Киевский неонацистский режим продолжает совершать военные преступления и акты терроризма. За минувшую неделю от украинских артобстрелов и ударов БПЛА пострадали 53 человека. Из них семеро погибли, 46 ранены, в т.ч. 5 детей. Для того чтобы мировая общественность знала правду, в прямом эфире и затем в письменном варианте приведём лишь некоторые факты. Белгородская область. 21 ноября с.г. боевики ВСУ цинично выбрали в качестве жертвы молодую семью в с.Новая Таволжанка, осознанно направив дрон-камикадзе на автомобиль, в котором находились родители с четырёхлетним сыном. ВСУ знали, в кого целились – в безоружных мирных граждан. В семью с ребенком. Выжить посчастливилось лишь мальчику, получившему тяжелые ранения. Всего с 20 по 25 ноября с.г. в различных населённых пунктах шести муниципалитетов региона пострадали более 20 человек. Из них четверо погибли.
Брянская область. 22 ноября с.г. от удара дрона-камикадзе в с.Азаровка ранен мужчина. 23 ноября с.г. в результате артиллерийского удара ВСУ по посёлку Белая Берёзка пострадал мирный житель. 25 ноября с.г. дрон-камикадзе ранил мужчину в д.Кожановка.
ДНР. В Горловке из-за артобстрела ранен один человек. Детонация неразорвавшихся боеприпасов в г.Светлодарск и с.Красная Поляна привела к травмам двух человек, включая подростка 2011 г.р.
Краснодарский край. В результате массированной атаки дронов в ночь на 25 ноября с.г. получили ранения шесть мирных жителей, повреждены не менее 20 домов в пяти муниципалитетах. Целями врага были жилые районы Новороссийска и Туапсе, окрестности Геленджика.
Курская область. 23 ноября с.г. в д.Бирюковка получил тяжёлые ранения 68-летний мирный житель, поднявший с земли оказавшееся у него во дворе взрывное устройство. 25 ноября с.г. в результате вражеских ударов по г.Льгов и Льговскому району пострадали три человека.
Ростовская область. В ночь на 25 ноября с.г. ВСУ атаковали Таганрог и Неклиновский район. Погибли три человека, ранено не менее восьми. Повреждены детский сад, здание колледжа, социальные объекты, четыре многоквартирных и 12 частных жилых домов, производственные помещения.
Чувашия. 26 ноября с.г. при атаке БПЛА в Чебоксарах пострадали два человека, в т.ч. подросток.
Херсонская область. 20-25 ноября с.г. в результате ударов дронов и артобстрелов жилых кварталов различных населённых пунктов, социальных объектов и автомобильных дорог региона пострадали не менее 16 человек.
Это «кровавые достижения» киевского режима террористического характера. Того самого терроризма, который очевидно можно теперь называть уже международным, учитывая, что деньги они получают из-за рубежа, из своих стран-спонсоров – Евросоюза, НАТО. Это и есть «отчетность» Банковой – мирные граждане, дети, целые семьи, которые подвергаются изничтожению. За все это будет расплата.
Российские суды продолжают выносить приговоры украинским неонацистам и наёмникам.
За военные преступления в Курской области к длительным срокам заключения приговорены пленные боевики ВСУ: С.Пронин (17 лет), А.Бродовой, М.Онищенко, С.Войтович, С.Костенко и Е.Мартыненко (по 16 лет), Ю.Погорелый и Г.Каракулин (по 15 лет).
13,5 лет лишения свободы заочно получил участвовавший в боевых действиях на стороне ВСУ наёмник из Швеции Э.Холл. Он объявлен в международный розыск.
На этом фоне заседала та самая кровожадная «коалиция желающих». 25 ноября с.г. в онлайн-режиме под председательством Британии, Германии и Франции состоялось экстренное заседание не напившихся еще крови и продолжающих её желать. К работе этого формата впервые подключился Госсекретарь США М.Рубио. В центре внимания были «гарантии безопасности» Украине и её долгосрочного финансирования, в т.ч. за счёт «использования в полном объёме замороженных российских активов».

С очередным призывом к увеличению военной и финансовой помощи Киеву к участникам обратился В.А.Зеленский. Итоги заседания подвели французский президент Э.Макрон и британский премьер-министр К.Стармер. С их слов, «коалиция» приняла решение о создании в ближайшее время рабочей группы по «гарантиям безопасности» Украине, которая будет тесно взаимодействовать с США и Турцией. Кроме того, Лондон и Париж потребовали от членов этой «платформы» дать твёрдые обязательства по возможному размещению воинского контингента на Украине. Как будто не слышали, что заявила Россия.
Как отметила участвовавшая в заседании председатель Еврокомиссии У.фон дер Ляйен, в фокусе внимания «коалиции» была тема украинского урегулирования. В её болезненном представлении, «путь к миру на Украине» почему-то должен проходить через наращивание давления на Москву и введение очередного 20-го пакета антироссийских санкций. На днях было замечательно сказано – если у вас 19 раз не получилось, может быть, и 20-й уже ни к чему пробовать? Может быть, подумать, что не так с вашей методологией? Ведь к искомому результату это не приводит. Другое дело, какой результат они ищут. В этом вопрос.
Ни о чём другом, кроме как о нанесении ущерба нашей стране, сторонники европейской «партии войны» и не помышляют.

