🗓 On September 30, 2022, following referendums, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions officially became part of the Russian Federation.
✍️ Looking back at #HowItHappened (Signing of the treaties on the accession of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Russia)
In the referendums held on September 23-27, 2022, residents of the four regions made a historic decision that determined their future. International observers from Italy, Germany, Venezuela, Latvia and other countries (133 in total) who monitored the voting recognised the results as legitimate.
In 2014, the Kiev regime unleashed full-scale hostilities against the civilian population of Donbass, while neo-Nazis and radicals intimidated and attacked people in Zaporozhye and other regions as well. For eight long years, people endured relentless shelling, terrorist attacks and persecution.
Despite shelling and numerous provocations by the Kiev regime, people went to the polls and expressed their will.
🗳 Four years ago, the people voted in favour of joining Russia:
• DPR – 99.23%, with a turnout of 97.5%;
• LPR – 98.42%, with a turnout of 92.6%;
• Zaporozhye Region – 93.11%, with a turnout of 85.4%;
• Kherson Region – 87.05%, with a turnout of 76.9%.
Behind these figures are the lives of millions of people and their hopes for safety, for the freedom to speak their native language, to honour their ancestors – true heroes of the Great Patriotic War (instead of Hitler’s henchmen) – to preserve their culture and raise their children without fearing for their lives.
❗️ Russia’s position remains unchanged: the people of Donbass and Novorossiya exercised their legitimate right to self-determination, enshrined in the UN Charter, the 1966 International Covenants on Human Rights and the 1975 CSCE Helsinki Final Act.

⚡️ 30 сентября в МИД России был вызван Посол Дании в Российской Федерации Р.Холмбое.
Датской стороне заявлен решительный протест в связи с непрофессиональными и провокационными действиями вертолета ВВС Дании типа «Fennec» в отношении корвета «Сообразительный» Балтийского флота, имевшими место 14 сентября в нейтральных водах в юго-западной части Балтийского моря.
Упомянутый летательный аппарат опасно приблизился и осуществил зависание на высоте менее 50 метров над российским кораблём, что представляло реальную угрозу безопасности мореплавания, могло создать риски прямого и косвенного столкновения, привести к помехам в работе корабельного оборудования.
Все предупреждения о нахождении вертолёта на небезопасной высоте, неоднократно переданные российским экипажем на международных частотах, были проигнорированы.
В целях привлечения внимания с борта корвета были выпущены две сигнальные световые ракеты в сторону, противоположную от вертолёта, после чего он прекратил провокационные действия и покинул район нахождения корабля.
☝️ Вышеупомянутые факты подтверждаются данными объективного контроля и не подлежат сомнению.
Датскому дипломату было указано, что российская сторона расценивает опасные манёвры вертолета ВВС Дании как грубое нарушение Конвенции ООН по морскому праву.
❗️ Акцентирована неприемлемость и абсурдность выдвинутых датскими властями обвинений в адрес России в связи с инцидентом, которые не выдерживают никакой критики.
Подчёркнуто, что в условиях повышенной напряжённости в Балтийском регионе, напрямую связанной с возросшей антироссийской военной активностью НАТО, повторение подобных безрассудных действий может привести к эскалации и создать риск возникновения серьёзного инцидента.

⚡️Press release regarding the summoning of the Danish Ambassador to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow
On September 30, Ambassador of Denmark to the Russian Federation Rolf Michael Hay Pereira Holmboe was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A firm protest was lodged with the Danish side over the unprofessional and provocative actions of a Danish Air Force Fennec helicopter against the Baltic Fleet corvette Soobrazitelny that occurred on September 14 in neutral waters in the southwestern Baltic Sea.
The aircraft dangerously approached and hovered at an altitude of less than 50 meters over the Russian warship, posing a direct threat to navigational safety, creating the risk of direct or indirect collision, and potentially interfering with the operation of shipboard equipment.
All warnings regarding the helicopter flying at an unsafe altitude, repeatedly transmitted by the Russian crew on international frequencies, were ignored.
To draw attention, two signal flares were fired from the corvette in the direction opposite to the helicopter, after which it ceased its provocative actions and left the ship's vicinity.
☝️These facts are confirmed by objective monitoring data and are beyond doubt.
The Danish diplomat was informed that the Russian side regards the dangerous maneuvers of the Danish Air Force helicopter as a gross violation of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.
❗️Emphasis was placed on the unacceptability and absurdity of the accusations leveled by the Danish authorities against Russia in connection with the incident, which do not hold up to scrutiny.
It was stressed that, given the heightened tensions in the Baltic region that are directly linked to increased anti-Russian military activity by NATO, any repetition of such reckless actions could lead to escalation and create the risk of a serious incident.

