🌾 The approaching date of expiry (July 17) of the Black Sea Initiative on Ukrainian food exports, which cannot be extended without the consent of all the parties involved – Russia, Türkiye, and Ukraine – has caused another surge of propaganda activity on the part of Western countries, Kiev, and the UN Secretariat.
In this connection, it is necessary to reiterate the facts on the true state of affairs 👇
👉 Aimed at providing relief to destitute countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, the Black Sea Initiative has degenerated into a purely commercial export of Ukrainian food to the well-fed countries. Of the 32.6 million tonnes of grain exported from the ports of Odessa, Chernomorsk, and Yuzhny since August 1, 2022, the greater part – 26.2 million tonnes, or 81 percent – was sent to countries with a high or higher-than-average level of incomes. The poorest countries received a mere 862,068 tonnes, or 2.6 percent.
👉 Against this background, the situation with normalising Russian food and fertiliser supplies to the world markets, as envisaged by the Russia-UN Memorandum, continued to decline. There are five systemic goals, which, if achieved, would have made it possible to remove these obstacles. They are as follows: reconnecting Rosselkhozbank to SWIFT, resuming the supplies of spare parts for agricultural machinery, reviving the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline, making arrangements for transport logistics and insurance, and unfreezing financial assets. It looks like the first three have been removed from the agenda altogether, and there is no progress in view on the last two.
Under these circumstances, it is obvious that there are no grounds for extending the Black Sea Initiative, which expires on July 17.

⚠️ Comment by the Russian Ministry of Defence
▫️ British Admiral Radakin's estimates of Russian armour losses published by the FT, jointly with the alleged loss of 'half its combat capability' of the Russian Armed Forces, are discouraging on the scale of the falsehood.
▫️ And all this against the background of lamentations of other British military commanders, and even Secretary of State for Defence Ben Wallace, about the total devastation of their own weapon reserves and hundreds of vehicles sent for the Ukrainian 'counteroffensive', but 'unexpectedly' burnt out when they came into contact with the allegedly 'lost combat capability' of the Russian troops.
▫️ Moreover, overpraised Storm Shadow cruise missiles are regrettably causing civilian fatalities by hitting civilian infrastructure more and more often. Otherwise, they may collapse without bursting frightening only steppe puffins.
▫️ All this British scrap metal supplied to the Kiev regime, after being remelted, yet to serve the new Russian regions quite well as raw materials during reconstruction work. And the microchips forged from the missiles could probably be inserted into Russian 'washing machines', as in tales Ursula von der Leyen was telling not so long ago.
▫️ The logic and aims of Admiral Radakin's propaganda statements in the British Parliament are obvious: to get money from the depleted budget to buy new armaments for the army in place of the junk sent to Ukraine.
▫️ The only challenge is to convince the taxpayers that the military supplies to Kiev make any sense at all and are useful for something.
▫️All that remains in the absence of any results of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield, and now clearly in the lack of their prospects, is to fantasise about the 'loss of combat capability' of the Russian Armed Forces...
▫️ Most importantly, the British Defence Staff has long since requalified itself from a strategic analysis and planning agency to a BBC's non-organic branch. With such analytical skills as that of Admiral Radakin, the UK defence will not have water under its keel.

👉 Сотрудники МАГАТЭ в ходе проведения последних проверок на Запорожской АЭС (ЗАЭС) не выявили признаков осуществления деятельности по минированию на атомной станции. Об этом 5 июля заявил генеральный директор организации Рафаэль Гросси в ходе общения с журналистами в Японии.
Несмотря на это, СМИ Дании продолжают публиковать голословные утверждения украинских официальных лиц и датских экспертов о якобы минировании ЗАЭС российской стороной.
❗️ Что же реально угрожает безопасности ЗАЭС, так это отключения электроснабжения станции, неоднократные обстрелы территории ЗАЭС, провоцирование ведения боевых действий в непосредственной близости от объектов АЭС. Такие действия Украины создают угрозу ядерной катастрофы. Однако об этом нет ни слова в датских СМИ.

