⚡️ Заявление МИД России в связи с террористическим актом на Крымском мосту

В ночь на 17 июля Крымский мост подвергся очередной террористической атаке с использованием двух украинских надводных беспилотных аппаратов. Повреждение получила одна из секций дорожного полотна.

Погибли мирные граждане - Алексей и Наталья Кулик, жители Новооскольского городского округа Белгородской области, следовавшие по мосту на легковом автомобиле. Их 14-летняя дочь Ангелина осталась сиротой и была госпитализирована в состоянии средней степени тяжести.

В Киеве заявили, что произошедшее стало результатом совместной операции Военно-морских сил и Службы безопасности Украины. Это подтверждает причастность к теракту политического руководства и спецслужб страны. Еще более циничной и чудовищной была реакция ряда украинских парламентариев на трагедию семьи Кулик. Они стали глумиться над людским горем, что позволяет сделать выводы об уровне нравственного и психического развития киевских политиков.

По факту совершения теракта возбуждено уголовное дело, в рамках которого проводятся необходимые следственные мероприятия. Уверены, что виновные будут установлены и не уйдут от правосудия. Если будет выявлено западное происхождение надводных беспилотных аппаратов, атаковавших мост, а также роль стран Запада в планировании, спонсорстве и осуществлении этой операции, то это подтвердит их соучастие в террористической деятельности киевского режима.

❗️ МИД России решительно осуждает террористическую атаку против Крымского моста, который является сугубо гражданским объектом. Рассчитываем, что международное сообщество и профильные многосторонние структуры проявят принципиальность и дадут надлежащую оценку очередному преступлению украинских властей.

Повреждения дорожного полотна Крымского моста, полученные в результате теракта, будут устранены в кратчайшие сроки. Все попытки нарушить транспортное сообщение с полуостровом и оторвать Крым от остальной части России являются заведомо невыполнимыми.

Почти год назад, 22 июля 2022 года, в Стамбуле были подписаны два взаимоувязанных соглашения – «черноморская инициатива» по вывозу украинского продовольствия и российского аммиака и Меморандум Россия-ООН по нормализации российского экспорта сельхозпродукции и удобрений.

Год спустя итоги работы по реализации указанных договорённостей выглядят неутешительно.

«Черноморская инициатива» была запущена буквально через неделю после подписания. Однако вразрез с заявленными гуманитарными целями вывоз украинского продовольствия был практически сразу переведён на сугубо коммерческую основу и до последнего момента был направлен на обслуживание узкокорыстных интересов Киева и его западных кураторов.

Что касается Меморандума Россия-ООН, то он на деле так и не заработал. В Вашингтоне, Брюсселе и Лондоне продолжили «штамповать» свои рестрикции. <...> В результате российские банковские платежи, страхование и транспортная логистика, поставки запчастей и зарубежные активы оказались полностью заблокированными.

Вынуждены констатировать, что из пяти предусмотренных Меморандумом Россия-ООН системных задач не выполнено ни одной.

❗️ В этих условиях откровенного саботажа в реализации Стамбульских соглашений продолжение не оправдавшей своего гуманитарного предназначения «черноморской инициативы» теряет смысл.

👉 В соответствии с пунктом Н договорённости российская сторона возражает против её дальнейшего продления <...>. Это означает:

• отзыв гарантий безопасности судоходства,
• сворачивание морского гуманитарного коридора,
• восстановление режима временно опасного района в северо-западной акватории Чёрного моря,
• расформирование СКЦ в Стамбуле.

Без участия России «черноморская инициатива» прекращает своё функционирование с 18 июля.

☝️ Только при получении конкретных результатов, а не обещаний и заверений, Россия будет готова рассмотреть восстановление «сделки».

💬 Упорное нежелание видеть нацистскую сущность киевского режима имеет глубинные причины, которые подпитываются укоренившимся на Западе национализмом, замешанном на идеях превосходства и исключительности.

Спустя десятилетия, прошедшие с момента одной из самых страшных трагедий Второй мировой – блокады Ленинграда, в 2021 году Германия решается выплатить компенсации жителям города.

