📝Der er registreret tilfælde, hvor Ukraines "IT-hær" har brugt Dansk territorium til cyberangreb på russisk kritisk infrastruktur.

Den russiske ambassade henvendte sig til det danske udenrigsministerium i marts 2022 om at stoppe brugen af dansk territorium til at begå cyberkriminalitet og stille de ansvarlige for retten.

☝️Danmark, som hævder at være forpligtet til at overholde loven, ignorerede dette krav. Den russiske ambassade har ikke modtaget noget svar.

📌"В декабре с.г. получили отказ Генеральной прокуратуры Дании в ответ на обращение Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации о правовой помощи в расследовании диверсий на газопроводах «Северный поток - 1» и «Северный поток - 2». Это не вызвало удивления. Мы предполагали, чем всё закончится. Это лишь подтвердило курс датских властей на сокрытие правды об истинных заказчиках и исполнителях терактов.

Датская сторона, как и в марте с.г., сослалась на абсурдное утверждение, что исполнение российского запроса якобы может поставить под угрозу безопасность Дании. Ничего себе! То есть когда в особой экономической зоне Дании взрывают газопроводы – это нормально, это часть безопасности. То, что является привычным, рутинным делом. А когда спрашиваешь, что произошло, то уже небезопасно. Какой-то театр абсурда.

☝️Несмотря на создающиеся препятствия, российская сторона продолжит добиваться эффективного, прозрачного и деполитизированного расследования терактов с участием компетентных российских ведомств и ПАО «Газпром», задействуя, в том числе, международные структуры".

Om Danmarks afslag på juridisk bistand i efterforskningen af sabotage på Nord Stream-1 og Nord Stream-2 rørledningerne

📌"I december i år modtog vi et afslag fra den danske anklagemyndighed som svar på en ansøgning fra anklagemyndigheden i Den Russiske Føderation om juridisk bistand til efterforskning af sabotage på Nord Stream-1 og Nord Stream-2 rørledningerne. Det kom ikke som en overraskelse. Vi havde forudset, hvordan det ville ende. Det bekræftede blot de danske myndigheders politik om at skjule sandheden om de sande gerningsmænd bag terrorhandlingerne.

Den danske side henviste, som i marts i år, til den absurde påstand, at udførelsen af den russiske anmodning angiveligt kunne bringe Danmarks sikkerhed i fare. Hold da op! Så når gasrørledninger sprænges i luften i Danmarks særlige økonomiske zone, er det normalt, det er en del af sikkerheden. Noget, der er sædvanligt, rutinemæssigt. Men når man spørger, hvad der skete, er det ikke sikkert. En slags absurd teater.

☝️På trods af forhindringerne vil den russiske side fortsætte med at søge en effektiv, gennemsigtig og afpolitiseret efterforskning af terrorangrebene med deltagelse af kompetente russiske agenturer og PJSC Gazprom, der blandt andet involverer internationale strukturer.

💬 М.В.Захарова: Основой многолетнего взаимодействия Российской Федерации с Фарерскими островами является Соглашение между Правительством СССР, с одной стороны, и Правительством Дании и местным Правительством Фарерских островов, с другой, «О взаимных отношениях в области рыболовства между СССР и Фарерскими островами» от 1977 года.

В соответствии с указанным документом осуществляется ежегодное распределение квот на вылов рыбы в российских и фарерских водах с учетом взаимных интересов сторон. Очередная 47-ая сессия Смешанной Российско-Фарерской комиссии по рыболовству состоялась в декабре. В ходе заседания делегациями были согласованы квоты на вылов рыбы российскими и фарерскими рыболовными судами на 2024 год.

Тиражируемые в западных СМИ утверждения о якобы исходящей от российских рыбаков угрозе для Дании сами по себе не новы. Исходим из того, что подобные вбросы направлены на разрушение сложившихся за долгие годы прагматичных отношений между Москвой и Торсхавном и являются частью масштабной информационной кампании Запада против России.

Вопрос, на чем основываются упомянутые утверждения, полагаем целесообразным адресовать авторам подобных публикаций.

• On December 15, 2023, EU Budget Commissioner Johannes Hahn told Reuters that last spring the US urged the EU to launch a long-term EUR 50 billion funding programme for Ukraine, so that the Biden administration would use it to pressure Congress into allocating additional funds for the Kiev regime.

Washington is cynically trying to shift the multibillion-dollar burden of the Ukrainian crisis it has unleashed onto the EU, forcing the Europeans to bankroll the corrupt and criminal Zelensky regime.

