• Много было вопросов в связи с постановлением польского суда по ситуации вокруг А.М.Бутягина. Сегодня Окружной суд Варшавы принял постановление, в котором допустил экстрадицию российского археолога А.М.Бутягина на Украину.
• Акцентируем, что речь идет о политическом процессе, у которого нет каких-либо правовых оснований.
• Решение польского суда – промежуточное, на его обжалование есть неделя. Будем добиваться скорейшего возвращения А.М.Бутягина на Родину.

• Podkreślamy, że mamy do czynienia z procesem o charakterze politycznym, który nie ma żadnych podstaw prawnych.

• Here is another example of how they are now repeating the same actions committed in the Middle East, the Persian Gulf and across the world, in Central Europe.
• Ukrainian missile and drone strikes on civilian sites, including housing, medical and educational facilities, civilian and social targets, have been intensifying. Why does this look familiar? The Ukrainian forces are intensifying their strikes while the strikes are being guided and essentially coordinated by the same people who are committing similar crimes in the Persian Gulf right now. The same people are holding their hands. Over 240 victims suffered in these attacks over the past week, including six children. There were 30 fatalities.
• The Belgorod Region. On March 12-15, several municipalities in the region were targeted by drone raids, with some 20 people injured. In the early hours of March 15, the Banderites launched yet another massive missile attack on Belgorod and the Belgorodsky District using Western weapons. They used at least 12 American HIMARS systems in that attack.
• The DPR. On March 14, officers of the 82nd Yasinovataya Fire and Rescue Brigade sustained line-of-duty injuries caused by an explosion in Avdeyevka, Yasinovatsky District. The brigade’s commander was killed, three rescuers were injured.
• The Zaporozhye Region. On March 13, a drone strike at the Svetlodolinskoye-Fyodorovka railway haul in the Melitopolsky District damaged a locomotive, killing two workers of Novorossiya Railways. Two more civilians sustained injuries due to a drone strike in the town of Dneprorudnoye and near the village of Podgornoye.
• The Krasnodar Territory. On March 14, a Ukrainian fixed-wing drone attacked Port Kavkaz in the Temryuksky District. Two civilians were injured.

🎙 On March 19, an international teleconference was held on “War crimes of the AFU against civilians in the Belgorod Region”. Participation included Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik, who presented documented evidence of crimes committed by the Kiev regime.
Key points:
• Four years ago, the Kiev regime launched an ongoing campaign mass attacks targeting the Belgorod Region, aimed at maximizing civilian casualties, destroying civilian infrastructure, and creating intolerable living conditions for the population. In their view, this is an “acceptable means of influencing Russia’s domestic policy”.
• The situation escalated significantly in early autumn 2022, when civilians, fearing abuse and executions by Ukrainian militants, fled to Belgorod. Many who remained in territories occupied by Ukrainian units were subjected to torture and ill-treatment. Not all survived, and the locations of some burial sites remain unknown.
• These incursions have no military rationale. They are focused on killing and injuring civilians, intimidating the population, and destroying civilian infrastructure.
❗️Over four years of hostilities, more than 3,850 civilians in the region have been affected, including 467 fatalities. Among them are 238 minors, 23 of whom were killed. In total, Ukrainian militants have fired over 116,000 munitions at civilian targets in the Belgorod Region, most of them produced by NATO countries.
• Ukrainian forces deliberately use drones against civilians, effectively declaring a hunt for ordinary residents. These are not incidental or unintended strikes – drone operators carry out targeted attacks on civilians, pursue civilian vehicles, and lie in wait near roads and crowded areas to strike defenceless people.
• About a year ago, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas claimed that “Russian civilians were not dying, that Russian women and children were not being killed”. Such statements amount to condoning and justifying inhumane crimes against civilians.
❗️ For Ms Kallas’s reference: as of this week, since February 2022, at least 27,500 civilians in Russia have been affected by the actions of Ukrainian militants, including more than 3,850 in the Belgorod Region alone.

