⚠️ Health officials in Kharkov, with the full support of the city administration, are stealing medicines and medical supplies provided by Western countries as humanitarian aid, which are then sold at inflated prices in local pharmacies, and psychotropic substances are openly sold over the Internet.
▫️Such actions by criminal Ukrainian authorities demonstrate complete indifference to the fate of their own citizens and absolute disregard for all norms of morality and the principles of international humanitarian law.

⚠️ Russian Federation's Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response continues to record numerous facts of criminal actions by Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use of civilian infrastructure for military purposes by Ukrainian armed formations:
🔹in Nikolaev, the building of the vocational engineering lyceum (Kosmonavtov Street) AFU units are located. There is a large amount of military equipment on the adjoining territory, artillery positions have been equipped, roadblocks have been set up around the perimeter of the school, and the approaches to the institution have been mined, but the local population has not been informed about this;
🔹in Bylbasovka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian nationalist units, self-propelled artillery and ammunition storage facilities are deployed in the private households, and there has been no deliberate evacuation of civilians from the area;
🔹in Kharkov, militants of Kraken nationalist battalion have equipped strongholds and ammunition depots on the lower and upper floors of multi-storey residential buildings (Vladyslav Zubenko Street), with rocket launchers and armoured vehicles placed in courtyards, local residents prohibited from leaving their flats, and all attempts to evacuate to safe areas have been harshly suppressed;
🔹in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis fire artillery at positions of the Russian Armed Forces and formations of Donetsk People's Republic from School No. 3 (Nadiya Kurchenko Street) at night, provoking them to return fire, while holding residents of nearby houses in the basement of the building under the pretext of alleged security, effectively using them as human shield;
🔹in Dnepropetrovsk region east of Troitskoye, Ukrainian neo-Nazis have mined a bridge over the Volchya River, which they plan to blow up and, following a well-established scenario with extensive coverage in the Ukrainian and Western media, accuse units of the Russian Armed Forces and Donetsk People's Republic of allegedly indiscriminate strikes against transport infrastructure facilities.
▫️We emphasize once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Russian armed forces do not strike at civilian infrastructure, treat the civilian population with the utmost humanity and provide the civilians with comprehensive assistance and support.

⚠️According to the testimony of captive AFU servicemen, a large number of mobilized Ukrainian citizens have health limitations, but they are forced to sign a refusal to undergo a special medical commission at the military registration and enlistment offices.
▫️Thus, practically the entire male population of Ukraine, irrespective of their state of health, is recognised as fit for military service.
▫️This lawlessness is led by corrupt officials in the Ukrainian military enlistment offices who, without regret, send people to their imminent deaths, just as the Nazis did in the last months of the Great Patriotic War, when, realising the hopelessness of their situation, they threw sick, elderly and teenagers to defend the cities.
▫️Such actions, once again, demonstrate the inhumane attitude of the Ukrainian authorities to their own citizens and their complete indifference to their fate.

According to @mod_russia_en on July 14 Kalibr high-precision missiles struck house of officers in #Vinnitsa that hosted meeting btw UAF command & foreign arms suppliers.
🇷🇺 doesn't target civilians. Unlike 🇺🇦 nationalists shelling residential areas of Donetsk & Lugansk republics with Western weapons.

⚡️Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s answer to a media question on UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ statement on the situation in Ukraine
❓What can you tell us about UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres saying on July 14 that he was shocked by a rocket fired into the city of Vinnitsa, central Ukraine?
💬Maria Zakharova: Indeed, this statement by Antonio Guterres has come to our attention. Here’s what I would like to say.
What we are seeing now is something that goes back in time. Contrary to the requirements in the UN Charter, the Secretariat is not taking an equidistant position, as one would expect from a Secretariat of the most authoritative international organisation that is designed, among other things, to promote the settlement of disputes.
Now with regard to this particular case. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, high-precision Kalibr missiles were used in Vinnitsa targeting a garrison house of officers which at that moment was housing a meeting of the Ukrainian Air Force command with representatives of foreign arms suppliers. The UN is probably aware of that. If not, then we suggest that Mr Guterres ask Ukraine why the Kiev regime is placing military facilities in close proximity to civilian buildings.
At the same time, for some reason, like many other UN representatives, the Secretary-General does not see the Armed Forces of Ukraine fire direct missile strikes against civilian targets and residential urban areas. I will give examples. Regarding the shelling of Kursk and Belgorod on July 3, as well as the shelling of Novaya Kakhovka on July 12, when warehouses with saltpeter exploded and residential buildings, a church and other buildings were damaged, the force of the detonation was similar to the explosion in the port of Beirut, and according to the regional Interior Ministry, approximately 190 people asked for medical help. Neither Mr Guterres, nor his official representative, nor anyone else from the UN Secretariat condemned the attack on civilians and civilian infrastructure as in the case of Vinnitsa. In response to a specific request to comment on the incident in Novaya Kakhovka, Deputy Spokesman for the Secretary General, Farhan Haq, said there were no comments on that matter. On earlier occasions, the UN has repeatedly ignored reports of civilian deaths, including children, caused by Ukrainian troop fire. Also, UN Secretary-General Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric had no information about Ukraine using civilians as a human shield (March 3 briefing https://www.un.org/press/en/2022/db220303.doc.htm).
I would like to remind our esteemed colleagues from the UN Secretariat that their job is not to take sides in disputable situations, but to help maintain peace and stability. This is what they are paid for and this is their mandate.

