💬 At a recent meeting with religious associations’ leaders, I spoke about the attempts to use the dramatic situation in the Middle East and other regional conflicts against our country to destabilise and divide our multi-ethnic and multi-faith society.

Those behind the Middle East conflict and other regional conflicts will be using the destructive impact of these conflicts to sow hatred and cause clashes between people around the world.
We remember how the current phase of the Middle East crisis began: it was a terrorist attack against Israeli civilians and civilians from other countries who happened to be in Israel at that time. We see that, unfortunately, instead of punishing criminals and terrorists, they started to retaliate according to the principle of collective responsibility.
There is no justification for the terrible events taking place in Gaza now, where hundreds of thousands of innocent people are being killed indiscriminately, without having anywhere to flee or hide from the bombing. When you see blood-stained children, dead children, the suffering of women and old people, when you see medics killed, of course, it makes you clench your fists as tears well in your eyes.

We must clearly understand who in reality is behind the tragedy of peoples in the Middle East and in other regions around the world, who has been organising this lethal chaos and who benefits from it.

These are the current ruling elites in the US and its satellites who are the main beneficiaries of the global instability that they use to extract their bloody rent.
The US as a global superpower is becoming weaker and is losing its position, and everyone sees and understands this, even judging by the trends in the world economy. The American-style world, with the hegemony of one country, is being destroyed and is receding gradually but inexorably into the past.

⚡️26 октября 2023 г. вступил в силу Федеральный закон от 28 апреля 2023 г. № 138-ФЗ «О гражданстве Российской Федерации».
❗️Ряд нововведений относится к деятельности на участке гражданства российских загранучреждений и затрагивает заявителей, проживающих за рубежом.
👤 Так, со вступлением в силу упомянутого Федерального закона расширяется перечень категорий соискателей, которые могут быть приняты в гражданство за рубежом:
🔹 лица, имеющие иное гражданство, ранее документированные паспортами граждан России, но не оформившие российское гражданство в установленном порядке;
🔹 лица, утратившие российское гражданство по заявлениям законных представителей в течение пяти лет после достижения совершеннолетия;
🔹 ветераны Великой Отечественной войны;
🔹 ветераны боевых действий.
✅ В течение года после вступления в силу Федерального закона за рубежом российское гражданство смогут приобрести лица без гражданства, которые имели гражданство СССР, проживали и проживают в государствах, входивших в СССР, и не получили гражданство этих государств.
✅ Загранучреждения сохранят полномочия по приему в гражданство детей, рожденных в т.н. «смешанных браках». При этом отменяется требование о предоставлении согласия второго родителя-иностранца на прием в российское гражданство ребенка.
✅ Будет продолжена работа по оформлению заявлений о выходе из гражданства, удостоверению наличия гражданства по рождению и проверке принадлежности к гражданству лиц, не имеющих действительных документов.
✅ Также снимается привязка к месту жительства при подаче заявления о приеме в российское гражданство либо выходе из него за рубежом. Теперь обращение может быть принято к рассмотрению любым загранучреждением вне зависимости от пределов его консульского округа и места проживания заявителя.
⚠️ Помимо приема в гражданство новым Федеральным законом вводится институт признания гражданства. За рубежом он распространяется на:
🔹 бывших граждан СССР, постоянно проживавших на территории Российской Федерации по состоянию на 6 февраля 1992 г.;
🔹 лиц, не имеющих иного гражданства, получивших паспорта граждан России или иные документы, содержащие указание на гражданство Российской Федерации, и не приобретших российское гражданство в установленном порядке, а также их детей.
✅ Кроме того, российские загранучреждения будут вправе принимать уведомления о наличии и утрате российскими гражданами иностранного гражданства или вида на жительство за рубежом.
⚡️‼️Деятельность российских загранучреждений на участке оформления гражданства (прием/выход) будет временно приостановлена и незамедлительно возобновится после принятия соответствующих подзаконных нормативных актов и приведения имеющихся в соответствие с новым Федеральным законом.

❗️CRIMINAL OFFENCES OF THE KIEV REGIME
An updated summarized data on shellings of the DPR settlements by the
military forces of the Kiev regime since the start of the Russian special military
operation in Ukraine have been made public.
▪️During 599 days, a total of 25,224 shellings were recorded, including 24,886 shellings with the use of heavy weapons.
▪️The Ukrainian Nazis used 144,227 various ammunition rounds, including those for Tochka-U tactical missile system (42 rounds), US HIMARS MLRS (377 rounds), BM-30 Smerch MLRS (38 rounds), BM-27 Uragan MLRS (265 rounds), BM-21 Grad MLRS and its modifications (17,051 rounds) as well as 155-mm shells (48,197 rounds, 1,408 of them with cluster warheads).
▪️In this period, 4,712 civilians were killed in the DPR, including 139 children. 5,289 people, including 356 children, sustained injuries of varying severity. It was recorded that 136 civilians, including 11 children, hit PFM-1 Lepestok anti-personnel mines. Three of the injured subsequently died.
❗️In the DPR, 9,086 civilians, including 230 children, were killed and 13,108 people, including 825 children, were injured in total between 2014 and 2023. Only in the territory, which was under control of the DPR authorities till 23 February 2022, 12,570 residential house buildings and 3,042 civilian infrastructure facilities, including 181 medical and 624 educational facilities, 1,227 social security facilities, 84 critical infrastructure facilities, as well as 926
power-, water-, heat- and gas-supply facilities were destroyed or damaged.
It is not yet possible to assess the extent of destruction in the territory liberated
during the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.

📆 November 2 was declared the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists at the 68th session of the UN General Assembly in 2013.
Representatives of the Russian media working abroad, in particular in Western countries, are facing unprecedented pressure, threats and harassment for their professional activities.
🕯 We remember the names of those who have perished, including Igor Kornelyuk, Anton Voloshin, Anatoly Klyan, Darya Dugina, Oleg Klokov, Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin) and Rostislav Zhuravlyov, who died in the line of duty.
There is no excuse for the silence of the concerned international organisations, which were initially designed to provide unbiased protection of the rights of media representatives. Today, we would like to point out again the unacceptability of applying double standards in the assessment of crimes against journalists.
Those responsible must receive the punishment they deserve.

The capital of Soviet Ukraine had been under Nazi occupation for 778 days.
🕯 In Kiev the Nazis used a tactic of mass terror. More than 120,000 people were executed in Babi Yar alone. About 100,000 Kievans were deported to Germany for hard labour. By November 1943, the city’s population shrank to 180,000 people – all that was left from nearly a million residents in pre-war years.
Kiev suffered widespread damage over its time under Nazi occupation. The Assumption Cathedral of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra was destroyed, as were the public library, the conservatory, the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR, and the city’s zoological museum. Kiev lost all of its bridges, overpasses, most medical institutions, 140 schools, 940 buildings that housed state and public institutions, over 800 industrial facilities, 1,742 blocks of flats, and 3,600 private residences.
The liberation of Kiev was more than just a strategic success of the Red Army and a major milestone on the way to expelling the Germans from the Ukrainian SSR, and reaching the border with Romania and Poland. It was a huge moral victory of the Soviet people over the Nazi invaders.