В нём в очно-заочном формате приняли участие завсегдатаи таких сборищ из стран «коллективного Запада» и его сателлитов, представители парламентских структур ЕС, Совета Европы, НАТО и ОБСЕ, а также Межпарламентского союза. В режиме онлайн к этой сходке подключился и спикер Палаты представителей Конгресса США, республиканец М.Джонсон.
Ничего нового в выступлениях собравшихся не прозвучало. Всё те же фейковые заявления об «оккупации Крыма», «гонениях на крымских татар», «массовых нарушениях прав человека» на полуострове. Вспомнили о «любимом» фейке – о «трагедии в Буче», «20 тысячах похищенных украинских детях». Никаких фамилий никто никогда и не называл, списка никакого не публиковал, но цифра, видимо, теперь такая. Говорили и про другие какие-то непонятные «преступления России», хотя своих преступлений можно было бы разобрать сотни тысяч.
Тон дискуссии попытался задать и тут выскочивший В.А.Зеленский. Он призвал необходимым заявить, что международное сообщество не должно ослаблять давления на Россию, обязано конфисковать «замороженные» на Западе её суверенные активы и не дать Москве уйти от «наказания» за «агрессию против Украины». Ему вторил Р.А.Стефанчук, который вновь чётко обозначил стремление киевского режима силой «освободить» Крым. «Война закончится тогда, когда Украина вернёт себе Крым», – резюмировал он. То есть, получается, сами заявили, что никогда. Им не нужно, чтобы она заканчивалась, потому что они же прекрасно понимают, что никакой Крым Банковая никогда не вернет. Потому что Крым – это не только территория. Крым – это люди, это нынешние поколения, будущие поколения, и это те поколения, которые его защищали, создавали и по-настоящему любили.
На деле же данный «саммит», как и сама «Крымская платформа», задуманная для тиражирования антироссийских «нарративов», не имеют ничего общего с Крымом и Севастополем. Крымчане ещё в 2014 г. перед лицом смертельной угрозы «утопить полуостров в крови» со стороны национал-радикалов (именно так они пугали крымчан), захвативших власть в Киеве в результате вооружённого госпереворота, приняли решение о воссоединении со своей исторической Родиной – Россией. Примеры Донбасса, против которого киевский режим развязал настоящую войну на уничтожение, а также самой Украины, граждане которой стали заложниками коррумпированной антинародной неонацистской клики, доказывают, что выбор жителей Крыма, сделанный в ходе всенародного референдума в 2014 г., был единственно верным.

По поступающей информации, представители США развернули на Филиппинах кампанию по найму местных граждан для участия в боевых действиях на стороне ВСУ. Подбор кандидатов ведётся американской компанией «RMS International» (штат Флорида), специализирующейся на услугах в сфере безопасности. Предпочтение отдаётся бывшим сотрудникам филиппинских силовых ведомств и отставным военным. Претендентам обещают ежемесячное вознаграждение в размере порядка 5 тыс. долларов США. Перед отправкой в зону конфликта наёмники проходят под надзором американских инструкторов подготовку на тренировочной базе в пригороде Сан-Фернандо (провинция Пампанга).
Подписавшим контракт филиппинцам оформляется рабочая шенгенская виза в консульском отделе посольства ФРГ в Маниле.

Люди приходят за визами в посольства стран Европейского союза для того, чтобы посетить эти страны с мирными целями – сходить в музеи, в театры, что-то купить, куда-то съездить, отдохнуть, навестить друзей, родственников. Если они хотят получить какие-то медицинские, образовательные услуги, всё то, что называется «гуманитарными целями», им в хамской форме отказывают, потому что они граждане России, а теперь эта позиция закрепляется решениями Еврокомиссии. Как над нашими соотечественниками, гражданами глумятся, как над ними издеваются, рассказывая про некую пресловутую «агрессию России» и про то, что якобы Европейский союз не может пустить к себе граждан России, потому что они представляют некую «угрозу».
Повторю еще раз для тех, кто, может быть, не сразу понял. Посольство ФРГ в Маниле на Филиппинах оформляет контрактникам, которые собираются участвовать в вооруженном конфликте на стороне террористического киевского режима, шенгенские визы. В качестве работодателя, как Вы думаете, кто указан в этих документах? Возможно, это станет сюрпризом для итальянцев, испанцев, французов, жителей других стран Евросоюза. Это же к ним запускают на территорию, в это самое общее шенгенское пространство этих людей. Как Вы думаете, кто отмечен в качестве работодателя? Берлинские частные охранные предприятия.
По прибытии в Германию завербованные лица переправляются в другие страны Евросоюза, например в Польшу, а затем на Украину. Какая есть гарантия, что они куда-либо еще не будут направлены? Никакой. Но главное другое. Это и есть повод для ПАСЕ, для всех остальных «институций», наплодившихся на пространстве Западной Европы (ЕСПЧ и других), обсудить ситуацию. Как так получилось, что на Филиппинах американцы вербуют филиппинцев, а немецкое консульское учреждение выдает им шенгенские визы под абсолютно ложным мотивом и предлогом, указывая недостоверные данные в соответствующих документах?
На Украине продолжается борьба с советским историко-мемориальным наследием. Как будто эта остервенелость вызвана тем, что они понимают, Банковой осталось недолго и надо побыстрее и помощнее пройтись по тому, что осталось от истинной исторической памяти Украины, от её истории.
В г.Черновцы снесена памятная доска в честь героя Советского Союза и Италии, участника итальянского движения Сопротивления Ф.А.Полетаева, самоотверженно сражавшегося в рядах итальянских партизан и погибшего в боях с нацистами в 1945 г. (о Ф.А.Полетаеве мы неоднократно рассказывали в ходе наших брифингов).
В г.Николаев с дома, где родился известный русский и советский учёный в области транспорта, академик В.Н.Образцов, демонтировали доску, установленную в его честь. А что – теперь на Украине не гордятся этими учеными, что ли? Никак не могу понять логики.