Но не тут-то было.

👉 Компенсация положена, с точки зрения немцев, не всем. А лишь тем, кто может подтвердить своё еврейское происхождение. <...> Сегрегируя блокадников по национальному признаку, Германия одновременно платит ветеранам вермахта, и, в некоторых случаях, даже служившим в карательных подразделениях СС.

<...> Тем страшнее читать новое интервью уже известного нам посла Израиля на Украине – Михаила Бродского, в котором он в очередной раз оправдывает неонацистский киевский режим.

Ну почему же никто не смеет учить, как кому сохранять память о Холокосте? Холокост – это преследование и массовое уничтожение нацистами представителей различных этнических и социальных групп.

❗️ Именно так это зафиксировано в важнейших международных документах:
• Резолюция Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН A/RES/60/7;
• Резолюция ЮНЕСКО 34С/61;
• Берлинская декларация ОБСЕ.

Вот мы и руководствуемся этими универсальными и единодушно одобренными положениями в связи с очевидными проявлениями ненависти по национальному признаку, сегрегации и ксенофобии на Украине при поддержке Запада.

Вы понимаете, почему надо помнить о Холокосте? Не потому что тогда нацисты убивали какую-то одну или несколько конкретных национальностей, а потому что в принципе нельзя дискриминировать людей по национальному признаку.

☝️ К сожалению, ни один геноцид так человечество ничему не научил. Но что ужаснее всего, сегодня потомки жертв сами становятся адвокатами палачей своих предков. А это уже один шаг до апокалипсиса.

❗️О ситуации вокруг де­ятельности компании «Карлсберг» в России

Решение о введении временного управления в отношении пивовар­енной компании "Балт­ика" принято в соотв­етствии с Указом Пре­зидента Российской Федерации от 25 апреля 2023 г. № 302 "О временном управлении некоторым имуществом­".

Этот шаг является ча­стью ответных мер на недружественные и противоречащие междун­ародному праву дейст­вия США и примкнувших к ним государств, в том числе Дании, направленные на незак­онное лишение Россий­ской Федерации, росс­ийских юридических и физических лиц права собственности или ограничение права со­бственности на прина­длежащее им имуществ­о, находящееся на те­рритории иностранных государств.

Что касается продолж­ающих работать в Рос­сии зарубежных компа­ний, включая датские, то российская стор­она неоднократно отм­ечала заинтересованн­ость взаимодействия с ответственными пре­дставителями бизнеса, в т.ч. из европейс­ких государств, а та­кже готовность оказы­вать им всяческое со­действие в рамках ос­уществления такой де­ятельности.

Озвучиваемые некотор­ыми датскими "экспер­тами" инсинуации о якобы имеющих место угрозах в отношении датских компаний, сох­раняющих свое присут­ствие на российском рынке, не соответств­уют действительности.

Beslutningen om at indsætte midlertidig ledelse i bryggerivi­rksomheden "Baltika" blev truffet i over­ensstemmelse med dek­ret fra Præsidenten for Den Russiske Fød­eration fra den 25. april 2023 nr. 302 "Om midlertidig forva­ltning af visse ejen­domme".

Dette skridt er en del af svaret på uven­lige og folkeretligt modstridende handli­nger fra USA og de stater, der tilslutte­de sig dem, herunder Danmark. Disse lande havde til formål ulovligt at fratage Den Russiske Føderati­ons, russiske juridi­ske enheders og enke­ltpersoners ejendoms­retten eller begrænse ejendomsretten til russiske ejendom be­liggende i udlandet.

Hvad angår udenlands­ke virksomheder, her­under danske, der fo­rtsat opererer i Rus­land, har russisk si­de gentagne gange un­derstreget sin inter­esse i at samarbejde med ansvarlige repr­æsentanter fra erhve­rvslivet, herunder fra europæiske stater, samt har Rusland understreget sit para­thed til at yde dem al mulig bistand i gennemførelsen af der­es aktiviteter.

Insinuationerne fra danske "eksperter" om, at der angiveligt findes trusler mod danske virksomheder, der fastholder deres tilstedeværelse på det russiske marked, stemmer ikke overe­ns med virkeligheden.