På trods af dette fortsætter de danske medier med at offentliggøre ubegrundede påstande fra ukrainske embedsmænd og danske eksperter om angiveligt russisk sides minering af atomkraftværket.
❗️ Det, der virkelig truer Zaporizjzja-værketsikkerhed, er nedlukningen af anlæggets strømforsyning, gentagne beskydninger af atomkraftværkets område og provokation af krigshandlinger i umiddelbar nærhed af atomkraftværket. ⚡️ On July 6, Ambassador of Finland to Russia Antti Helantera was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow 🇫🇮
The purpose was to strongly protest Finland’s confrontational anti-Russia policy that is aimed at:
👉 wrecking the decades-long bilateral relationship of mutually beneficial cooperation,
👉 breaking diverse trade, economic and interregional ties and direct human contacts.
👉 ethnic discrimination of Russians when they apply for entry visas
👉 creating obstacles for Russian diplomatic offices to function normally in Finland, with personnel declared persona non grata to impose cuts.
Russian officials emphasised that the currently discussed parameters of Finland’s accession to NATO are creating a threat to the security of the Russian Federation, while the efforts to encourage the Kiev regime to continue the war and pump it full of Western arms are obviously hostile actions against our country. This policy of the Finnish authorities will not go unanswered.
❗️ The Ambassador was notified that nine employees of the Embassy of Finland in the Russian Federation and the Finnish Consulate-General in St Petersburg have been declared persona non grata following the expulsion from Finland of nine representatives of Russian foreign offices in June of this year.
The Ambassador was also informed of Russia’s decision to recall its consent for the operation of the Consulate-General of Finland in St Petersburg starting October 1 in response to the confrontational actions taken by the Finnish authorities.
📄 The relevant diplomatic notes were presented to the Ambassador on behalf of the Foreign Ministry.

👉 Обратили внимание на публикацию газеты «Юлландс-Постен» от 7 июля 2023 г. о посещении журналистами места содержания российских военнопленных на Украине. Поездка была организована Главным управлением разведки Министерства обороны Украины и проходила под надзором ее представителей. Тем не менее, датские журналисты согласились стать участниками пропагандистского тура.
Невольно напрашивается историческая аналогия. 23 июня 1944 г. делегация Международного Красного Креста посетила нацистский концлагерь Терезиенштадт. Участие в поездке приняли, среди прочих, представитель министерства здравоохранения Дании Эйгил Юэл-Хеннингсен и представитель датского МИДа Франц Хвасс. Офицеры СС провели делегацию по заранее разработанному маршруту мимо «магазинов» и «кафе», не позволяя ни на метр отклониться от него. В заключение визита гости посмотрели футбольный матч и детскую оперу «Брундибар», написанную заключенным-композитором Гансом Красой.
💭 В результате делегация представила отчет, благоприятный для нацистской Германии.

👉 Ambassaden var opmærksomme på Jyllands-Postens indlæg fra den 7. juli 2023 om et besøg af russiske krigsfanger i en ukrainsk fangelejr. Turen blev organiseret af hovedefterretningsdirektoratet i Ukraines forsvarsministerium og blev overvåget af dets repræsentanter. Alligevel takkede danske journalister ja til at være med på propagandaturen.
En historisk analogi falder i øjnene. Den 23. juni 1944 besøgte en delegation fra Internationalt Røde Kors den nazistiske koncentrationslejr Theresienstadt. Med på turen deltog blandt andre repræsentanten for det danske sundhedsministerium Eigil Juel Henningsen og repræsentanten for det danske udenrigsministerium Franz Hvass. SS-officererne førte delegationen ad en forudbestemt rute forbi "butikker" og "caféer". 💬 Военный эксперт Академии обороны Дании А.Пук Нильсен приветствовал возможную передачу Украине американских кассетных боеприпасов.
❗️ Украина ранее уже использовала снаряды с кассетной боевой частью, содержащей противопехотные мины "Лепесток". Целью становились преимущественно жилые кварталы Донецка и других городов Донбасса, а жертвами – десятки гражданских людей, в том числе дети.
Это не смущает датского аналитика, ведь, как он сам признает, Западу становится трудно снабжать Киев обычными боеприпасами.
Не смущает его и то, что Дания является участником Конвенции по кассетным боеприпасам, запрещающей их использование.

❗️ Ukraine har tidligere brugt granater med et klyngesprænghoved indeholdende PFM-1 antipersonel miner. Målet var hovedsageligt boligområder i Donetsk og andre byer i Donbass, og ofrene var snesevis af civile, inkl. børn.
Det er ok med den danske analytiker, for som han selv indrømmer, er det ved at blive svært for Vesten at forsyne Kiev med ”almindelig” ammunition.
Og det siger Anders Puck Nielsen mens Danmark er part i konventionen om klyngebomber, som forbyder brugen af dem.