🎙 Выступление Президента России В.В.Путина на пленарной сессии XХIII ежегодного заседания Международного дискуссионного клуба «Валдай» (1 октября 2026 года)
Тема заседания – «Ответственность за будущее: пределы возможного или возможности без предела?»
Основные тезисы:
• Ответственность за наше общее будущее – совсем не абстрактный лозунг. Это набор практических действий, цель которых не допустить скатывания человечества к грани выживания, избежать непоправимого.
• Человечество хотя и ощущает большие изменения, тем не менее по-настоящему ещё не полностью осознало калибр вызова, с которым сталкивается. Это начало совсем новой, абсолютно новой реальности. Угрозы и опасности тесно переплетены с возможностями и перспективами, они при этом неотделимы друг от друга. Меняется вся наша жизнь.
• Какой бы сценарий ни реализовался в мире в предстоящие годы, продолжение международных конфликтов, к сожалению, весьма вероятно. В частности и потому, что идущие кардинальные сдвиги и открывающиеся здесь возможности стимулируют, подпитывают амбиции, готовность рисковать ради кажущегося крупным выигрыша.
• В стратегической перспективе по мере ухода от западной гегемонии мировая ситуация будет постепенно меняться в лучшую сторону, к более стабильному, демократичному и свободному многополярному международному порядку. Однако очевидно и то, что на пути к такому мироустройству нас ждут разного рода риски для государств, сообществ, каждого конкретного человека.
• ООН – хотя она и является самой представительной мировой организацией – на деле управляется куда менее коллегиально и демократично, чем было задумано. Непропорционально большое влияние оказывает ограниченная группа стран Запада, которая, будучи явным мировым меньшинством, стремится присвоить себе функции управления.
• Принцип «сила есть – ума не надо» кажется иногда руководящим для некоторых международных игроков, уверенных в собственной военно-политической, экономической и, как им кажется, моральной исключительности. Мы прекрасно знаем из истории, что до добра это не доводит никогда.
• Правда в том, что это не мы хотели и не мы начали воевать, а с нами начали воевать. Не надо было годами поощрять агрессивный национализм и русофобию на Украине с целью превращения её в инструмент борьбы с Россией.
• Россию сознательно поставили в ситуацию, в которой она была просто вынуждена – в ответ на эту очевидную агрессию – защищать себя с оружием в руках. Сознательно подвели нас к этой черте. И вообще, не надо русофобию, притеснение и убийство русских людей, уничтожение России превращать в государственную идеологию и ставить перед собой цель стратегического поражения России.
• Если мы хотим жить – все хотят жить, – то, как я уже говорил однажды в своем публичном выступлении, давайте жить дружно и вместе искать пути к тому, как это сделать.

🎙 Remarks by President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the 23rd annual meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club (Moscow, October 1, 2026)
This year’s theme is “Responsibility for the Future: Limits of the Possible, or Limitless Possibilities?”
Key talking points:
• Responsibility for our shared future is far more than just an abstract slogan. It entails a set of practical measures aimed at preventing humanity from being pushed to the brink of survival and averting irreparable consequences.
• Humanity has not yet fully comprehended the true magnitude of the challenge it faces. We are entering a completely new and unprecedented reality. Threats and dangers are inextricably intertwined with opportunities and prospects; they cannot be separated from one another. Our entire way of living is changing.
• Whatever scenario unfolds in the world in the years ahead, the international conflicts, unfortunately, are likely to continue. This is due in part to the fact that the profound shifts now under way, and the opportunities they create, fuel and encourage ambitions and a willingness to take risks for what may appear to be a major payoff.
• In the long term, as the world moves away from Western hegemony, the international situation will gradually improve leading to a more stable, democratic, and free multipolar international order. It is equally clear, however, that on the path towards such a world order, states, communities and every individual will face various risks.
• The UN, even if it is the most representative international organisation, falls short of the collective and democratic principles in the way it is being managed compared to its original design. A narrow grouping of Western countries wields an unproportionally large influence. It constitutes a global minority by all accounts while seeking to appropriate administrative functions.
• The principle of "might makes right" sometimes seems to guide certain international players who are convinced of their own military-political, economic, and, as they believe, moral exceptionalism. We know well from history that this never leads to anything good.
• The truth is that it was not we who wanted or started the war — it was started against us. There was no need to encourage aggressive nationalism and Russophobia in Ukraine for years in order to turn it into a tool for fighting Russia.
• Russia was deliberately placed in a situation where it was simply forced — in response to this obvious aggression — to defend itself with arms in hand. We were deliberately brought to this line. And in general, there is no need to turn Russophobia, the oppression and killing of Russian people, and the destruction of Russia into a state ideology and to set the goal of Russia's strategic defeat.
• If we want to live — everyone wants to live — then, as I once said in a public speech, let us live in friendship and together seek ways to make that happen.

