⚡️ Брифинг начальника войск радиационной, химической и биологической защиты Вооружённых сил Российской Федерации генерал-лейтенанта И.А.Кириллова по военно-биологической деятельности США (16 августа 2023 года)
◽️ Несмотря на то, что заявленными целями американских программ являются мониторинг заболеваемости и оказание помощи развивающимся странам, фактически мы видим бесконтрольное проведение Пентагоном исследований двойного назначения в обход международных обязательств по КБТО.
☝️ При этом прослеживается чёткая тенденция: возбудители болезней, которые попадают в зону интересов Пентагона (например, COVID-19, птичий грипп, африканская чума свиней), в дальнейшем получают пандемическое распространение, а выгодоприобретателями становятся американские фармкомпании.

◽️ Следующим шагом Соединённых Штатов, направленным на реализацию своих стратегических планов в установлении глобального контроля за биологической обстановкой, явилось создание Управления по подготовке к пандемиям и политики реагирования.
Предполагается, что новая структура будет отвечать за выработку курса и координацию действий по борьбе с известными и неизвестными биологическими вызовами, включая патогены, которые могут спровоцировать очередную чрезвычайную ситуацию глобального характера.
👉 Таким образом, США, как и в 2019 году, приступили к подготовке к новой пандемии путём осуществления поиска мутаций вирусов.
Главенствующую роль в военно-биологической программе военного ведомства будет играть научно-исследовательский институт инфекционных болезней сухопутных войск США, который в настоящее время возглавляет полковник К.Дженкинс.
⚠️ Документы, полученные в ходе специальной военной операции, свидетельствуют о том, что данное учреждение принимает непосредственное участие в сборе опасных патогенов в различных регионах мира, испытании незарегистрированных препаратов, а также реализации программ двойного назначения по заказам управления по снижению угрозы минобороны США (ДИТРА).

🔹 Due to the all-out corruptness of the Ukrainian army, Western weapons are spreading uncontrollably around the world. Through black markets, they end up in conflict zones, in the Balkans, Africa, and Latin America, directly undermining regional security.
🔹 By emptying the arsenals of its satellites and promising subsidised supplies of Western-made equipment in return, the US authorities are "vacating" the market for the products of the US military-industry to sell them to partners – all according to a well-established pattern that dates back to the post-World War II period. Europe is once again paying for these new weapons not only in money, but also in sovereignty.
🔹 There is no doubt that in its "proxy war" with Russia to the last Ukrainian, the West is purposefully turning Ukraine into an uninhabitable testing site, contaminated with radioactive elements and unexploded ordinance.
🔹 The people of Ukraine begin to realise more and more clearly that the Kiev regime is pushing them down a suicidal path to serve the interests of Western countries.

"16 августа «ТВ-2» показал интервью с чеченским боевиком, проживавшим в Дании, о рейде в Белгородской области России.
Вот отрывок из материала:
«- В первую очередь, я воюю за свободу. За свободу украинцев и чеченцев. А также из мести. Они убили многих моих земляков и многих моих родственников, – рассказывает Фатхи «ТВ-2».
«ТВ-2» решил не раскрывать фамилию Фатхи из соображений безопасности.
Он и так потерял своего отца, двух дядей, трех двоюродных братьев и тетю из-за жестоких действий России в Чечне».
Фатхи называет себя «добровольцем». С 10 лет он проживал в Дании в статусе политического беженца, а сегодня с наслаждением рассказывает об убийстве российских военных на территории России. Его фамилию «ТВ-2» решило не раскрывать, хотя он сам ее называет охотно. Наверное, гордится причастностью к тем, за кого «мстит».
Кем же были члены его семьи?
Арби Бараев, отец - боевик, террорист. Известен похищениями людей, в том числе журналистов, и работорговлей. В частности, он причастен к похищению четырёх иностранных инженеров-связистов — трёх англичан и новозеландца Питера Кеннеди, Даррена Хики, Рудольфа Пеши и Стенли Шоу, которые затем были зверски убиты.
Хава Бараева, (в разных СМИ она упоминается как тетя или сестра) – террорист-смертник. 7 июня 2000 года подъехала к зданию российской комендатуры в Чечне на грузовике с тротилом. В результате взрыва погибли два сотрудника ОМОН и Бараева.
Мовсар Бораев, двоюродный брат – террорист. Командир террористической группы, которая в октябре 2002 г. захватила и в течение 3 дней удерживала 916 заложников в здании Театрального центра в Москве.
Сам Фатхи в 2021 г. был осужден датским судом за воровство, хранение гашиша и оружия с последующей высылкой из Дании.
Его родственник Сайфулла Бараев (вероятно, брат) в 2022 г. был приговорен в Дании к трем с половиной годам лишения свободы за нелегальное хранение оружия и причастность к преступной группировке.
Осознает ли редакция «ТВ-2», кому она предоставляют площадку для продвижения варварских взглядов и террористических акций?
Россия, со своей стороны, всегда будет вести бескомпромиссную борьбу с террористами и теми, кто оправдывает их методы.