⚔️ On July 15, 1240 – 782 years ago – the Novgorod and Swedish armies fought a battle at the mouth of the Neva River. The Swedish invaders were going to build a fortress there and convert the locals to Catholicism, but they were met with fierce resistance from the young Prince Alexander of Novgorod.
Outnumbered by the enemy, the prince decided to attack at an unexpected time and from an unexpected side. The Swedes, who set up camp on the left bank of the Neva River, did not anticipate an attack from land. Prince Alexander’s foot-borne troops cut them off from their ships, and the cavalry cornered them between the banks of the Izhora and Neva rivers. The Novgorodian army won a crushing victory, having lost only 20 men.
☝️ The event made it into Russian history as the Battle of the Neva. The victory prevented Novgorod from losing the Gulf of Finland shores and preserved Rus’s trade with the West.

⚠️In addition, Ukrainian armed groups continue using residential buildings, educational entities and social facilities with military purposes:
🔹in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the kindergarten (Nadi Kurchenko st.), AFU units have deployed their manpower, armoured equipment, long-range artillery and MRLS, the approaches to the kindergarten have been mined, but local population has been intentionally left uninformed about it;
🔹in Nikolayev, nationalists have deployed their strongpoints in residential buildings (Admiralskaya st.), residents have not been evacuated;
🔹in Toretsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the school 9 (Tereshkovoy at.), Ukrainian armed groups have deployed their manpower, munitions depots and armoured vehicles, while residents of local buildings are retained in sports hall.
⚠️Despite the repeated statements by the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, this kind of facts of inhumane treatment to the civilian population remains neglected by the international community and organisations.
▫️According to reliable information, in Odessa region; employees of state and municipal establishments are forced to fill in reports about relatives in Russia, describing relations with them, as well as about neighbours who do not support the policies of Ukrainian leadership.
❗️All the people suspected of pro-Russian opinion are retained and transported to an unknown destination.

⚔️ On July 17, 1942, the Battle of Stalingrad began, one of the largest engagements in history and the most important stage of the Great Patriotic War. More than 3 mln soldiers and officers clashed in mortal combat.
♦️ One of the heroes of Stalingrad, Vasily Chuikov, is believed to have made a decisive contribution to the victory. Initially the commander of the 64th Army, he was then appointed to command the 62nd Army and given an order to defend Stalingrad at any cost. The army under his command gained glory for the heroic six-month defence in the devastated city where they had to fight on isolated bridgeheads.
♦️ The victory at Stalingrad paved the way for the deployment of a general Red Army offensive and the final expulsion of the invaders from the occupied territory of the USSR. It raised the international status of the Soviet Union and its armed forces, and strengthened the anti-Hitler coalition. The battle was the turning point in World War II, where the strategic initiative passed to the Red Army.

❌ Myth: Possible mis- interpretation of sanctions could lead to over-compliance or market avoidance. The EU is ready to further clarify to economic operators what is and what is not targeted in our sanctions. Not the whole financial system of Russia is de-SWIFTed and if some financial institutions decide voluntarily not to participate in this trade the cause is over-compliance.
✅ Fact: It is the EU countries that have been delegated the right to impose a system of fines and penalties for violation of restrictions and it have been constituted to the national level. This could result in 27 interpretations of the same action.
Since February 2022, the EU has introduced six packages of illegitimate anti-Russia sanctions. The European Commission has issued over 200 pages of “explanations” for these restrictions but it says on the first page of this document that they are not legally binding. In this case, Brussels is not entitled to make any decisions for the EU states.

❌ Myth: The Russian operation in Ukraine has led to a significant drop in food, animal feed and fertiliser availability, price increases for food, energy and fertilisers, and has aggravated global food insecurity.
✅ Fact: Russia is not at fault for the current food security crisis. A sharp increase in prices on the commodities and raw materials markets began as early as 2020, causing concern in the EU even then, – long before current events. The reason lies in the EU’s own errors in of its macroeconomic, energy, climate and food policies in recent years.
In trying to rebuild the world system of economic relations to its own advantage and impose its own rules, the EU fell into a trap created by its own ambitions. Under the circumstances, the West used Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine and Donbas as an excuse to conceal its own mistakes from the world public and its own citizens. In reality, a bad situation was made worse by the reckless anti-Russia sanctions.

🔹 All the good relations talk, the West’s proclaimed readiness to take into account the rights and interests of Russians who ended up in independent Ukraine or other post-Soviet countries after the collapse of the USSR turned out to be mere pretence.
🔹 Ukraine, Moldova and other countries being courted by the EU today are destined to be extras in the games of the West.
🔹 The collective West should come back to Earth from the world of illusions. The staged incidents, no matter how long they go on, will not work. It is time for fair play based on the international law rather than cheating.
🔹 The sooner everyone realises that there are no alternatives to objective historical processes where a multipolar world is formed based on respect for the principle of sovereign equality of states, fundamental for the UN Charter and the entire world order, the better.