Редакция газеты «Юлландс-Постен» 2 октября отказалась публиковать ответ Посольства, телеканал «ТВ2» не отреагировал на запрос
В связи с многочисленными публикациями в датских СМИ о «блокаде» Россией города Алёшки, Посольство полагает необходимым заявить следующее. Журналистам газеты «Юлландс-Постен» Кристиану Стоффер Нильсену и телеканала «ТВ 2» Дэвиду Буху следовало бы задаться вопросом, зачем России блокировать и обстреливать город, являющийся российской территорией, в котором проживают российские граждане. Они также умалчивают о том, что на противоположном берегу Днепра в трех километрах от города располагаются позиции ВСУ, которые уже более двух лет создают невыносимые условия для жизни для жителей этого российского населенного пункта. Город подвергается ежедневным обстрелам со стороны украинских военных, которые разрушают критически важную городскую инфраструктуру энергоснабжения и водообеспечения, а также атакуют аварийные службы, пытающиеся ее восстановить. С февраля с.г. Алёшки фактически находятся в тотальной «дроновой осаде». Атаке подвергаются социальные объекты, ставшие буквально центром жизни и социализации для оставшихся жителей. Удары наносятся по гражданскому транспорту, автомобилям скорой помощи, в результате стала почти невозможной эвакуация тяжелобольных или тяжелораненых. Украинская сторона препятствует доставке медикаментов, продуктов и товаров первой необходимости в город. Только с 14 по 20 сентября по Алёшкинскому муниципалитету украинцы нанесли 717 ударов – 314 прилетов ствольной и минометной артиллерии и 403 атаки беспилотников.
1 сентября вопреки собственным заявлениям о неблокировании доставок гуманитарных грузов гражданскому населению ВСУ атаковали колонну волонтеров, следовавшую в Алёшки с 10 тоннами продуктов и медикаментов. Украинские дроны нанесли удары по автотранспорту и вынудили волонтёров оставить груз и машины и пешком спасаться от атак. Украина собственноручно создает гуманитарную катастрофу, при этом лицемерно возлагая вину на Россию.
☝️История о якобы намеренной блокаде Россией собственного города является очередным эпизодом украинской медиакампании. Точно также, как и утверждения о «тысячах похищенных украинских детей», инсценировка «массовых убийств ВС России» в Буче, «атаки российских военных» на Запорожскую АЭС, все это – примеры спланированной и координированной кампании по демонизации России.