"Til rette vedkommende i TV 2,
Den 16. august bragte TV 2 et interview med en tjetjensk militant, der boede i Danmark, om en sabotageaktion i Belgorod-regionen i Rusland.
Her er et uddrag fra artiklen:
”- Jeg kæmper først og fremmest for frihed. For ukrainernes frihed og for tjetjenernes frihed. Og så er der også det med hævn. De har dræbt rigtig mange af mine landsmænd, og de har også dræbt rigtig mange fra min familie, fortæller Fathi til TV 2.
TV 2 har besluttet ikke at nævne Fathis efternavn af hensyn til hans families sikkerhed.
Han har allerede mistet sin far, to onkler, tre fætre og en tante på grund af Ruslands brutalitet i Tjetjenien.”
Fathi kalder sig selv "en frivillig". Fra han var 10 år boede han i Danmark i status som politisk flygtning, og i dag fortæller han med fornøjelse om drabet på russiske soldater i Rusland. TV 2 besluttede ikke at oplyse hans efternavn, selvom han selv oplyser det beredvilligt. Sandsynligvis er han stolt af familiebånd med dem, som han "hævner" sig for.

Movsar Boraev, fætter – terrorist. Chefen for en terrorgruppe, der i oktober 2002 fangede og holdt 916 gidsler i 3 dage i bygningen af Teatercentret i Moskva.
Fathi blev selv dømt ved en dansk domstol i 2021 for tyveri, besiddelse af hash og overtrædelse af knivloven. Han blev idømt udvisning.

Rusland vil på sin side altid føre en kompromisløs kamp mod terrorister og dem, der retfærdiggør deres metoder.

On August 9 alone, 4 people were killed by strikes in Donetsk and Svetlodarsk, including a girl born in 2019, and 12 people were wounded, among them a teenager born in 2006. Civilians continue to fall victim to the Lepestok anti-personnel mines. As of August 15, there were reports of 126 civilians affected by mine explosions, 11 of them children.
Zelensky’s regime actively employs drones for terrorist attacks. The Zelensky regime’s attempt to strike the centre of Moscow last night is further proof of the criminal nature of the regime.

We have taken note of a draft law on amendments to the Law on National Minorities (Communities) of Ukraine registered in the Verkhovna Rada on August 13.
Discrimination against ethnic Russians remains legally fixed. This means that millions of native inhabitants of the former Soviet Ukraine are denied any protection of their rights. Moreover, there is a new item introducing additional restrictions on the Russian language.
In this way, the Kiev regime is again demonstrating its Nazi essence. It is not only conducting a de facto policy of segregation but also officially recording it in government legal regulations.

The Ukrainian authorities continue their war against the canonic Orthodox Church. On August 9, the Kiev Commercial Court satisfied a lawsuit by the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Historical and Cultural Reserve against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church on the removal of obstacles to using the Lavra’s property. This allowed the Kiev regime to legitimise the raider’s assault on the Lavra – on August 15, the police seized three of its buildings.
☝️ By expelling the canonic church from its tenement, the Kiev regime is fulfilling the Anglo-Saxon order to destroy Orthodox culture.

🔹 Именно непродуманная политика США и их подопечных сделала неизбежным нынешнее обострение международной ситуации – вопреки нашим многолетним попыткам его предотвратить. Имею в виду полномасштабный кризис европейской безопасности, вина за который в полной мере лежит на наших бывших партнёрах.
🔹 Современная Россия видит свою миссию в поддержании глобального баланса интересов и выстраивании более справедливой архитектуры международных отношений. Мы верим, что всеобщим приоритетом должно стать обеспечение условий для мирного, поступательного развития человечества на основе объединительной повестки дня.
🔹 В контексте украинского конфликта большая опасность заключается в том, что, ведя дело к эскалации, США и страны НАТО рискуют оказаться в ситуации прямого вооружённого столкновения ядерных держав. Считаем, что такое развитие событий должно и может быть предотвращено.
🔹 Важно понять главное: на Западе нашу страну хотят устранить как серьёзного геополитического конкурента. Именно по этой причине Вашингтон и Брюссель развязали против нас гибридную войну.
🔹 Западу следует осознать: Россия будет защищать своих людей и свои жизненные интересы всеми средствами. И будет лучше, если наши оппоненты как можно скорее поймут полную бесперспективность конфронтации с Россией и перейдут к более цивилизованным, политико-дипломатическим способам обеспечения баланса интересов.
🔹 Не в наших правилах «учить жизни» другие государства или диктовать, как и с кем им строить отношения. Россия не запрещает никому из наших соседей и партнёров налаживать взаимодействие с кем-либо, но всегда просит учитывать наши законные интересы. Думаю, они нас слышат.

