreign-made explosives.
These tests led to the conclusion that judging by their engineering features, geometry and markings the fragments from the crash site belong to the MIM-104A surface-to-air missile from the Patriot, a US launcher, developed by Raytheon and Hughes corporations and manufactured by Raytheon.