Но главное другое. Это и есть повод для ПАСЕ, для всех остальных «институций», наплодившихся на пространстве Западной Европы (ЕСПЧ и других), обсудить ситуацию. Как так получилось, что на Филиппинах американцы вербуют филиппинцев, а немецкое консульское учреждение выдает им шенгенские визы под абсолютно ложным мотивом и предлогом, указывая недостоверные данные в соответствующих документах?
На Украине продолжается борьба с советским историко-мемориальным наследием. Как будто эта остервенелость вызвана тем, что они понимают, Банковой осталось недолго и надо побыстрее и помощнее пройтись по тому, что осталось от истинной исторической памяти Украины, от её истории.
В г.Черновцы снесена памятная доска в честь героя Советского Союза и Италии, участника итальянского движения Сопротивления Ф.А.Полетаева, самоотверженно сражавшегося в рядах итальянских партизан и погибшего в боях с нацистами в 1945 г. (о Ф.А.Полетаеве мы неоднократно рассказывали в ходе наших брифингов).
В г.Николаев с дома, где родился известный русский и советский учёный в области транспорта, академик В.Н.Образцов, демонтировали доску, установленную в его честь. А что – теперь на Украине не гордятся этими учеными, что ли? Никак не могу понять логики.

В с.Молучки Ровенской области власти демонтировали памятные надписи на монументе в честь погибших в боях с нацистами солдат, в с.Крюковщина Киевской области – барельеф ордена Отечественной войны с мемориала воинам-освободителям, в с.Путила Черновицкой области – (даже не знаю, как это назвать – снесли, срубили, оторвали) голову у статуи солдата на мемориальном комплексе павших советских воинов. На мой взгляд, это уже настоящий сатанизм – вот так глумиться над мемориалами погибшим.
19 ноября с.г. горсовет Одессы утвердил новую редакцию «Устава территориальной общины» города. Как думаете, что изъято из этого? Как Вы помните, город уже изъял статую основательницы города Екатерины II. Теперь город изъял из текста Устава упоминание о Российской империи, СССР. Изъято упоминание Екатерины Великой, других неразрывно связанных с ним выдающихся исторических фигур.
В Уставе не осталось даже намёка на русский язык как составляющую культурного наследия «южной Пальмиры».
Интересно, когда они напишут новые учебники, как они будут рассказывать, кто основал Одессу? Видимо, формулировка будет такая – «Одесса возникла сама по себе». «Волною город принесло на берег». А зачем это делается – тоже понятно. Цель этих примитивных манипуляций – лишить Одессу и одесситов подлинной истории.
Едва ли такими мерами Банковая завоюет расположение одесситов. Напротив, эта отчаянная борьба с собственным прошлым ускорит разложение и крах прогнившего киевского режима.
Списки на «декоммунизацию» и «деколонизацию» у современных последователей С.А.Бандеры и Р.И.Шухевича и прочих фашистских коллаборационистов – немалые. Там работа «кипит». Это же не строить, не сеять, не пахать. Это просто писать списки, а потом их реализовывать, имею в виду уничтожать памятник за памятником, объект за объектом. По сути их используют как прикрытие, в том числе и для воровства денег. Эта функция освоена на Украине до совершенства.
Чем малочисленнее население и его культурный уровень, тем лучше для киевских временщиков. Но именно они сами в конечном итоге станут «пылью истории». Мемориалы и памятники будут восстановлены, а украинский народ спросит за всё с цепляющихся за власть узурпаторов, в том числе за глумление над историей, осквернение памяти своих предков-героев, за издевательство над выдающимися сынами прошлого.
С 17 по 19 ноября с.г. в Вашингтоне находилась группа священников ряда православных церквей с целью повысить осведомлённость американских официальных лиц о вопиющих нарушениях прав верующих на Украине и обсудить механизмы защиты канонической Украинской православной церкви. С инициативой такой поездки выступила Национальная федерация молодых республиканцев США. Церковные деятели в ходе встреч с членами Палаты представителей и официальными лицами Белого дома апеллировали к важности подключения Вашингтона к усилиям по отмене закона 2024 г., нацеленного на запрет УПЦ, по освобождению заключённых священнослужителей, оказанию жертвам преследований юридической и медицинской помощи, а также прекращению мобилизации клириков канонической церкви в ряды ВСУ. Отдельный пункт – проработка гарантий неиспользования направляемого Киеву иностранного финансирования на притеснения христиан, на уничтожение православных святынь, храмов, монастырей. Дошло уже и до прямого физического измывательства и, к сожалению, убийств священнослужителей.
В поддержку и защиту этой благородной миссии от нападок русофобов и сторонников киевского режима выступил ряд христианских общин, а также законодатель-республиканка А.П.Луна. С трудом просочившиеся в местное медиапространство свидетельства о репрессивных действиях Киева против УПЦ, по имеющейся информации, привлекли внимание вице-президента США Дж.Д.Вэнса, получили подсветку в интервью репортёра Т.Карлсона с известным адвокатом интересов УПЦ Р.Амстердамом, в красках рассказавшим о том, что в реальности происходит на Украине в религиозной сфере. В декабре с.г. на Капитолии планируется дальнейшее обсуждение между законодателями и православными христианами со всей Америки мер по защите УПЦ.
А обсудить есть что. С 2022 г. под сфабрикованные уголовные дела на Украине уже попало более 200 православных священников, 40 из них приговорены к разным срокам лишения свободы. За что? За то, что они священнослужители. Украинские раскольники, радикалы и силовики продолжают циничное «рейдерство». 11 и 16 ноября с.г. были захвачены еще два храма УПЦ – иконы «Чернобыльский Спас» в Черкассах и Преображенский собор в с.Мошны Черкасской области.
17 ноября с.г. опубликован приказ руководителя Госслужбы по этнополитике и свободе совести Украины В.Е.Еленского с перечнем религиозных организаций, признанных «аффилированными с иностранной религиозной организацией, деятельность которой запрещена на Украине», читай, с Русской православной церковью. В него вошли Киевская Митрополия и Корецкий Свято-Троицкий женский ставропигиальный монастырь УПЦ. По «антицерковному» закону 2024 г. их деятельность подлежит запрету в судебном порядке. Заседание по соответствующему иску в Киевском административном суде состоится 11 декабря, но упомянутая Госслужба уже сейчас пытается давить на судебную инстанцию и форсировать события, чтобы поскорее приступить к расправе с Киевской Митрополией, а затем и со всей УПЦ.