❗️ 25 июня с.г. на Украине вступил в силу закон, запрещающий ввоз и распространение издательской продукции из России и Белоруссии. Данный закон стал дополнительным механизмом по принудительному вытеснению русского языка из различных сфер государственной и общественной жизни.
Принятые Киевом законы о госязыке, образовании, СМИ, а теперь и запрете печатной продукции из России противоречат базовым правочеловеческим стандартам.
В очередной раз страны Запада демонстрируют двойные стандарты – на словах выступают за соблюдение прав национальных меньшинств, а на практике явно покрывают дискриминационную политику Киевского режима по отношению к русскому и русскоязычному населению Украины. С попустительства Запада страдают и другие европейские диаспоры, подвергающиеся дискриминации на Украине, среди которых венгры, румыны, поляки, болгары и греки.

❗️ 25. juni trådte en lov i kraft i Ukraine, der forbyder import og distribution af forlagsprodukter fra Rusland og Hviderusland. Denne lov er blevet en ekstra mekanisme for tvungen forskydning af det russiske sprog fra det offentlige liv.
Lovene vedtaget af Kiev om statssproget, uddannelse, medierne og nu forbuddet mod trykt materiale fra Rusland er i modstrid med de grundlæggende menneskerettighedsstandarder.
Endnu en gang viser de vestlige lande dobbeltmoral - med ord står de for overholdelse af nationale mindretals rettigheder, men i praksis dækker de klart over Kiev-styrets diskriminerende politik i forhold til den russisk- og russisktalende befolkning i Ukraine. Med Vestens medvirken udsættes andre europæiske diasporaer for diskrimination i Ukraine, herunder ungarere, rumænere, polakker, bulgarere og grækere.

We expect the authorities of Germany 🇩🇪, Denmark 🇩🇰 and Sweden 🇸🇪 to take concrete steps to conduct an objective and transparent investigation into all the circumstances of what happened with a mandatory involvement of Russian investigative authorities and other interested parties.

At the same time, it also states that the US nuclear weapons in Europe serve to preserve peace and deter aggression. Led by the United States, the collective West refuses to accept the rise of a multipolar world and intends to use every instrument at its disposal, including military methods, to defend is hegemony. NATO’s attempts to use the UN Charter to camouflage its aggressive aspirations and actions are not credible. The bloc and the global organisation have nothing in common.
The Western “rules-based order” is a misappropriated prerogative to violate international law. ❗️ Northern Europe nations pose themselves as human rights champions, but in reality the trends as regards human rights situation are quite disturbing. The issues mainly stem from the mass migration, deficiencies in the law enforcement system, the spread of radical neo-liberal ideas and far-right ideologies.
🇸🇪 In Sweden:
• The statistics of hate crimes are alarming: 6-7 thousand cases per year, about 70% of them have xenophobic and racist overtones.
• The situation is still aggravated by heightened activities of aggressive right-wing extremist and neo-Nazi movements.
• Violations against refugees have increased due to the worsening migration crisis.
🇩🇰 In Denmark:
• Discriminatory attitudes towards migrants still persist.
• There is a practice of detaining persons who have been refused asylum (this mainly concerns people from Syria).
• The number of religious and racially motivated hate crimes continues to rise.
🇳🇴 In Norway:
• Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia are not uncommon.
• A number of radical right groups confessing ideas of national and racial exclusivity operate in the country.
• Human rights activists note the excessive use of isolation and coercive methods in prisons.
🇮🇸 In Iceland:
• Sexual violence is widespread. A survey by the University of Iceland found that every fourth Icelandic woman has been raped or sexually assaulted in her lifetime.