Terrorism poses a serious threat to international peace and security, from which no country is safe. Every year, thousands of people suffer and die at the hands of terrorists.
❗️ Today, the Kiev regime openly uses terrorist methods. Ukrainian nationalists attack Russian civilian infrastructure located thousands of kilometres away from the conflict zone, and use terror tactics against Russian journalists. NATO countries support these barbaric actions, continuing to supply weapons to Kiev and train soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
☝️ It is important to remember that terrorism is a crime that cannot be justified regardless of when, why and by whom the terrorist act was committed.
🌐 Russia stands for improving the effectiveness and coordination of multilateral cooperation in countering terrorism, including within the framework of the UN. Заявления других изданий находятся на рассмотрении МИД России, в компетенцию которого входят вопросы аккредитации журналистов.
🔹 Вопрос о том, почему в России в настоящее время представлено только одно датское СМИ, надо, как представляется, задавать не российской стороне, а датским СМИ, большинство из которых задолго до конфликта на Украине покинуло Россию. #OTD, we pay tribute to the official state symbol of Russia, which, along with its emblem and anthem, marks its sovereignty and independence, and reaffirms the continuity of many generations of the country’s multiethnic people.
⚓️ The Russian tricolor is more than three centuries old. Peter the Great is considered the creator: in 1705, he issued an order according to which they should raise a white-blue-and-red flag “on all merchant ships.” However, it was only given official national flag status in 1896, on the eve of the coronation of Nicholas II.
On December 25, 2000, the Federal Constitutional Law On the State Flag of the Russian Federation was adopted, under which the state flag of Russia was a rectangular panel of three equal horizontal stripes: the top one was white, the middle one was blue and the bottom one was red.
⚪️🔵🔴 It is believed that white represents peace and dignity; blue, loyalty and honesty; and red, courage and valour.
Today, the tricolor has firmly become part of our lives as an integral element of Russian statehood, a symbol of the unity of the people, their devotion to the Fatherland, and their readiness to defend Russia’s national interests.

По его словам, сейчас Дания стала лидером по оказанию военной помощи Украине в пересчете на душу населения. А Запад, включая Данию, стремится решить на Украине фундаментальную задачу по сохранению однополярного мироустройства.

Все исторические флаги и символы России требуют уважения со стороны граждан, всех общественных сил, представителей власти, потому что они отражают непрерывность развития нашей нации и государственности.
Но, конечно же, у нас особое отношение к бело-сине-красному знамени – это наш официальный государственный флаг, который был утверждён в этом качестве Петром Великим.
🇷🇺 Трёхцветный флаг вновь был поднят над нашей страной 22 августа 1991 года. С этим флагом мы преодолели немало трудностей и испытаний, но, по сути, восстановили суверенитет нашей страны.

💬 I would like to begin by thanking our South African friends for everything they have done as part of their #BRICS chairmanship this year.
Those of my colleagues who took the floor before me praised BRICS for its efforts, and overall we share this assessment. This association of five nations has established itself on the international stage as a respected entity and has been consistently strengthening its standing in international affairs.
BRICS has been following a forward-looking strategic course which meets the aspirations of a significant portion of the international community, the so-called global majority. By acting in a coordinated manner and based on the principles of equality, supporting each other as partners and taking each other’s interests into account, we tackle the most urgent issues on the global and regional agendas.
🌍 Importantly, we are all united in our commitment to shaping a multipolar world order with genuine justice, based on the international law and in keeping with the key principles set forth in the UN Charter, including sovereignty and respecting the right of every nation to follow its own development model. We oppose hegemonies of any kind and the exceptional status that some countries aspire to, as well as the new policy it entails, a policy of continued neo-colonialism.
Let me point out that it was the attempts by some countries to preserve their global hegemony that paved the way to the deep crisis in Ukraine. <...>
☝️ Russia decided to side with people who are fighting for their culture, their traditions, language and future. Stopping the war unleashed by the West and its satellites in Ukraine against the people of Donbass is the only thing that defines our actions in Ukraine.

💬 Today, we are celebrating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Kursk Bulge, in the Battle of Kursk.
I sincerely congratulate all people of Russia on this event, and, of course, primarily our dear veterans and, with special feeling, the people of the Kursk, Belgorod, Oryol and Voronezh regions. The fighting of the heroic Salient of Fire took place on these lands, the endless fields, the copse, the heights. The Salient of Fire will remain forever one of the pinnacles of the great feats of our people.
Hitler was planning to take revenge for the defeat in Stalingrad, believing that his tank divisions and Waffen-SS troops would force a breakthrough and then roll to the east. Instead, they encountered the unbending stamina and valour of our soldiers and commanders, battle-hardened fighters of the Red Army – and the Nazi onslaught failed.
⚔️ The Battle for Kursk lasted almost two months. A large tank battle near Prokhorovka was its main event. Hundreds of tanks converged on a narrow section of the front in a counter battle. The land was literally burning under them.
We will never forget how fiercely the tank crews, infantry, pilots, sappers and gunners – all those who fought for victory in the Battle of Kursk – crushed the enemy.
🎖 Today, high state awards will be presented at this legendary Kursk site. They are being presented to our heroes – military personnel, participants in the special military operation who are worthy of the glory of the heroes of the Kursk Bulge – those who fought against the Nazis in the summer 1943.