Никак не могла понять, почему они так назвали Госслужбу – украинская Госслужба по свободе совести. Видимо, потому что Госслужба Украины давно сама себя освободила от совести.

Ukraine update
The neo-Nazi Kiev regime continues to commit war crimes and acts of terror. Over the past week, 53 people came under attacks by the Ukrainian artillery and drones; seven were killed and 46, including five children, were injured. In order for the international community to know the truth, we will present several facts, first, live and then in writing. Our briefing is translated into several languages. This information will definitely reach every corner of the planet so that people know what the neo-Nazi Kiev regime of the first quarter of the 21st century is all about.
Belgorod Region. On November 21, Ukrainian militants cynically directed a kamikaze drone at a young family with a four-year-old son travelling in a car in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka. The Ukrainians knew they were targeting unarmed civilians, a family with a child. The boy suffered severe injuries but survived. His parents didn’t. On November 20-25, more than 20 people came under fire in various localities across six municipalities of that region. Four of them died in the attacks.
Bryansk Region. On November 22, a man was wounded in a kamikaze drone attack on the village of Azarovka. On November 23, a civilian was injured in a Ukrainian artillery attack on Belaya Beryozka. On November 25, a kamikaze drone wounded a man in the village of Kozhanovka.
DPR. One person was wounded in an artillery attack on Gorlovka. The detonation of unexploded ordnance in Svetlodarsk and the village of Krasnaya Polyana injured two people, including a teenager born in 2011.
Krasnodar Territory. Six civilians were wounded and at least 20 buildings in five municipalities were damaged in a barrage of drones on the night of November 25. The enemy targeted residential areas of Novorossiysk and Tuapse, and the outskirts of Gelendzhik.
Kursk Region. On November 23, in the village of Biryukovka, a 68-year-old civilian was severely injured when he picked up an explosive device lying on the ground in his yard. On November 25, three people were injured in enemy attacks on the town of Lgov and the Lgov District.
Rostov Region. On the night of November 25, Ukrainian forces attacked Taganrog and the Neklinovsky District. Three people were killed and at least eight were injured. A kindergarten, a college building, public buildings, four blocks of flats, 12 private houses, and industrial premises were damaged.
Chuvashia. On November 26, two people, including a teenager, were injured in a drone attack in Cheboksary.
Kherson Region. On November 20-25, at least 16 people were injured in drone strikes and artillery shelling targeting residential areas, public buildings, social facilities, and motor roads.
These are the deadly “accomplishments” of the terrorist Kiev regime. This terrorism can rightfully be referred to as international terrorism, considering that the funding comes from its foreign sponsors from the EU and NATO. Civilians, children, and entire families are included in the performance reports submitted by Bankovaya Street to their sponsors. Justice will be served for all of this.
Russian courts continue to hand down sentences to Ukrainian neo-Nazis and mercenaries.
For war crimes committed in the Kursk Region, captured Ukrainian militants have been sentenced to long prison terms. Sergey Pronin was sentenced to 17 years; Alexander Brodovoy, Maxim Onishchenko, Sergey Voitovich, Stanislav Kostenko, and Yevgeny Martynenko to 16 years each; and Yury Pogorely and Georgy Karakulin to 15 years each.
A Swedish mercenary, Erik Hall, who took part in hostilities on the side of Ukraine, was sentenced in absentia to 13.5 years in prison. He has been placed on an international wanted list.