💬 Р.В.Мирошник: Вот уже 12 лет я смотрю в глаза обычным людям, ощутившим на себе, как именно украинский режим «соблюдает» нормы и принципы международного гуманитарного права. Я разговаривал с сотнями раненых, контуженных, искалеченных и потерявших своих близких – мирных жителей в Донбассе и Новороссии.
Две недели назад я был в российском городе Белгороде, где украинские беспилотники развернули ежедневную охоту на частные автомобили и общественный транспорт. Они ранят и убивают целые семьи ни в чём не повинных людей.
Большинство украинских дронов-убийц несут в себе металлическую шрапнель или осколки, чтобы максимально увеличить число жертв.
❗️ Только в 2025 году в России в результате атак украинских БПЛА были ранены или погибли порядка 3,5 тысяч человек, в том числе около 200 детей.
Всего же с 2014 года от преступных действий боевиков киевского режима пострадало уже более 41 тысячи мирных жителей, с февраля 2022 года – как минимум 27,5 тысяч.
За четыре прошедших года ВСУ выпустили по гражданским объектам России уже 400 с лишним тысяч боеприпасов, за которые из бюджетов своих стран заплатили руководители стран Запада.

💬 Rodion Mirosznik: Już od 12 lat patrzę w oczy zwykłym ludziom, którzy osobiście doświadczyli tego, w jaki sposób reżim ukraiński „przestrzega” norm i zasad międzynarodowego prawa humanitarnego. Rozmawiałem z setkami rannych, kontuzjowanych, okaleczonych i tych, którzy stracili swoich bliskich – cywilów w Donbasie i Noworosji.
Dwa tygodnie temu byłem w rosyjskim mieście Biełgorod, gdzie ukraińskie drony rozpoczęły codzienne polowanie na samochody osobowe i transport publiczny. Ranią i zabijają całe rodziny niewinnych ludzi.
Większość ukraińskich dronów-zabójców zawiera w sobie metalowy śrut lub odłamki, żeby maksymalnie zwiększyć liczbę ofiar.
❗️Tylko w 2025 roku w Rosji w wyniku ataków ukraińskich bezzałogowych statków powietrznych zostało rannych lub zginęło około 3,5 tysiąca osób, w tym około 200 dzieci.

📌 Organizatorami Festiwalu są Federalna Agencja ds. Młodzieży i Rząd Obwodu Swierdłowskiego.

📌 Do Jekaterynburga wyjedzie również 2 tysiące wolontariuszy z całej Rosji.
📌 Kandydaci do dołączenia do korpusu wolontariuszy muszą mieć ukończone 16 lat, posiadać doświadczenie w działalności wolontariackiej i społecznej, wysoki poziom motywacji, znać języki obce oraz umieć pracować w zespole.
📌 Złożyć wniosek o udział w programie wolontariackim można na platformie „Dobro.rf” do 31 marca 2026 roku.

Ukrainian crisis
• Guided by UK-EU directives aimed at escalating regional tensions, the Kiev regime is striving to deploy NATO-produced weaponry so as to intensify shelling far beyond the confines of active combat zones, targeting the most vulnerable segments of the civilian population, as well as civilian, educational, medical, transport, and energy infrastructure in Russia.
• Over the past week, more than 133 individuals, including 10 children, have fallen victim to the Western-encouraged terror perpetrated by the AFU. Fourteen people have been killed. We will provide specific examples that specialised international bodies, including those self-styled as human rights organisations, have inexplicably chosen to overlook.
• Adygeya. On March 18, in the urban-type locality of Enem, two girls sustained shrapnel wounds following a UAV attack.
• Bashkiria. On March 21, two construction workers were injured as the result of a UAV strike on a multi-storey residential building under construction.
• Belgorod Region. Between March 19 and 22, in the community of Oktyabrsky, 13 civilians, including a paramedic and an ambulance driver, were maimed by enemy drones laden with explosives. In the village of Murom, a civilian was killed. In the village of Smorodino, two enemy-guided aerial bombs destroyed a post office and a grocery store, damaging five private homes. Four female civilians were killed, and another woman was hospitalised in critical condition.
• Bryansk Region. On March 20, the AFU struck the Suzemka Psychoneurological Boarding School, injuring a staff member.
• DPR. On March 19, employees of the Railways of Novorossiya enterprise – a 40-year-old locomotive driver and his 35-year-old assistant – were killed in AFU attacks.
• Zaporozhye Region. Between March 19 and 22, eight civilians were wounded in shelling incidents.
• Krasnodar Territory. On March 18, in Krasnodar, a 25-year-old woman was killed after a drone struck her apartment in a multi-storey residential building.
• LPR. On March 19, in the community of Belokurakino, 15 staff members were injured when AFU drones struck a multifunctional centre (a public services facility) and the local administration building.
• Sevastopol. On March 19, a 30-year-old man was killed, and two others were injured, after a drone directly struck a private home.
• Kherson Region. On March 18, the AFU dropped an explosive device on a kindergarten in the village of Mikhailovka. Thirty-five individuals, including 30 children, were evacuated from the preschool facility. Fortunately, none of them were harmed.