#Moldova

• On December 15, the pro-Western majority in the country’s parliament pushed through the draft of a new National Security Strategy, in which Russia is absolutely unfairly labelled ‘the most dangerous and constant source of threat <...> to the statehood, democracy and prosperity of Moldova.”

Conversely, Moldova’s time apart from Russia saw a dismantling of industry, degradation of agriculture, impoverishment of the population and depopulation – all of which we observe today. These are “serious threats to the state, democracy and prosperity of the country.”

And those who are responsible for severing Moldova’s ties with Russia or other countries that it benefited from, are responsible for this situation.

🇺🇳 The UN General Assembly adopted a Russian-drafted resolution on combating the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism, racial discrimination and xenophobia.

For the second year in a row, the adoption of this instrumental document has been accompanied by overt political posturing by Western countries and their attempts to settle scores with Russia against the backdrop of the continuing Ukraine crisis.

This time around, the West and, in particular, the EU countries abandoned any attempts to justify their refusal to support the resolution by clumsy references to freedom of assembly and speech. They spoke out against international efforts to fight the aggressive manifestations of racism and xenophobia.

The position adopted by Germany, Italy and Japan is a matter of special concern, since the fact that they have been encouraging dangerous trends of this kind leads us to question where the Western democracy is headed considering the dark pages in the history of these three countries in the 20th century.

☝️ Nevertheless, the outcome of this vote was a clear demonstration of the unwavering and tangible support by the international community for Russia’s initiatives as submitted to the UN General Assembly every year.

⚡️🇪🇺 Перестали действовать «льготные» визовые ставки для граждан ряда европейских государств
 
Федеральный закон, отменяющий упрощенный визовый режим со странами Евросоюза, Данией, Исландией, Лихтенштейном, Норвегией и Швейцарией, вступил в силу 25 декабря с.г.
 
Законом синхронизирован режим взимания визовых сборов за оформление российских виз с решениями, принятыми властями указанных государств,
о приостановлении в одностороннем порядке действия международных договоров с Российской Федерацией о взаимном упрощении выдачи виз, в том числе повлекшими переход на взимание визовых сборов по ставкам, установленным их национальным законодательством.
 
В результате с граждан упомянутых стран Европы будут взиматься визовые сборы, определенные российским законодательством и отраженные в тарифах сборов, утвержденных соответствующими приказами по Посольствам Российской Федерации.

☝🏻При этом отмечаем, что в русле одобренного Президентом Российской Федерации подхода для поддержания контактов с европейскими гражданами сохраняется возможность выдачи виз отдельным категориям европейцев без оформления приглашений в территориальных органах МВД России (т.е. по соответствующим прямым приглашениям).

Речь идет о предпринимателях, лицах, участвуюших в научной, культурной или творческой деятельности, участниках международных спортивных мероприятий и официальных программ обмена между породненными городами, школьниках, студентах, аспирантах, направляющихся на учебу и стажировку, близких родственниках граждан стран Европы, проживающих в России, водителях-дальнобойщиках.

👌🏻Также граждане стран Европы имеют право на получение единой электронной визы (ЕЭВ) для осуществления краткосрочных поездок (продолжительностью до 16 дней) с различными целями — туристическими, частными, деловыми.

В общей сложности с начала запуска проекта в августе с.г. к настоящему времени оформлено свыше 163 тысяч ЕЭВ.

Omkring 20 danske lejesoldater* er blevet registreret for at have deltaget i fjendtlighederne i Ukraine. Nogle af dem er blevet dræbt.

📂Den Russiske Føderations Undersøgelseskomité efterforsker en kriminalsag om rekruttering og deltagelse af udenlandske lejesoldater i fjendtlighederne på de ukrainske væbnede styrkers side. På baggrund af det indsamlede bevismateriale er der nu afsagt kendelse om, at seks danske statsborgere er tiltalt.

❗️Den russiske side har gentagne gange advaret om det uundgåelige ansvar for udenlandske statsborgere, hvis de deltager i fjendtligheder på de ukrainske væbnede styrkers side, og har opfordret dem til at afstå fra dette hensynsløse skridt.

De udenlandske lejesoldaters skæbne i Ukraine er trist, og de har ikke meget valg: De vil blive neutraliseret i løbet af fjendtlighederne eller blive stillet for en russisk domstol.

☝️Ambassaden opfordrer danskere, der har til hensigt at begå handlinger, der strider mod international og russisk lov, til at tænke grundigt over de uundgåelige konsekvenser af at gøre det.

В боевых действиях на Украине зафиксировано участие порядка 20 датских наемников. Некоторые из них были убиты.