💬 В последний день работы «черноморской инициативы» по вывозу украинского продовольствия Генсекретарь ООН выступил с соответствующим развернутым пресс-релизом. Помимо очередного передёргивания фактов о выполнении Стамбульских договоренностей, А.Гутерреш, вопреки всем законам дипломатической переписки, фактически «обнародовал» своё личное послание на имя Президента Российской Федерации В.В.Путина.

В связи с этим вынуждены также реагировать публично с изложением реальных обстоятельств дела.

Из двух подписанных в Стамбуле год назад договоренностей – «черноморская инициатива» и Меморандум Россия – ООН по нормализации отечественного сельхозэкспорта – Генеральный секретарь явное предпочтение отдаёт украинской части. В его подаче, выходит, что именно морские перевозки 32 млн тонн украинского зерна (преимущественно (более 70%) кормовой кукурузы и в «сытые» страны) спасли мир от голода.

До российского зернового экспорта, большую часть которого составляет пшеница, которая направляется в страны Азии (60%) и Африки (30%), а также удобрений Секретариату ООН, судя по всему, дела нет.

<...> Подрыв трубопровода, ежегодно прокачивавшего порядка 2 млн тонн сырья для производства удобрений, достаточного для того, чтобы накормить 45 млн человек, наглядно показал как результативность усилий Секретариата ООН по снижению угроз голода, так и отношение к таким усилиям киевского режима.

<...> В завершение важно особо обратить внимание на то, как Генсекретарь ООН и его сотрудники раз за разом закрывают глаза на террористические вылазки и диверсии Киева.

Под прикрытием развёрнутого в рамках «черноморской инициативы» гуманитарного коридора и судоходства режим Зеленского постоянно пытался атаковать российские гражданские и военные объекты, по сути, попирая «дух и букву» договоренности, которая была, как известно, «о безопасной транспортировке зерна и продовольственных товаров из украинских портов».

Очередная такая террористическая атака на Крымский мост, в результате которой погибли 2 человека и пострадала несовершеннолетняя девочка, произошла 17 июля.

Однако в Секретариате ООН не нашли даже слов соболезнования в связи с этим.

▪️ Англосаксы играют роль катализатора украинского кризиса и способствуют его эскалации. Их не могут остановить гибель мирного населения и огромные потери ВСУ. ▪️ Сторонники уважения международного права и элементарной дипломатической этики столкнулись с неприкрытым диктатом со стороны ЕС, с нечистоплотной игрой на естественном стремлении всех латиноамериканцев к укреплению СЕЛАК, выработке ими скоординированных ответов на широкий спектр вызовов, которые стоят перед регионом. Члены ЕС открыто пытались рассорить Россию с Латинской Америкой, с которой нас связывают многие десятилетия традиций дружбы, культурной близости и взаимовыгодного сотрудничества.

Неоколониалистское нежелание слушать другую точку зрения привело к тому, что итоговая декларация, которую в Брюсселе выдали за «согласованный» документ и именно в таком качестве опубликовали его на сайте ЕС, не получил консенсусного одобрения, о чем четко официально заявил глава внешнеполитического ведомства Никарагуа.

🛂 В соответствии с решением Президента Российской Федерации с 1 августа 2023 года будет осуществлён практический запуск системы оформления иностранным гражданам единых электронных виз, действительных на всей территории Российской Федерации. При этом будет сохранён и расширен перечень иностранных государств, гражданам которых оформляется такая виза, включающий на данный момент 52 страны.

📄 В ближайшее время в указанный перечень, утверждённый распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 6 октября 2020 года № 2571-р, будут дополнительно включены Вьетнам 🇻🇳, Камбоджа 🇰🇭 и Мьянма 🇲🇲.

Электронная виза выдается на основании заявления иностранного гражданина, заполненного в электронной форме на специализированном сайте МИД России либо через мобильное приложение, размещенное для загрузки на указанном сайте.

Заявление на оформление единой электронной визы необходимо подавать не позднее чем за 4 календарных дня до предполагаемой даты въезда в Российскую Федерацию.