❗️ Речь идёт об очередной попытке террористического нападения на российских гражданских лиц, организованной киевским режимом, который тщательно опекается западными кураторами. В настоящее время правоохранительные органы выясняют все детали, однако уже сейчас очевидно, что поводом для несостоявшегося покушения стала профессиональная деятельность российских журналистов.
М.С.Симоньян на регулярной основе получает угрозы, внесена в различные списки, уже не впервые предотвращается направленное против неё покушение украинских спецслужб.
Всё происходящее в очередной раз показывает террористическую сущность режима В.Зеленского, ответственного за целую серию терактов. Вторые открытые молодежные Арктические Дельфийские игры пройдут в период с 20 по 24 ноября 2023 г. в г. Сыктывкар (Республика Коми). Организацию и проведение Игр осуществляют Национальный Дельфийский совет России и Правительство Республики Коми.
Это комплексные соревнования по дисциплинам художественного, прикладного и научно-исследовательского творчества (всего 10 номинаций), которые проводятся в целях выявления и поддержки творчески одаренных детей и молодежи, формирования нравственных ценностей среди молодого поколения, содействия сохранению и развитию национальных культур, самобытного культурного достояния стран Арктической зоны, поощрения межкультурного диалога, совершенствования форм эстетического воспитания и художественного образования, содействия профессиональному росту молодых деятелей культуры, создания условий для творческой самореализации, раскрытия и роста творческого потенциала детей
и молодежи, гармоничного становления личности, развития событийного туризма и волонтерского движения.
Как ожидается, в Играх примут участие более 600 человек. Мероприятие будет проходить в течение нескольких дней и состоять из официальной церемонии открытия, конкурсной и фестивальной программ

❗️Regarding Second Open Youth Arctic Delphic Games
The Second Open Youth Arctic Delphic Games will be held from November 20 to 24, 2023 in Syktyvkar (Komi Republic). The organization and holding of the Games is carried out by the National Delphic Council of Russia and the Government of the Komi Republic.
These are complex competitions in the disciplines of artistic, applied and research creativity (10 nominations in total), which are held in order to identify and support creatively gifted children and youth, form moral values among the younger generation, promote the preservation and development of national cultures, the original cultural heritage of countries of the Arctic zone, encouraging intercultural dialogue, improving the forms of aesthetic education and art education, promoting the professional growth of young cultural figures, creating conditions for creative self-realization, revealing and growing the creative potential of children and youth, harmonious development of personality, development of event tourism and volunteer movement.
More than 600 people are expected to take part in the Games. The event will take place over several days and will consist of an official opening ceremony, competition and festival programs. (10 disciplines: piano, violin, pop singing, folk dance, folk singing, photography, fine arts, culinary arts, folk instruments and artistic crafts); scientific and practical conference (main topics: "The Delphic Games - an effective tool for finding and supporting young talents in the field of culture and art" and "Features and positive practices in the development of creative industries in the regions of the Arctic zone"); closing ceremony and gala concert of laureates. These are complex competitions in the disciplines of artistic, applied and research creativity (10 nominations in total), which are held in order to identify and support creatively gifted children and youth, form moral values among the younger generation, promote the preservation and development of national cultures, the original cultural heritage of countries of the Arctic zone, encouraging intercultural dialogue, improving the forms of aesthetic education and art education, promoting the professional growth of young cultural figures, creating conditions for creative self-realization, revealing and growing the creative potential of children and youth, harmonious development of personality, development of event tourism and volunteer movement.
More than 600 people are expected to take part in the Games. The event will take place over several days and will consist of an official opening ceremony, competition and festival programs. (10 disciplines: piano, violin, pop singing, folk dance, folk singing, photography, fine arts, culinary arts, folk instruments and artistic crafts); scientific and practical conference (main topics: "The Delphic Games - an effective tool for finding and supporting young talents in the field of culture and art" and "Features and positive practices in the development of creative industries in the regions of the Arctic zone"); closing ceremony and gala concert of laureates. The jury, formed in each discipline, will include prominent figures of culture and arts, professors and doctors of art history (about 40 members).

⚡️ Заявление МИД России в связи с террористическим актом на Крымском мосту

В ночь на 17 июля Крымский мост подвергся очередной террористической атаке с использованием двух украинских надводных беспилотных аппаратов. Повреждение получила одна из секций дорожного полотна.
Погибли мирные граждане - Алексей и Наталья Кулик, жители Новооскольского городского округа Белгородской области, следовавшие по мосту на легковом автомобиле. Их 14-летняя дочь Ангелина осталась сиротой и была госпитализирована в состоянии средней степени тяжести.
В Киеве заявили, что произошедшее стало результатом совместной операции Военно-морских сил и Службы безопасности Украины. Это подтверждает причастность к теракту политического руководства и спецслужб страны. Еще более циничной и чудовищной была реакция ряда украинских парламентариев на трагедию семьи Кулик. Они стали глумиться над людским горем, что позволяет сделать выводы об уровне нравственного и психического развития киевских политиков.
По факту совершения теракта возбуждено уголовное дело, в рамках которого проводятся необходимые следственные мероприятия. Уверены, что виновные будут установлены и не уйдут от правосудия. Если будет выявлено западное происхождение надводных беспилотных аппаратов, атаковавших мост, а также роль стран Запада в планировании, спонсорстве и осуществлении этой операции, то это подтвердит их соучастие в террористической деятельности киевского режима.
❗️ МИД России решительно осуждает террористическую атаку против Крымского моста, который является сугубо гражданским объектом. Рассчитываем, что международное сообщество и профильные многосторонние структуры проявят принципиальность и дадут надлежащую оценку очередному преступлению украинских властей.
Повреждения дорожного полотна Крымского моста, полученные в результате теракта, будут устранены в кратчайшие сроки. Все попытки нарушить транспортное сообщение с полуостровом и оторвать Крым от остальной части России являются заведомо невыполнимыми.