📂 Следственный Комитет Российской Федерации ведет расследование уголовного дела по факту вербовки и участия иностранных наемников в боевых действиях на стороне вооруженных сил Украины. На основании полученных доказательств в настоящее время вынесены постановления о привлечении в качестве обвиняемых в отношении шести граждан Дании.

❗️Российская сторона неоднократно предупреждала о неизбежной ответственности иностранных граждан в случае их участия в боевых действиях на стороне вооруженных сил Украины и призывало их воздержаться от этого безрассудного шага.

Судьба иностранных наемников на Украине печальна, выбора у них мало: они будут нейтрализованы в ходе боевых действий или предстанут перед российским правосудием.

☝️Посольство настоятельно призывает датчан, намеревающихся совершить действия, которые противоречат международному и российскому законодательству, хорошенько подумать о неизбежных последствиях такого поступка.

• В результате гибридной войны всего «коллективного Запада» против России, развязанной руками украинского общества против нас, Россия за этот год стала существенно крепче. Единство нашего народа значительно возросло.

• Подавляющее большинство государств, Мировое большинство, не присоединилось к санкциям, но пока ещё не могут по-настоящему возвысить свой голос в дискуссиях. Но появляется осознание того, что подобное может случиться с кем угодно, и что объектом американских, европейских и санкций прочих союзников Вашингтона может стать любая страна.

• Всё больше государств говорят нам, что они с нами. Они понимают, что начался длительный процесс установления многополярного мира, будут помогать делами, иногда на словах будут вынуждены немного «отмазываться» (извините за грубое выражение), чтобы к ним не сильно приставали. Это серьёзная тенденция.

• В условиях специальной военной операции, нашего противостояния Западу, в том числе на экономическом, санкционном фронте объективное разъяснение наших действий обретает особое значение.

• В русле акцента на Мировое большинство, на тех, кто готов по-честному, взаимовыгодно, взаимоуважительно с нами работать, центральное значение имеет наше председательство, предстоящее в будущем году. Их два: одно в #СНГ, второе – в #БРИКС.

• Самое главное – это сфера экономики, финансов. <...> Речь идёт о том, чтобы обезопасить, защитить мировую экономику от тех, кто долгие годы, уже после колониальной эпохи, пытался сохранить её элементы в том смысле, что хотели продолжать жить за счет других.

• Если «стратегическое поражение» России – это стратегия (простите за тавтологию), то она с треском провалилась. Это все понимают. Начинаются какие-то «заходы», нашёптывания <...>. Видно, чего они хотят – выйти поскорее из этого тяжелейшего состояния, в которое Европу «загнали» прежде всего Соединённые Штаты.

#Ukraine

• Fewer people are willing to take up arms and fight for the Ukrainian government, rotten as it is by pervasive corruption and nationalism. Over the past year, conscription stations sent about 40,000 people into the army, failing to offset the casualties suffered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during their so-called counteroffensive.

To achieve the required result, Ukraine decided to amend its laws by de facto designating a substantial part of its population as slaves and depriving them of any rights. They are getting ready to hunt down those who fall within the conscription age range as part of the mobilisation effort, and plan to force Ukrainian men who fled abroad to escape the war to come back in order to mobilise them into the army.

Illegitimate EU#Sanctions

• The introduction of even limited sanctions on Russian aluminium will inevitably raise prices, put hundreds of companies in the EU at risk of being shut down, and will have a negative impact on the industrial potential of the EU and the implementation of measures towards the green economy. <...>

It is clear whose interests Brussels is serving. First, it acts against its own citizens and EU residents. Second, it serves the monopolists whose companies or interests are directly related to Washington and London.

Key talking points:

🔹 It is time everyone drew a lesson from the consequences of US attempts to play at behind-the-curtain diplomacy in the Middle East. It was Washington’s policy of monopolising mediation and undermining the international legal framework for a settlement that resulted in the current escalation in the conflict zone.

🔹 Neither Washington, nor Brussels refrain from assisting the Kiev regime because they realise that it would be doomed without such assistance. They remain committed to containing Russia at the expense of Ukrainians and their lives.

🔹 Americans placed their bets on force in an attempt to slow down the erosion of their hegemony. This is why they have been seeking to secure their military supremacy and have a free hand to use force. And this is how we can explain their refusal to accept any restrictions in terms of arms control.

🔹 Armenia has been and remains our strategic partner in the South Caucasus. We are confident that all these difficulties are temporary and will be overcome with enough political will to do so. The sustainable and systematic expansion of Russian-Armenian ties meets the fundamental interests of the people in both states.

🔹 Most of our partners agree with us that sooner or later our Western colleagues will have to accept the realities of a multipolar world, and then all issues will be resolved based on a balance of interests.