👉 К заявлению прикрепляются:

• цифровая фотография лица,
• скан страницы с данными машиносчитываемого паспорта иностранного гражданина.

Никаких других документов для получения единой электронной визы не требуется.

В соответствии с действующим российским законодательством данная виза является платной.

Единая электронная виза дает право на однократный въезд в Российскую Федерацию и пребывание в Российской Федерации с гостевым или деловым визитом, в качестве туриста, а также для участия в научных, культурных, общественно-политических, экономических, спортивных мероприятиях и осуществления соответствующих связей и контактов.

📆 Срок действия единой электронной визы составляет 60 суток со дня ее оформления с разрешенным сроком пребывания иностранного гражданина в Российской Федерации не более 16 суток со дня въезда на территорию Российской Федерации.

I overensstemmelse med beslutningen fra Præsidenten for Den Russiske Føderation vil den praktiske la­ncering af systemet til udstedelse af el­ektroniske visa finde sted fra den 1. au­gust 2023. Elektroni­ske visa vil være gy­ldige for hele Rusla­nds territorium.

Samtidig er der offe­ntliggjort en liste over fremmede stater, hvis borgere kan få elektronisk visum, som i øjeblikket om­fatter 52 lande. Lis­ten er godkendt af den Russiske Føderati­ons dekret af 6. okt­ober 2020 nr. 2571-r. Denne liste vil bl­ive udvidet i den næ­rmeste fremtid. I dag er Danmark med på denne liste.

Et elektronisk visum udstedes på grundlag af en udenlandsk statsborgers ansøgning udfyldt elektronisk på det specialiser­ede websted https://electronic-v­isa.kdmid.ru eller via en mobila­pp, som kan download­es på ovenstående næ­vnte hjemmeside.

En ansøgning om elek­tronisk visum skal indsendes via hjemmes­iden senest 4 kalend­erdage før den forve­ntede dato for indre­jse i Den Russiske Føderation. Et digita­lt fotografi af ansi­gtet og en scanning af siden med data fra en udenlandsk stat­sborgers maskinlæsba­re pas skal vedlægges ansøgningen. Der kræves ingen andre do­kumenter for at få e-visum.

I overensstemmelse med den nuværende rus­siske lovgivning skal gebyret betales for et visum (via samme hjemmeside).

Et elektronisk visum giver dig ret til en enkelt indrejse i Den Russiske Føderat­ion og ophold i Den Russiske Føderation med følgende formål:

1) Gæstebesøg (priva­t).

2) Erhversbesøg

3) Turisme

☦️ For many years, the Kiev regime has been pursuing a policy of eradicating the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in Ukraine, discriminating against its clergy, and persecuting clergymen and believers. The country's legislative system & the actions of various law enforcement agencies are designed to fulfill this goal.

The events unfolding in Ukraine contribute to the overall picture of a systemic crisis in world Orthodoxy caused by the policies of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, the US & other Western countries, which encourage schismatics to do what they are doing.

⛔️ The Kiev authorities and the West are trying to drive a wedge between the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, to destroy the spiritual affinity of Orthodox believers in the two countries, even despite the Ukrainian Orthodox Church’s decision to become independent from the Moscow Patriarchate. It is not surprising that the former Ukrainian authorities also took various steps against the canonical Church.

Full-scale system-wide pressure on canonical Orthodoxy in Ukraine began in 2018 and intensified in 2022-2023. It was spearheaded by the central authorities of Ukraine and is currently being implemented through legislation, activities of the intelligence services, etc.

In addition, the Kiev regime’s efforts include:
❌ drafting discriminatory laws,
❌ forceful seizures of churches and monasteries,
❌ illegal re-registration of communities,
❌ encouragement of hate speech,
❌ unmotivated aggression,
❌violence against the UOC clergy & believers.

🤐 Multilateral universal organisations have for the most part remained blind & deaf to the facts of the Kiev regime persecuting the canonical UOC.

