​​💬 In conclusion, I would like to present real data on the health condition of the voluntarily surrendered Ukrainian servicemen. This dispositive presents the data on presence of antibodies to contagious disease agents without mentioning personal data of these servicemen.

📊 The results are as follows: 33% of the examined servicemen had had hepatitis A, over 4% had renal syndrome fever and 20% had West Nile fever. The figures are significantly higher than the statistical average. In view of active research of these diseases held by the Pentagon within the Ukrainian projects, there is reason to believe that servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were involved as volunteers in experiments to assess the tolerance of dangerous infectious diseases.

◽️ The lack of therapeutic effect of antibacterial medication has been reported during in-patient treatment of AFU servicemen in medical facilities. High concentrations of antibiotics, including sulphonyl amides and fluoroquinolones, have been detected in their blood.

◽️ This fact may indicate preventive use of antibiotics and preparation of personnel for operating in conditions of biological contamination, such as cholera agent, that indirectly proves the information of the Russian Defence Ministry that Ukrainian special units were planning to use biological agents.

◽️ The data will be included in the U.S. military-biological dossier and we will continue to examine it and keep you informed.

Today’s sanctions against Russia by the Trudeau cabinet are another example of Ottawa’s weakness. By enforcing restrictions on media representatives and resources the Canadian authorities demonstrate that they do not want and are afraid of hearing the truth about the situation in and around Ukraine. Such blatant censorship and violation of freedom of speech highlight the totalitarian nature of Canadian liberalism.

Sanctioning Patriarch Kirill and designating him as “disinformation agent” is an unprecedented and blasphemous act against the head of the Russian Orthodox Church with hundreds of millions of believers around the world. After that, Canada has no moral right to be considered a country where the freedom of faith is respected.

Russia’s response to such abusive and inadequate action will be prompt and meaningful.

🇷🇺🇧🇾📞 Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke over the phone with President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

🔸 During their telephone conversation, the Leaders reviewed topical matters of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

🔸 The Presidents focused on the situation regarding the illegal restrictions Lithuania imposed on freight transit to the Kaliningrad Region. In this context, they discussed certain possible joint measures.

⚠️ Ukrainian nationalists are preparing yet another cynical provocation with civilian deaths in Slavyansk in Donetsk People's Republic to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of carrying out indiscriminate strikes against civilian targets.

▫️For this purpose, residents of nearby residential quarters are being held in the building of the Vocational Agrarian Lyceum (Nauka Street) under the pretext of allegedly ensuring security.

▫️At the same time, the building is miined and the militants plan to blow it up when Russian troops launch artillery strikes on military targets in the city.

❗️We warn the so-called civilised West in advance that this provocation about "Russian atrocities" is to be widely disseminated by the Kiev regime in the Ukrainian and Western media.

⚠️ Ukrainian armed formations continue to use educational institutions and social facilities for military purposes:

🔹in Kharkov, AFU units and Polish mercenaries are based in the premises of the National Technical University (Poltavskyi Shlyah Street), artillery and MLRS are deployed, and there has been no deliberate evacuation of residents from nearby houses;

🔹in Nikolaev, AFU units and territorial defence are deployed in kindergarten No. 126 (Mira Avenue) and school No. 11 (Kitoboyev Street);

🔹in Pevnichnoye in Donetsk People's Republic, a stronghold with barracks has been equipped in kindergarten No. 10 (Novaya Street) to house fighters of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries; the approaches to the building are mined, but the local population is deliberately not informed of this;

🔹in Shirokolanovka, Nikolaev Region, nationalists placed heavy weapons and armoured vehicles on the territory of the vocational school (Tsentralnaya Street) and placed sniper positions and MANPADs on the roofs.

▫️Such actions by Kiev once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of the Ukrainian citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

▫️We emphasize once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation treat the local population extremely humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure facilities, unlike the Ukrainian armed formations.

📄 This Report is a continuation of the efforts made by the Ministry to attract attention to the problems related to violation of the rights of Russian citizens and fellow citizens in foreign countries.

Since the issuing of the previous report, not only did no perceptible improvement of the situation take place in this sphere, but the state of affairs has worsened in multiple occasions.

The specific problems faced by our fellow citizens in a number of countries that had prevailed in the previous year were augmented by overwhelming discrimination of Russians, including diplomats, in connection with the special military operation for denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine conducted by the Russian Federation; this discrimination was shocking by its absurdity.

💬 Resurrection of Nazism in Ukraine didn’t happen overnight. Back in 1941 German troops invading Ukraine were accompanied by the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (ONU) and Ukrainian Insurgent Army.