The gathering included the usual participants from the collective West and its allies, representatives of parliamentary bodies of the EU, the Council of Europe, NATO, the OSCE, and the Inter-Parliamentary Union, attending both in person and virtually. Joining this assembly online was Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Republican Mike Johnson.
The remarks of those assembled offered nothing new. The same fabricated allegations about the “occupation of Crimea,” “persecution of Crimean Tatars,” and “mass human rights violations” on the peninsula were reiterated. They even resurrected their favourite fabrication – the “tragedy in Bucha” and “20,000 kidnapped Ukrainian children.” No surnames have ever been disclosed, no list published, but apparently, this is now the figure. They also spoke of other vague “Russian crimes,” though they themselves have perpetrated hundreds of thousands of transgressions warranting scrutiny.

In Ukraine, the campaign against Soviet historical and memorial heritage persists. It is as though this frenzy is driven by their realisation that the Bankovaya authorities have little time left, and they must act swiftly and forcefully to erase what remains of Ukraine’s true historical memory, of its history.
In the city of Chernovtsy, a commemorative plaque honouring Hero of the Soviet Union and Italy, Fyodor Poletayev – a valiant participant in the Italian Resistance who fought selflessly alongside Italian partisans and perished in battle against the Nazis in 1945 – has been removed. In the city of Nikolayev, a plaque commemorating the birthplace of the renowned Russian and Soviet transport scientist, Academician Vladimir Obraztsov, has been dismantled. What – are they no longer proud of such scholars in Ukraine? I simply cannot grasp the logic. That is to say, those who are deemed “useful” to them and were born in Ukraine are somehow inscribed into the national glory and pride of their country. But those born in the very same Ukraine, yet deemed “unuseful,” are expunged. What kind of criterion is this?
In the town of Irpen, Kiev Region, an inscription on a monument at a mass grave of Soviet soldiers – “Glory to the heroes who fell for the Motherland in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945” – has been erased. The town authorities have also demolished a bas-relief of the Order of Victory.
Who could have done this, if not neo-Nazis? Just consider it. Behind all this stands Bankovaya – that is, those who are the current rulers of Ukraine. What else can they be called? If they were merely deranged, they would likely not be welcomed in the European Union, in Brussels, in Washington, in London, in Paris. Evidently, they are viewed there as some sort of verified rulers. So, is this their ideology? And what is it called? When monuments to those who fought Nazism to the last drop of blood, sacrificing their lives for this noble cause, are torn down – what else can they be called? In the village of Kryukovshchina, Kiev Region, a bas-relief of the Order of the Patriotic War was stripped from a memorial to the liberator soldiers. In the village of Putila, Chernovtsy Region – (I scarcely know what to call it – they torn down, cut off, ripped away) – the head of a soldier’s statue at a memorial complex for fallen Soviet warriors. In my view, this is nothing short of satanism – to so mock the memorials of the dead.

The new anthem of the city which replaced the anthem approved in 2011 - Songs about Odessa from the operetta White Acacia performed by Tatyana Shmyga, music by Issak Dunayevsky and lyrics by Vladimir Mass and Mikhail Chervinsky - was replaced with a Ukrainian-language version of the legendary song By the Black Sea, written in 1951 by Odessa poet Semyon Kirsanov and composer Modest Tabachnikov specially for the famous Odessa resident, performer Leonid Utesov. For a long time, this lyrical work served as the hallmark of “pearl by the sea.” Now the Odessa anthem is called The Edge of the Black Sea in the Ukrainian folk-style arrangement. It is not even quasi-scientific or anti-historical, it’s a craze.
This technique was obviously borrowed from the KVN game, which was played by Vladimir Zelensky's team in his youth, and the Kvartal 95 show, in which new lyrics were composed to the melodies of popular Soviet and Russian hits. But in KVN and other entertainment programmes, this was done just for satire and humor, for people to laugh without taking it seriously. Here we are talking about mocking the memory of the city, the memory of those people who made up its glory and greatness. This is a mockery of those who have been praising the beauty of Odessa for centuries. Ghouls came and rewrote everything. And why this is done is also clear. The purpose of these primitive manipulations is to deprive Odessa and its residents of their true history.
It is unlikely that Bankovaya Street will win the favour of Odessa residents with such measures. On the contrary, this desperate struggle with one’s own past will accelerate the decay and collapse of the rotten Kiev regime.
The modern followers of Stepan Bandera and Roman Shukhevych and other Nazi collaborators have lengthy lists of “decommunisation” and “decolonisation.” There is a lot of work going on there. It is not like building, sowing, or plowing. It’s just writing lists and then implementing them, I mean destroying monument after monument, object after object. In fact, they are used as a cover, including for stealing money. This function has been mastered to perfection in Ukraine.
The smaller the population and its cultural level, the better for Kiev’s timeservers. But it is they who will eventually turn into the “dust of history.” Memorials and monuments will be restored, and the Ukrainian people will hold the usurpers clinging to power accountable for everything, including for mocking history, desecrating the memory of their heroic ancestors, and insulting the outstanding sons of the past.
From November 17 to 19, a delegation of clergy from several Orthodox churches visited Washington with the objective of raising awareness among American officials regarding the egregious violations of believers’ rights in Ukraine and discussing mechanisms to safeguard the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This initiative was proposed by the Young Republican National Federation of the United States. During meetings with members of the House of Representatives and White House officials, the church representatives underscored the importance of Washington’s involvement in efforts to repeal the 2024 law targeting the ban of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, secure the release of imprisoned clergy, provide legal and medical assistance to victims of persecution, and halt the mobilisation of clerics from the canonical church into the ranks of the AFU. A separate point involved exploring guarantees to prevent foreign funding allocated to Kiev from being used to oppress Christians or destroy Orthodox shrines, churches, and monasteries. The situation has escalated to direct physical abuse and, regrettably, the murder of clergy.