🗂 The report is divided into 7 sections, presents facts and circumstances gathered from various sources that show the full extent of political lawlessness in & legal outrage against the UOC, the gross systematic violation of the rights of Orthodox Christians by the Kiev regime, the reactions of some international human rights organisations.

⚓️ Russian Navy Day is celebrated today, on July 30, the last Sunday of this summer month! For 327 years the ships of the Russian Navy and their crews have been guarding the borders and national interests of our country - one of the world’s largest naval powers.

The true origin of Russian naval traditions was the October 30, 1696 decree of the Boyar Duma on the construction of a regular fleet, accepted upon the recommendation of Peter the Great.

The Navy Fleet of the Russian Federation is the successor of the Navy Fleet of Russia and the Navy Fleet of the Soviet Union. Structurally, the Russian Navy consists of five operational-strategic units: the Northern, the Pacific, the Baltic, and the Black Sea fleets and the Caspian Flotilla.

Following the tradition, this year St. Petersburg will again host the Main Naval Parade in honor of the holiday, which will be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Time and again, the Russian fleet has stood in the way of the enemy as an unassailable fortress. Key points

• The [Summit] atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly in every sense of the word. These people want to work with us. As for us, we must do everything to move in this direction, and this is what we will do.

• We have done a lot of good and useful things for Africa. When we contact African leaders and they say as much, we always have a feeling that we are good people. This is true in this case and it is very good.

• There is a lot of demand for working together on security matters. Africa still suffers from terrorism. This is a challenge for many regions and countries there. We know all too well that stability at home is a must in order to promote economic development, while there can be no stability without security. It is for this reason that they want to continue working with us and are sincere about it. This includes military-technical cooperation. Outside pressure has done nothing to scare them away.

• The African continent is extremely friendly and positive towards us. This is an important foundation we can use to build business relations as well.

#Ukraine

• Just like any peace initiative, this initiative is helpful because it is focused on finding a peaceful solution to the conflict. There are certain provisions of this peace initiative that are being implemented after our meeting in St Petersburg six weeks ago.

• You know this, I constantly speak about this. We have never rejected peace talks.

☝️ The conversation in general was long and constructive. I think we spoke for almost two hours. Every participant had a chance to share their opinion on the matter. I want to stress once again: we spoke from the position of friendship, trying to find realistic ways and opportunities to lower the tensions.

⚡️ On the adoption of the second intermediate report by the Open-Ended Working Group on International Information Security

Following its fifth session, the UN Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) on International Information Security (IIS; New York, July 24-28, 2023) adopted a second intermediate report.

The main achievement is the implementation of Russia’s initiative to establish an intergovernmental registry of contact points for the exchange of information on cyber attacks. This mechanism opens opportunities for the cooperation of national relevant authorities in preventing or resolving incidents in the information space.

The report reflects many of Russia’s key priorities, primarily the concept for a UN convention on ensuring IIS suggested by a group of countries (Belarus, Venezuela, the DPRK, Nicaragua, Russia and Syria) as a prototype of a universal legally binding instrument in the digital area.

Russia will continue upholding the need to create a fair IIS system based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, trust and regard for the interests of all states. We will focus on elaborating an international legal regime to regulate the information space.

❓ Question: How would you comment on the State Department’s report on the reasons that continued implementation of the New START Treaty is in the national security interests of the United States?

💬 Anatoly Antonov: This report – as well as other previous State Department’s documents on New START and arms control – is empty tub-thumping.

Washington has long been violating the letter and the spirit of the agreement. It has not only abandoned the principles embedded in the Preamble to New START, but also breached the central limits of the Treaty that restrict the number of strategic weapons. It illegitimately removed from accountability under the Treaty about a hundred strategic offensive arms: SLBM launchers and heavy bombers. Russia’s repeated demands to resolve the problem have been ignored.

☝️ Even more important factor that has led to the current crisis over the agreement is the Administration’s hybrid war against our country aimed at imposing on us a strategic defeat. Washington’s calls for addressing the New START issues separately from the overall geopolitical situation do not stand up to criticism. The real goal of the United States is to gain access to Russia’s nuclear weapons bases in order to obtain information about the development of our strategic arsenal.