After the defeat of Nazi Germany Ukrainian nationalists were eradicated in Soviet Ukraine but some of them managed to escape to Europe with fleeing German troops at the end of the war, many of them later were picked up by the US and Canada as a potential tool in their Cold War against the USSR.

In 1991 the ancestors of those nationalists and Nazi-collaborators returned to Ukraine and started their slow but consistent revengeful crusade which was given immense boost after the illegal Maidan coup in 2014.

☝️ Today, after thirty years, it has contaminated virtually the whole of the Ukrainian society with the virus of Nazism 2.0 on top of extreme nationalism and Russophobia.

⚔️ On July 12, 1943, the greatest tank battle in history took place near the village of Prokhorovka in the Belgorod Region.

It involved over 1,000 tanks and self-propelled guns and over 200,000 soldiers. Large air force units clashed in the skies. The Prokhorovka engagement turned the tide during the Battle of Kursk.

☝️ The tank battle near Prokhorovka spelled disaster for the Wehrmacht: the extremely powerful German strike formation was bled white. From then on, the Soviet Union enjoyed the strategic initiative, and until the end of the war, the Red Army mainly conducted offensive operations.

In 1954, a T-34 tank was placed on a pedestal near Prokhorovka. In 1995, the Prokhorovka Field Museum Reserve, including a memorial complex, was established.

🌟 On July 12, 1916, the legendary sniper Lyudmila Pavlichenko was born.

• She is considered the most successful female sniper in history: she took out 309 Nazi officers and soldiers.

• In the early days of the war, Pavlichenko volunteered for service and joined the 25th rifle division. She took part in the near-border battles in the Moldovan SSR and in the defence of Odessa and Sevastopol.

• In June 1942, she was seriously wounded and was sent to hospital. She was recalled from the front and went with a delegation of Soviet youth to Canada, the US and the United Kingdom, where she spoke to journalists and a wide foreign audience. During her visit, she was also received by US President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

• She actively persuaded the American public to join the battle against the Nazis and to open the second front.

• On October 25, 1943, Lyudmila Pavlichenko was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.

Roman Kostyrya from Severodonetsk tells how he was captured by Ukrainian militants back in 2014, and about what the Ukranian militants were doing in Severodonetsk before fleeing:

— In 2014, I was captured by them. They found out that I am a Russian and made me a militia member. They took me prisoner to Svatovo. They would beat me, torture... I was taken because of the ribbon.

During 4 hours I was being beaten at the intersection near the car... They beat, beat and beat. They said - meat has come. Then I reported them to the prosecutor's office, the prosecutor told me that I wasn’t going to get any money...

— And now what? How did the Ukrainian military behave here now?

— Cruel. I told one to go to hell, he hit me. They were aggressive. They said they would burn everything, would blow everything up...

⚠️ We continue to record the facts of crimes committed by the Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use by Ukrainian armed formations of houses, educational institutions and other social facilities for military purposes:

🔹in Kharkov, buildings of kindergarten No 362 and art school No 5 (Zernovoy Lane) are used by AFU forces and territorial defence units, and heavy equipment and artillery are deployed near institutions;

🔹in Kostantinovka, Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian nationalists have equipped a stronghold in school No. 3 (Tsiolkovskogo Street) and approaches to the building are mined, but the local population is deliberately not informed about this;

🔹in Odessa, units of Ukrainian armed formations, ammunition depots and armoured vehicles are deployed on the territory of school No 120 (Dalnitskaya Street);

🔹in Bakhmut, Donetsk People's Republic, territorial defence fighters have equipped firing positions on the lower and upper floors of residential buildings (Levanevskogo Street), while local residents are not allowed to leave their flats and all attempts by citizens to evacuate to safe areas are harshly suppressed;

🔹in Nikolaevka, Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian neo-Nazis have mined bridges across the Severskyi Donets River, which they intend to blow up and accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly indiscriminate strikes on critical transport infrastructure in a well-established scenario with spread in Ukrainian and Western media.

▫️We emphasize once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation treat the local population extremely humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure facilities, unlike the Ukrainian armed formations.

🔹Ukrainian neo-Nazis using unmanned aerial vehicles attacked buildings near Zaporozhye NPP with two 120mm mines.

▫️ This is not the first cynical provocation of the Kiev regime at the radiation hazardous facilities, organised by Western handlers, who, by realising their criminal goals, are putting millions of Ukrainian citizens in danger at the hands of Kiev.

▫️Such actions by Kiev once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of its own citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

❗️We call on the countries of the international community, the United Nations, the International Atomic Energy Agency and other international organizations to influence official Kiev and take effective measures to prevent provocations at potentially hazardous facilities.