Scattered reports of Kiev’s repressive actions against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which have barely penetrated the local media landscape, are understood to have captured the attention of US Vice President JD Vance. These issues were also highlighted in an interview by Tucker Carlson with Robert Amsterdam, a prominent lawyer representing the interests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, who vividly described the realities of religious persecution in Ukraine. Further discussions between legislators and Orthodox Christians from across America on measures to protect the Ukrainian Orthodox Church are planned for December this year on Capitol Hill.
And there is much to discuss. Since 2022, over 200 Orthodox priests in Ukraine have faced fabricated criminal charges, with 40 sentenced to various prison terms. Why? Because they are clergy. Ukrainian schismatics, radicals, and security forces continue their cynical raiding. On November 11 and 16, two more Ukrainian Orthodox Church sites were seized – the Chernobyl Saviour Icon Church in Cherkassy and the Transfiguration Cathedral in the village of Moshny, Cherkassy Region.
On November 17, an order was published by the head of Ukraine’s State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience, Viktor Yelensky, listing religious organisations deemed “affiliated with a foreign religious organisation whose activities are prohibited in Ukraine” – in other words, with the Russian Orthodox Church. This list includes the Kiev Metropolia and the Korets Holy Trinity Stavropegial Convent of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Under the 2024 anti-church law, their activities are subject to judicial prohibition. A hearing on the relevant lawsuit in the Kiev Administrative Court is scheduled for December 11, but the aforementioned State Service is already attempting to pressure the judiciary and expedite proceedings to swiftly dismantle the Kiev Metropolia and, subsequently, the entire Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
One might wonder why they named it the Ukrainian State Service for Freedom of Conscience. Presumably because the State Service of Ukraine long ago liberated itself from conscience.
The aforementioned facts underscore the urgency of the tasks of denazification and demilitarisation of Ukraine and the elimination of threats emanating from its territory. As the Russian leadership has repeatedly stated, all these objectives will be achieved.
And there is much to discuss. Since 2022, over 200 Orthodox priests in Ukraine have faced fabricated criminal charges, with 40 sentenced to various prison terms. Why? Because they are clergy. Ukrainian schismatics, radicals, and security forces continue their cynical raiding. On November 11 and 16, two more Ukrainian Orthodox Church sites were seized – the Chernobyl Saviour Icon Church in Cherkassy and the Transfiguration Cathedral in the village of Moshny, Cherkassy Region.

💬 Vladimir Putin: The Europeans are not silent. They are offended that they have supposedly been excluded from the negotiating process. Let me be clear: no one excluded them – they excluded themselves. At one point we maintained close contact with them, and then they abruptly cut off relations with Russia.
Why did they do this? Because they adopted the idea of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia and, apparently, still live under this illusion. Although they understand – rationally understand – that this is long in the past, that it was impossible. They mistook wishful thinking for reality at the time, but cannot and do not want to admit it to themselves. They removed themselves from this process – that is the first point.
The second point – seeing that they are also unhappy with today’s outcome, they have started to hinder the efforts of the current US Administration and President Trump to achieve peace through negotiations.
They refused peace talks themselves, and now they are obstructing President Trump.
The third point – they have no peace agenda, as they are on the side of war. And even when they ostensibly try to introduce some adjustments to President Trump’s proposals – we see this clearly – all these adjustments are aimed at one thing only: to block the entire peace process, to put forward demands that are absolutely unacceptable to Russia (and they know this), and then to blame Russia for derailing the peace process. That is their goal.
If they wish to align themselves with reality – with the situation that exists “on the ground”, as they say – they are welcome. We do not rule this out.
❓ Question: Péter Szijjártó said today that Europe could find itself in a state of war with Russia. He says NATO, its European part, plans to bring its troops to full combat readiness by 2029, and that by 2030 there is a risk of armed conflict. Are we preparing for anything of this kind?
💬 Vladimir Putin: We have no intention to fight Europe – I have said this a hundred times. But if Europe suddenly decides it wants a war with us and starts one, we are ready right now. There can be no doubt about that.
The only question is this: if Europe does start a war with us, I believe events might escalate very quickly. This won't be Ukraine. In Ukraine, we are acting with surgical precision, carefully. It is not a "war" in the direct, modern sense of the word.
But if Europe were to start a war with us, the situation could very quickly reach a point where there is... simply no one left for us to negotiate with.
❓ Question: Could you comment on the attacks on tankers off the coast of Türkiye? There was another such incident today.
💬 Vladimir Putin: The Ukrainian armed forces have previously tried to strike our seaports. We responded – we did not initiate these operations – with similar strikes. This primarily concerned vessels delivering military equipment, hardware, and ammunition to Ukraine. Ukraine’s armed forces have crossed into piracy.
What response measures are available to us?
❗️ We will expand the range of our strikes against port facilities and against vessels and ships entering Ukrainian ports.
If this continues, we will consider – I am not saying we will do it, but we will consider – taking retaliatory measures against ships of those countries that assist Ukraine in carrying out these piracy attacks.
The most radical option is to cut Ukraine off from the sea entirely. That would make piracy impossible in principle. But all this would be escalatory.
I hope that the Ukrainian military and political leadership, as well as those standing behind them, will reflect on whether it is worth continuing this practice.