Redaktionen på avisen «Jyllands-Posten» afviste den 2. oktober at offentliggøre ambassadens svar, mens tv-kanalen «TV 2» ikke reagerede på forespørgslen
I lyset af de mange artikler i danske medier om Ruslands "blokade" af byen Alyoshki finder ambassaden det nødvendigt at komme med følgende udtalelse. Journalisterne Kristian Stoffer Nielsen fra avisen "Jyllands-Posten" og David Buch fra tv-kanalen "TV 2" burde spørge sig selv, hvorfor Rusland skulle blokere og beskyde en by, der ligger på russisk territorium, og hvor der bor russiske statsborgere. De forholder sig desuden tavse om, at der på den modsatte bred af Dnepr, tre kilometer fra byen, befinder sig stillinger tilhørende de ukrainske væbnede styrker, som i mere end to år har skabt uudholdelige levevilkår for indbyggerne i denne russiske by. Byen udsættes for daglige beskydninger fra det ukrainske militær, der ødelægger den kritisk vigtige byinfrastruktur for energiforsyning og vandforsyning samt angriber redningstjenesterne, der forsøger at genoprette den. Siden februar i år har Alyoshki reelt været under en total "dronebelejring". De sociale institutioner, der bogstaveligt talt er blevet centrum for livet og det sociale samvær for de tilbageværende indbyggere, udsættes for angreb. Der udføres angreb på civil transport og ambulancer, hvilket har gjort det næsten umuligt at evakuere alvorligt syge eller alvorligt sårede. Den ukrainske side hindrer leveringen af medicin, fødevarer og fornødenheder til byen. Alene fra den 14. til den 20. september udførte ukrainerne 717 angreb mod Alyoshkinskij kommune – 314 angreb med artilleri og morterer samt 403 angreb med droner.
Den 1. september angreb de ukrainske væbnede styrker, i strid med deres egne erklæringer om ikke at blokere leverancer af humanitær hjælp til civilbefolkningen, en konvoj af frivillige, der var på vej til Alyoshki med 10 ton fødevarer og medicin. Ukrainske droner angreb køretøjerne og tvang de frivillige til at efterlade lasten og bilerne og flygte til fods fra angrebene. Ukraine skaber selv en humanitær katastrofe, samtidig med at man hyklerisk lægger skylden på Rusland.
☝️Historien om Ruslands angiveligt bevidste blokade af sin egen by er endnu et kapitel i den ukrainske mediekampagne. Ligesom påstandene om "tusindvis af bortførte ukrainske børn", iscenesættelsen af "massemord begået af de russiske væbnede styrker" i Bucha og "angreb fra russiske militærstyrker" på Zaporizhzhja-atomkraftværket er alt dette eksempler på en planlagt og koordineret kampagne for at dæmonisere Rusland.
Redaktionen på avisen «Jyllands-Posten» afviste den 2. oktober at offentliggøre ambassadens svar, mens tv-kanalen «TV 2» ikke reagerede på forespørgslen
I lyset af de mange artikler i danske medier om Ruslands "blokade" af byen Alyoshki finder ambassaden det nødvendigt at komme med følgende udtalelse. Journalisterne Kristian Stoffer Nielsen fra avisen "Jyllands-Posten" og David Buch fra tv-kanalen "TV 2" burde spørge sig selv, hvorfor Rusland skulle blokere og beskyde en by, der ligger på russisk territorium, og hvor der bor russiske statsborgere. МИД России повторно информирует, что в ответ на террористические действия ВСУ против мирного населения и гражданской инфраструктуры нашей страны Вооружённые Силы Российской Федерации продолжают системно наносить последовательные удары по объектам военного назначения в Киеве и других украинских городах.
Российская сторона заблаговременно призывала находящихся в Киеве иностранных граждан и дипломатов покинуть город, отказаться от посещения Украины, а жителей страны — не приближаться к объектам военной и административной инфраструктуры.
Данное предупреждение содержалось в Заявлении МИД России от 25 мая 2026 года, вербальных нотах в адрес зарубежных партнёров и прозвучало на брифинге для дипломатического корпуса заместителя Министра иностранных дел России М.Ю.Галузина 27 мая 2026 года.
Рекомендации не ездить на Украину неоднократно давали собственным гражданам и власти целого ряда государств, включая США, Британию, страны ЕС, Норвегию, Швейцарию. Последний раз — в августе этого года.
Констатируем, что не все прислушались к данным предостережениям и осознанно подвергают свои жизни смертельной опасности. В Киеве работают многие посольства, на Украину с визитами направляются иностранные официальные лица.
Вооружённые Силы Российской Федерации продолжат наносить массированные удары возмездия.

⚡️ Foreign Ministry statement reiterating warnings to foreign nationals and diplomatic personnel against remaining in Kiev or near military facilities in Ukraine (October 3 , 2026)
The Russian Foreign Ministry reiterates that, in response to terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russia’s civilian population and infrastructure, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to carry out systematic and sustained strikes against military targets in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities.
The Russian side has previously called on foreign nationals and diplomatic personnel located in Kiev to leave the city and refrain from travelling to Ukraine. Russian authorities have also urged Ukrainian residents to stay away from military and administrative facilities.
These warnings were conveyed in the statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry on May 25, 2026, as well as through diplomatic notes addressed to foreign partners. They were also reiterated by Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin during a briefing for members of the diplomatic corps on May 27, 2026.
The authorities of a number of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, European Union member states, Norway, and Switzerland, have repeatedly advised their citizens against travelling to Ukraine, most recently in August of this year.
We note with concern that not everyone has taken these warnings into account and that some individuals are knowingly placing themselves in mortal danger. A number of foreign embassies continue to operate in Kiev, and foreign officials continue to visit Ukraine.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue to carry out large-scale retaliatory strikes.
❗️ The Russian Foreign Ministry once again urges foreign nationals, including personnel of diplomatic missions, to refrain from remaining in or travelling to Ukraine.
Responsibility for any possible adverse consequences lies entirely with those who choose to disregard this warning.
