I cannot say that this is the ultimate truth, but it is a fact that Russia was never much liked, and that it was only used for situational coalitions (with France, Britain, Germany and Austro-Hungary).

But how quickly they gave up those delicate phrases and assurances that we have a shared security system or economic space from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and generally one space. How quickly the instincts of uniting Europe against Russia prevailed again.

Основные тезисы:
💬 Чуть более чем через год исполнится пятьдесят лет Хельсинкскому заключительному акту. В этой связи с сожалением вынужден констатировать, что к этой юбилейной дате ОБСЕ подходит в плачевном состоянии, а её перспективы остаются неясными.
• К сожалению, западные политические элиты, присвоившие себе право вершителей судеб человечества, сделали близорукий выбор не в пользу ОБСЕ, а в пользу НАТО. В пользу философии сдерживания, геополитических игр с «нулевой суммой» и логики «ведущий-ведомый». Одной из ключевых составляющих такой линии стала безоглядная экспансия блока на Восток, начавшаяся после роспуска Организации Варшавского договора.
❌ Истинные намерения западных политиков в очередной раз проявились, когда Вашингтон и Брюссель отвергли выдвинутые Россией в декабре 2021 года предложения по юридически обязывающим гарантиям безопасности в Европе.
• В стремлении обрушить российскую экономику США и их европейские сателлиты ввели против России тысячи санкций, тем самым поставив крест на широкой практической кооперации между Востоком и Западом в нашем некогда общем регионе.
❗️ Киевский режим – это инвестиция Вашингтона в свои эгоистичные интересы сдерживания России и решения собственных проблем за счет других, включая устранение экономических конкурентов, прежде всего в лице Евросоюза.
• Нынешняя ситуация – прямое следствие настойчивых попыток наших западных соседей обеспечить свое доминирование, беззастенчиво используя ОБСЕ для агрессивного продавливания узкокорыстных интересов и сознательно разрушая основополагающий принцип консенсуса и саму культуру дипломатии.
❓ Сейчас особых поводов для оптимизма нет. ОБСЕ, по сути, превращают в придаток НАТО и ЕС. Организация (давайте признаем это прямо) находится на краю пропасти. Встает простой вопрос: имеет ли смысл инвестировать усилия в её оживление?

Злобная глупость русофобов дошла до того, что впервые в нашей истории официальные власти запретили находиться в небе не самолету, а человеку в самолёте - так было написано в официальной ноте болгарского МИД: самолёту пролететь над Болгарией можно, а Марии Захаровой в самолёте лететь нельзя.
Про то, могу ли я пролететь над Болгарией без самолёта или можно ли воспользоваться для этого космическим пространством, ничего сказано не было.
Теперь серьёзно. Речь идёт не просто о глупости, а об опасной глупости какого-то интригана во властных структурах Болгарии.
Дело в том, что правила воздушного сообщения регулирует Чикагская конвенция о международной гражданской авиации 1944 г. Она предписывает понимать под территорией государства "сухопутные территории и прилегающие к ним территориальные воды". Воздушное пространство в термин "территория" не входит. В связи с этим действие и без того незаконных Евросоюзовских санкций не может распространяться на беспосадочный пролет на воздушном судне лица, которому запрещён въезд на территорию государства.
Подумали ли болгарские чиновники о том, что к тысячам натовских функционеров, находящимся в наших зеркальных стоп-листах, могут быть применены подобные меры в качестве ответных? А подумали ли они в принципе о создании опасного мирового прецедента? Думаю, нет.
Кто дал право неграмотным чиновникам в Софии позорить болгарский народ?

💬 This is the first time in our history that instead of closing its airspace to a plane, a government has... prohibited a person from being on board this plane while it crosses its airspace. This is how far Russia haters have gone in their malicious stupidity. But this is what we read in an official statement from the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry: Yes, you can cross Bulgaria’s airspace, but Maria Zakharova cannot be aboard that plane.
However, it does not say whether I can fly over Bulgaria in any other way other than by boarding a plane or whether I can travel through outer space for that purpose.
On a more serious note, there is more than just stupidity here. In fact, this constitutes a dangerous and stupid move by some wire-puller within the Bulgarian government.
After all, it is the 1944 Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation that governs air travel. It defines state territory as “the land areas and territorial waters adjacent thereto.” Air space is not covered by this definition. Therefore, the already illegal European Union sanctions cannot be applied to a person who is banned from entering a country’s territory while this person is on a plane during a non-stop flight over that state’s territory.
Have Bulgarian officials considered the fact that we could retaliate by giving the same treatment to thousands of NATO officials designated on our retaliatory stop lists? Have they thought about the dangerous international precedent this could set? I don’t think so.
Who gave these illiterate officials in Sofia the authority to discredit the people of Bulgaria this way?