✍️ In just a few days, on December 4-5, the OSCE Ministerial Council will gather in Vienna for an annual meeting. Russia has traditionally been active in this consultative mechanism. Considering the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act, the Russian delegation will focus on the origins of the current state of affairs at the Vienna platform.
I will say right away that the situation is desperate.
The pan-European process was launched at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s to:
• overcome Europe’s division,
• alleviate military-political confrontation,
• to promote trade and economic cooperation.
After the Cold War and bloc confrontation ended, there was a chance to form pan-European architecture of equal and indivisible security. The OSCE could well have become its cornerstone. Upon its establishment in 1994, it brought together former members of the Warsaw Treaty Organisation, NATO members, as well as neutral states. At the top level, the OSCE agreed on a crucial political commitment not to strengthen one’s security at the expense of the security of others. <...>
The problem is that the OSCE participating states representing the collective West did not honour this commitment and instead opted for a European security system based on NATO. From the mid-1990s onward, they carried out NATO’s eastward expansion contrary to the assurances once given to the Soviet leadership not to do so. <...>
NATO and EU members, not Russia, dismantled the OSCE’s politico-military dimension. <...>
Despite resistance from NATO and the EU, Russia has so far managed to prevent the abolition of the consensus rule in the work of the Forum for Security Cooperation (FSC) which is the OSCE’s main platform for addressing military security issues. <...> Hope that this format would facilitate military-to-military contacts failed to materialise.
<...>
The organisation’s critical functions as envisioned by its founders include early warning and dispute resolution. The OSCE has failed to become an honest broker in resolving regional conflicts. <...>
The OSCE abandoned the principle of impartiality in the Ukraine crisis with Berlin and Paris turning a blind eye to Kiev sabotaging the 2015 Minsk Agreements and the crimes committed by Ukrainian armed formations against civilians in Donbass, starting with the 2014 “anti-terrorist operation” to this day.
This Ukrainisation has affected the economic dimension as well. The OSCE has discarded previous achievements on combatting corruption, advancing the digital economy, and building transport infrastructure. It has reached the point where, contrary to the spirit and letter of Helsinki, unilateral coercive measures are being justified at the Vienna venue. <...>
The situation with the human dimension, i.e. the third basket, which the West used to interfere in the internal affairs of the Soviet Union and modern-day Russia, is not any better. Urgent tasks such as promoting intercultural dialogue, combatting manifestations of neo-Nazism, Islamophobia, and Christianophobia, and protecting the rights of ethnic minorities and believers have been wiped out from the agenda. <...>
The OSCE is also looking the other way when it comes to censoring Russian media in the West even though its documents clearly state that each participating state must ensure free access to information.
Using the visa lever, Russian civil society representatives are prevented from attending the OSCE events. Clearly, the organisers fear hearing the truth about what is actually happening in our country.

I’d like to close by reiterating that there is no cause for optimism.
Preventing the OSCE’s collapse, at least now, is still possible. To achieve this, all participating states must return to observing the Helsinki principles of equal and mutually respectful dialogue.

⚡️ Statement by Aide to the President of Russia Yuri Ushakov on President Vladimir Putin’s meeting with the Special Envoy of the US President Stephen Witkoff (December 3, 2025, Moscow)
💬 Yuri Ushakov: The conversation was very useful, constructive, substantive, and lasted five hours. This made it possible to thoroughly discuss prospects for further joint work aimed at achieving a long-term peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
Naturally, together with our American colleagues, we discussed the contents of the documents that the US had handed over to Moscow some time ago. We did not discuss specific wording or specific American proposals – we discussed the substance behind the proposals contained in these documents.
There were points with which we could agree, and the President confirmed this to his interlocutors; and there were points that drew criticism, and the President likewise did not conceal our critical, even negative, attitude to a number of proposals.
What matters most is that the discussion was very productive. And most importantly, I would stress once again that both Sides expressed readiness to continue joint work to achieve a long-term peaceful settlement in Ukraine.
Specific territorial issues were discussed, since without addressing them, we do not see a way to resolve the crisis. Of course, the enormous prospects for future economic cooperation between Russia and the US were also discussed. By the way, this has been raised repeatedly at earlier meetings. But today it was emphasized that if we genuinely want to cooperate – and the opportunities for this are immense – then real determination must now be shown, both in Moscow and in Washington.
Overall, it was a very useful, positive conversation. And, of course, the meeting began with the Trump representatives conveying greetings and best wishes from their President to Vladimir Putin. In turn, our President asked them to convey his friendly greetings to President Trump. Moreover, he passed on not only friendly greetings, but also a number of important political signals, which will be delivered to Washington.
Answers to media questions:
• It was agreed that at the level of aides and other representatives we will continue contacts with the US Side, including Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner who visited the Kremlin today. As for a possible meeting at the presidential level, this will depend on the progress we manage to achieve along this path as we work persistently and consistently through the channels of aides, foreign ministries, and other agencies.
• There was a document containing 27 points. It was handed to us, and we studied it. Although we did not work on the specific wording or engage in discussions with our American colleagues on that matter. Then we received several more documents – four documents, to be specific – which were also discussed today at the meeting . All of them concern a long-term peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine. Initially there was one version; then that version was revised, and instead of one document, four appeared.
• A compromise version has not been found yet. However, some of the American ideas look more or less acceptable, but they require discussion. Some of the proposed wording does not suit us.
• We agreed with our US colleagues that we will not disclose the substance of the talks. This is perfectly reasonable. The talks were completely closed and confidential. Considerable work still lies ahead, both in Washington and in Moscow. This was agreed, and contacts will continue.