Почти год назад, 22 июля 2022 года, в Стамбуле были подписаны два взаимоувязанных соглашения – «черноморская инициатива» по вывозу украинского продовольствия и российского аммиака и Меморандум Россия-ООН по нормализации российского экспорта сельхозпродукции и удобрений.
Год спустя итоги работы по реализации указанных договорённостей выглядят неутешительно.
«Черноморская инициатива» была запущена буквально через неделю после подписания. Однако вразрез с заявленными гуманитарными целями вывоз украинского продовольствия был практически сразу переведён на сугубо коммерческую основу и до последнего момента был направлен на обслуживание узкокорыстных интересов Киева и его западных кураторов.
Что касается Меморандума Россия-ООН, то он на деле так и не заработал. В Вашингтоне, Брюсселе и Лондоне продолжили «штамповать» свои рестрикции. <...> В результате российские банковские платежи, страхование и транспортная логистика, поставки запчастей и зарубежные активы оказались полностью заблокированными.
Вынуждены констатировать, что из пяти предусмотренных Меморандумом Россия-ООН системных задач не выполнено ни одной.
❗️ В этих условиях откровенного саботажа в реализации Стамбульских соглашений продолжение не оправдавшей своего гуманитарного предназначения «черноморской инициативы» теряет смысл.
👉 В соответствии с пунктом Н договорённости российская сторона возражает против её дальнейшего продления <...>. Это означает:
• отзыв гарантий безопасности судоходства,
• сворачивание морского гуманитарного коридора,
• восстановление режима временно опасного района в северо-западной акватории Чёрного моря,
• расформирование СКЦ в Стамбуле.
Без участия России «черноморская инициатива» прекращает своё функционирование с 18 июля.
☝️ Только при получении конкретных результатов, а не обещаний и заверений, Россия будет готова рассмотреть восстановление «сделки».

💬 Упорное нежелание видеть нацистскую сущность киевского режима имеет глубинные причины, которые подпитываются укоренившимся на Западе национализмом, замешанном на идеях превосходства и исключительности.
Спустя десятилетия, прошедшие с момента одной из самых страшных трагедий Второй мировой – блокады Ленинграда, в 2021 году Германия решается выплатить компенсации жителям города.
Но не тут-то было.
👉 Компенсация положена, с точки зрения немцев, не всем. А лишь тем, кто может подтвердить своё еврейское происхождение. <...> Сегрегируя блокадников по национальному признаку, Германия одновременно платит ветеранам вермахта, и, в некоторых случаях, даже служившим в карательных подразделениях СС.
<...> Тем страшнее читать новое интервью уже известного нам посла Израиля на Украине – Михаила Бродского, в котором он в очередной раз оправдывает неонацистский киевский режим.
Ну почему же никто не смеет учить, как кому сохранять память о Холокосте? Холокост – это преследование и массовое уничтожение нацистами представителей различных этнических и социальных групп.
❗️ Именно так это зафиксировано в важнейших международных документах:
• Резолюция Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН A/RES/60/7;
• Резолюция ЮНЕСКО 34С/61;
• Берлинская декларация ОБСЕ.
Вот мы и руководствуемся этими универсальными и единодушно одобренными положениями в связи с очевидными проявлениями ненависти по национальному признаку, сегрегации и ксенофобии на Украине при поддержке Запада.

Вы понимаете, почему надо помнить о Холокосте? Не потому что тогда нацисты убивали какую-то одну или несколько конкретных национальностей, а потому что в принципе нельзя дискриминировать людей по национальному признаку.
☝️ К сожалению, ни один геноцид так человечество ничему не научил. Но что ужаснее всего, сегодня потомки жертв сами становятся адвокатами палачей своих предков. А это уже один шаг до апокалипсиса.
