🎙 Remarks to the Press by First Deputy Permanent Representative Dmitry Polyanskiy regarding US biolabs in Ukraine.
💬 We have been seeking clarification from the US side on the true nature of its bioactivity in Ukraine and explanations with regard to the above-mentioned documents. In particular, we asked to clarify why the US Department of State keeps insisting that the US operates no laboratories in Ukraine, while there is documented proof of Pentagon directly managing these labs, with its sub-contractors implementing projects with deadly bio agents.
We have received no answers so far. The US as well as other Western delegations have been totally dismissive.
Military biological activities of the US on the territory of Ukraine are a violation of the Biological Weapons Convention. Such activities bring up biological threats of global scale, which respect no border and can lead up to a new pandemic which can surpass COVID-19 pandemic.

📅 On that day in 1996, the two countries signed a Treaty on the Creation of the Community of Russia and Belarus.
🤝 Russia and Belarus are working within the framework of the Union State to implement joint programmes in industry, energy, construction. The legal framework of bilateral cooperation comprises some 200 interstate and intergovernmental treaties and agreements.
❗️ On November 4, 2021, President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko co-chaired a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, during which a Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State was signed and 28 industry-based integration programmes were adopted.
🎊 We congratulate the people of Belarus on this day, which is a symbol of the unbreakable bonds of brotherly friendship between our states!

✉️ On April 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the Day of Unity between the Peoples of Russia and Belarus.
“Our countries have done a great deal to promote integration cooperation and constructive bilateral interaction in recent times. A number of important documents have been adopted, including Union sectoral programmes, an updated Military Doctrine and the Migration Policy Concept of the Union State,” the President of Russia noted in his message.

💬 A few bloggers have reported today that official Chanel brand stores abroad are refusing to sell their products to Russian nationals.
Allegedly, Chanel customers must sign a form saying that they will not take the items sold by the brand to the Russian Federation, as per some internal document of the boutique chain.
Seems like those running the legacy of the “great Coco” have found a way to join the Russophobic “cancel Russia” campaign.
Weird, right? What’s the link between Russia’s anti-Nazi operation and the French fashion house?
But the link is there. We just opened a closet to find some well-preserved 80-year-old skeletons.
During World War II, Coco Chanel herself was a collaborator and a Third Reich agent. She is widely known to have had connections to the occupation authorities in France. Baron Hans Guenther Freiherr von Dincklage, an attaché of the German government in charge of the Nazi propaganda in Paris, was among her dearest friends.
Coco Chanel, also known as informer F-7124 as per Abwehr records, supported the German masters of Paris so much that she took part in the attempts to organise secret negotiations between the Reich and the United Kingdom. One should say that the Germans valued Coco and had her live in a luxurious apartment at the Ritz hotel, while ordinary Parisians struggled to make ends meet under the German occupation, while the country’s economy was under enormous strain.
Moreover, the fashion designer accepted the help of the Nazis to reach her business goals. Before the war, she sold her Chanel No. 5 production facility to Jewish manufacturers. Then, she engaged the Germans to try and reclaim the rights to the perfume sale profits.
After France was liberated, she was called to answer for all of that. The fashion house does not advertise it but Coco was arrested at the end of the war. She was later released as a favour to Churchill (and here is London again) and was banned from France after the occupation was over, for years, residing in the “neutral” Switzerland.
The brand’s management has always emphasised that the Chanel house traditions are as strong as ever. Well, no doubt about that now. Investigative reporter Hal Vaughan wrote about the founder of the fashion house: “The Nazis were in power, and Chanel gravitated to power.”
The brand was never bothered by such things as concentration camps, mass killings and war crimes perpetrated by the SS and Gestapo divisions.
We are a very patient and forgiving country. We have forgiven everyone for everything, turned the page and cleared the way for the future.
But if the way turns out to be a ring road, we will break the vicious circle.
And the Chanel house can get back to square one and support Nazism, just like its founder did. But now everyone will know.

Stories about Bucha appeared in several foreign media outlets at once, which looks like a planned media campaign. Taking into account that the troops left the city on March 30, where was the footage for four days? Their absence only confirms the fake.
The video of the bodies is confusing: here at the 12th second the "corpse" on the right is moving his arm. At 30th second in the rear view mirror the "corpse" sits down. The bodies in the video seem to have been deliberately laid out to create a more dramatic picture. This is easily seen if you play the video at 0.25 of normal speed.
After Russian troops withdrew from Bucha, the AFU shelled the city. This may have also caused civilian casualties.
Mikhail Podolyak uses such staged footage as a pretext to request weapons from Western countries.

❗️ Все опубликованные киевским режимом фотографии и видеоматериалы, якобы свидетельствующие о каких-то «преступлениях» российских военнослужащих в городе Буча Киевской области являются очередной провокацией.
◽️ За время нахождения данного населенного пункта под контролем российских вооруженных сил, ни один местный житель не пострадал от каких-либо насильственных действий. В населенные пункты Киевской области российскими военнослужащими было доставлено и выдано мирным жителям 452 тонны гуманитарной помощи.
◽️ Все время, пока город находился под контролем российских вооруженных сил и, тем более после, вплоть до сегодняшнего дня, в Буче местные жители свободно передвигались по городу и пользовались сотовой связью.
◽️ Выезды из города Буча не блокировались. Все местные жители имели возможность свободного выезда из населённого пункта в северном направлении, в том числе в Республику Беларусь. При этом южные окраины города, включая жилые кварталы, круглосуточно обстреливались украинскими войсками из крупнокалиберной артиллерии, танков и реактивных систем залпового огня.
❗️ Хотим особо отметить, что все российские подразделения полностью вышли из Бучи еще 30 марта, на следующий день после очного раунда переговоров России и Украины в Турции.

❗️We would like to emphasise that all Russian units withdrew completely from Bucha as early as March 30, the day after the Russia-Ukraine face-to-face round of talks in Turkey.
Moreover, on March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoliy Fedoruk, confirmed in a video message that there were no Russian servicemen in the town, but he did not even mention any locals shot in the streets with their hands tied.
👉 It is not surprising, therefore, that all the so-called "evidence of crimes" in Bucha did not emerge until the fourth day, when the Security Service of Ukraine and representatives of Ukrainian media arrived in the town.
It is of particular worry that all the bodies of the people whose images have been published by the Kiev regime are not stiffened after at least four days, have no typical cadaver stains, and the wounds contain unconsumed blood.
❗️All this confirms conclusively that the photos and video footage from Bucha are another hoax, a staged production and provocation by the Kiev regime for the Western media, as was the case in Mariupol with the maternity hospital, as well as in other cities.

🔸The Council of the European Union nevertheless approved last week the allocation to Kiev for military needs of another 500 million euros from the European Peace Fund. In fact, this is an investment in the militarization of 🇺🇦 Ukraine. The West does not want a peaceful scenario for resolving the crisis in Ukraine?
🔸Old sea mines 🇺🇦 set by Ukraine are drifting across the Black Sea - a huge ⚠️ danger to navigation and coastal cities
🔸Ukrainian 🇺🇦 embassies abroad continue to recruit foreign citizens to participate in hostilities. This is a violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which prohibits the use of diplomatic missions for such purposes.
🔸Armed formations of 🇺🇦 Ukrainian nationalists continue to neglect the lives of civilians, use them as a “human shield”, torture and abuse those who remained in the territories under their control.