🕯December 3 marks the #DayOfTheUnknownSoldier in Russia, honouring the feat of all soldiers who perished for the Motherland, yet whose names remain unknown.
#OTD in 1966, to mark the 25th anniversary of defeating Nazi invaders near Moscow, a ceremony of the burial of an unknown soldiers' remains was held in the Alexander Garden near the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. Those remains were originally located in a mass grave on the 41st kilometre of the Leningrad Highway — exactly the place that saw the fierce fighting between the Red Army and the Wehrmacht troops during the Battle of Moscow in November−December 1941.
On December 3, 1966, at a mourning ceremony, the Unknown Soldier’s coffin was mounted on an armoured personnel vehicle with a red banner, which proceeded through Gorky Street (now Tverskaya Street) to the Alexander Garden under the sound of the military march.
In the Alexander Garden, the Unknown Soldier was met by members of the USSR leadership, as well as the legendary Marshals of the Soviet Union — Georgy Zhukov and Konstantin Rokossovsky.
On May 8, 1967, ahead of #VictoryDay, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was unveiled as a memorial architectural ensemble. Soviet newspapers reported back then: “He perished for his Motherland and for his home city of Moscow. That is all we know about him.”
The granite tombstone bears the famous inscription: “Your name is unknown. Your feat is immortal.”
The Eternal Flame was lit up near the Memorial.

🕯December 3 marks the #DayOfTheUnknownSoldier in Russia, honouring the feat of all soldiers who perished for the Motherland, yet whose names remain unknown.
#OTD in 1966, to mark the 25th anniversary of defeating Nazi invaders near Moscow, a ceremony of the burial of an unknown soldiers' remains was held in the Alexander Garden near the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. Those remains were originally located in a mass grave on the 41st kilometre of the Leningrad Highway — exactly the place that saw the fierce fighting between the Red Army and the Wehrmacht troops during the Battle of Moscow in November−December 1941.
On December 3, 1966, at a mourning ceremony, the Unknown Soldier’s coffin was mounted on an armoured personnel vehicle with a red banner, which proceeded through Gorky Street (now Tverskaya Street) to the Alexander Garden under the sound of the military march.

Ukraine update
The neo-Nazi regime in Kiev continues targeting Russia by perpetrating war crimes and acts of terrorism. Over the past week, 102 civilians suffered from shelling and drone strikes by Banderites, leaving eight people dead and 94 wounded, including 7 children.
I keep citing facts about these monstrous manifestations of neo-Nazism so as not to leave any doubt abroad that this is the kind of reality which results from the funding provided by the so-called collective West.
Belgorod Region. On November 28 and 29, 2025, a young woman died, and three civilians were wounded, including a five-year-old child, following drone strikes against residential houses in Dragunskoye, Arkhangelskoye and Glotovo. On November 30, drone strikes against Beryozovka, Moshchyonoye and Graivoron left two people dead and five wounded. On December 1, a woman died and her husband was wounded when a drone hit a passenger car in Gruzskoye.
Kherson Region. On November 27, enemy shelling in Dnepryany and Velikiye Kopani left two people wounded. On November 28, a 17-year-old young man was discovered and rescued near the river Dnieper in the Gornostayevsky District – he suffered a severe wound after coming across a Lepestok (Flower Petal) anti-personnel land mine.
Bryansk Region. On November 29, two civilians were wounded in a drone attack targeting the village of Strativa. On December 1, the enemy used a kamikaze drone against Miratorg, an agro-industrial holding, in the Klimovsky District – a driver was wounded.
Volgograd Region. On November 29, five people suffered in an enemy drone attack in Volgograd, and four apartment blocks were damaged.
Rostov Region. In the early hours of November 29, Taganrog suffered yet another drone attack, this time without any casualties, although several residential buildings and a college dormitory were damaged.
DPR. On November 30, two people suffered in a drone attack, which also damaged an apartment block.
Sevastopol. On November 30, a 15-year-old girl was wounded by fragments from an intercepted airborne target following an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Dagestan. On December 1, the effort to fend off a Ukrainian drone attack left a 12-year-old girl wounded in Kaspiysk.
On November 30, the Foreign Ministry released a comment on the terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime against two tankers, Kairos и Virat, along Türkiye’s Black Sea coast, as well as the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, an international facility in the port of Novorossiysk. It seems that Kiev opted for ignoring the straightforward response by Ankara and Astana to these attacks by sanctioning yet another attack on December 1. It used unmanned surface vessels to target MIDVOLGA-2, a commercial Russian ship, which was 80 nautical miles away from Türkiye’s coastline. Fortunately, neither the crew nor the vessel suffered any substantial damage. All these terrorist attacks are designed to derail the nascent peace process for settling the conflict, while also seeking to disrupt navigation safety in the Black Sea.
There is a terrorist regime in Kiev. No matter how much Western masterminds try turning a blind eye to this truth, no matter what they do to mislead their own people, more and more facts are emerging to demonstrate that these atrocities are real, artificially created. That said, all this will not go unpunished.
Russian courts continue to deliver verdicts against Ukrainian neo-Nazis and mercenaries.