📍 Skopje, December 1, 2023
I regret that we have approached the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in an atmosphere that is not conducive to anniversary celebrations. We are seeing the complete degradation of everything that has been created within the OSCE (previously within this Conference) in all three security dimensions.
We have become convinced that our Western colleagues have not learned any lessons from their disastrous policy line towards destroying the OSCE. They continue to finish it off with a zeal worthy of better use.
👉 Everything has been destroyed in the military-political area. They refused to ratify the Adapted CFE Treaty and many other agreements that helped maintain a security balance.
👉 Everything has been destroyed in the economic area as well. This second “basket” was demolished by the unprecedented sanctions that the EU and the US have imposed on the Russia Federation.
👉 There is nothing to say about human rights. No problems at all arose for many years despite the killing of children, women and civilians in general, and the full trade and economic blockade of Donbass and the suspension of water supplies to Russian Crimea.
The Macedonian Chairmanship set the right motto – “It’s about people.” During yesterday’s working lunch, I told my colleagues that when talking about people we were referring to all citizens of the OSCE countries and even “non-citizens” that are kept in this shameful status in Latvia and Estonia.
🤦♂️ In reality, it appears that all this excitement and concern about people is limited to the four heads of the OSCE offices. At any rate, I cannot reach any other conclusion from the nervous activity of our Western colleagues.
I do not care about the outcome of this get-together and the attempts to bargain for an extra day or week to continue the crude violation of all OSCE principles.

🕯 3 декабря в России отмечается День Неизвестного Солдата, призванный увековечить подвиг всех павших воинов, сражавшихся за Родину, чьи имена остаются неизвестными. Сегодня в России и за рубежом проходят торжественные мероприятия в память о солдатах и офицерах, которые не вернулись с поля боя и по сей день числятся пропавшими без вести.
Дата 3 декабря была выбрана не случайно – именно в этот день в 1966 году в Александровском саду у Кремлёвской стены состоялась торжественная церемония захоронения останков неизвестного солдата, которые были найдены в ходе строительных работ на 41-м км Ленинградского шоссе. Здесь в декабре 1941 года шли ожесточённые бои за Москву.
На бойце хорошо сохранилась его форма со знаками различия рядового, при этом не было никаких документов, указывающих на его личность. Установить его имя не удалось по сей день – как и имена десятков тысяч других героев, грудью заслонивших столицу.
Могила Неизвестного солдата стала памятником вечной славы всем, кто погиб на поле боя за родную землю. В мае 1967 года возле мемориала был зажжён Вечный огонь, доставленный с Марсова поля в Ленинграде. В декабре 1997 года у памятника появился постоянный пост почётного караула.
💬 «Имя твоё неизвестно, подвиг твой бессмертен», – гласит надпись на монументе.

Министерство обороны России регулярно проводит поисковые мероприятия, на постоянной основе занимается увековечением памяти павших героев. За рубежом масштабную работу на этом направлении ведут российские дипломаты.
❗️К сожалению, в рамках кампании по фальсификации истории в ряде стран Восточной Европы сегодня уничтожаются мемориалы советским воинам-освободителям, общественности запрещается воздавать дань памяти борцам с нацизмом. МИД России привлекает внимание к этим вопиющим фактам, борется за сохранение и восстановление мемориалов. Память каждого, кто пожертвовал жизнью ради нашего будущего, бессмертна.
Дата 3 декабря была выбрана не случайно – именно в этот день в 1966 году в Александровском саду у Кремлёвской стены состоялась торжественная церемония захоронения останков неизвестного солдата, которые были найдены в ходе строительных работ на 41-м км Ленинградского шоссе. Здесь в декабре 1941 года шли ожесточённые бои за Москву.
На бойце хорошо сохранилась его форма со знаками различия рядового, при этом не было никаких документов, указывающих на его личность. Установить его имя не удалось по сей день – как и имена десятков тысяч других героев, грудью заслонивших столицу.
Могила Неизвестного солдата стала памятником вечной славы всем, кто погиб на поле боя за родную землю. В мае 1967 года возле мемориала был зажжён Вечный огонь, доставленный с Марсова поля в Ленинграде. В декабре 1997 года у памятника появился постоянный пост почётного караула.

🇺🇳 December 10 marks the 75th anniversary of the adoption by the UN of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Unfortunately, we commemorate this milestone in a challenging situation, as the international system for ensuring and promoting human rights continues to deteriorate. Its institutions, inherently controlled by the West, display political bias, hypocrisy and undisguised selectivity.
❗ For eight years, we have been witnessing their helplessness and direct disregard for the gross violations against the people of Donbass. These human rights bodies not only failed to recognize, but even encouraged manifestations of Russophobia, supporting the countries that rushed to take the lead in this shameful competition of Russophobes.
🤝 As you know, Russia withdrew from a number of international human rights organizations, but this does not mean that we are abandoning the principles laid down in the Universal Declaration. On the contrary, we are ready to cooperate with all interested parties and partners, to find solutions for forming an effective, fair and equal system for ensuring human rights for everyone.

«Чёрная дыра» – это абсолютно не символическое сравнение, а механизм распределения средств незаконным путем и их воровства в чудовищных масштабах. Никто не понимает, куда это всё уходит.
