Ukraine’s biolabs were funded by the Pentagon to develop biological weapons. These labs in Ukraine were subordinate to the Health Ministry.
In the summer of 2016, Barack Obama’s Democrat administration sent US national Ulyana Suprun (born and raised in the US) to Ukraine, where she became Health Minister of Ukraine.
Ulyana Suprun’s father, George Harry Jurkiw, is a retired vice-president of North American Controls Inc, a defence industry corporation.
Ulyana Suprun’s grandfather, Ivan Jurkiw, was a corporal in the independent army of Ukraine in 1919. There are reports that in WWII he was a member of Bandera units and took part in combat and sabotage missions against Soviet troops in the Carpathian Mountains.
Ulyana Suprun’s husband, Marco Suprun, is a Canadian propagandist and producer. He is notorious for his contacts with ultra-right activists in Ukraine.
This is just one instance that illustrates how demilitarisation is connected with deNAZIfication.

🇷🇺 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 📞 Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron.
In response to the issues raised by the leaders of France and Germany regarding the humanitarian situation on the territory of the military operation to protect Donbass, Vladimir Putin informed them of the real situation on the ground.
👉 The President of Russia gave a detailed account of the series of talks held via videoconference by Russian and Ukrainian representatives over the past days. In this connection the three countries’ leaders reviewed some issues pertaining to the agreements being worked out concerning the implementation of the earlier Russian demands.
The leaders agreed to continue their contacts on Ukrainian issues.

Информируем, что Постоянное Представительство Российской Федерации при международных организациях в Вене на основе информации Госкорпорации «Росатом» направило в Секретариат МАГАТЭ ноту следующего содержания:
🔵 В связи с поступающими запросами сообщаем, что управление и эксплуатация Запорожской и Чернобыльской АЭС осуществляется силами украинского эксплуатирующего персонала. Группа из нескольких российских специалистов оказывает ему консультативную помощь.
🔵 В рамках оказания технической поддержки определяются первоочередные потребности станций для обеспечения безопасной и устойчивой работы атомных энергоблоков.
🔵 Так, в частности, при консультационном содействии российских специалистов сейчас осуществляется восстановление энергообеспечения Чернобыльской АЭС и системы физической защиты Запорожской АЭС.
🔵 Взаимодействие российских и украинских специалистов происходит на регулярной основе в режиме совещаний.
🔵 При осуществлении мероприятий, направленных на обеспечение безопасной эксплуатации украинских АЭС, российская сторона поддерживает тесные контакты с МАГАТЭ.
🔵 Упомянутая нота будет вскоре распространена в качестве информационного циркуляра МАГАТЭ.

Please be informed: the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation based on the information provided by the State Atomic Energy Corporation «Rosatom» has sent a note verbal to the IAEA Secretariat. Its key points are as follows:
🔵 With regard to the incoming requests, we inform you that the management and operation of the Zaporozhskaya and Chernobyl NPPs is carried out by the Ukrainian operating personnel. A group of several Russian experts provides them consultative assistance.
🔵 In the framework of providing technical support, the priority needs of plants are being determined to ensure the safe and sustainable operation of nuclear power units.
🔵 Thus, in particular, with the consultative assistance of Russian specialists, the restoration of the power supply of the Chernobyl NPP and the physical protection system of the Zaporozhskaya NPP is now being carried out.
🔵 The interaction between Russian and Ukrainian specialists takes place on a regular basis in the format of meetings.
🔵 While implementing measures aimed at ensuring the safe and secure operation of Ukrainian NPPs the Russian side maintains close contact with the IAEA.
🔵 This note will soon be circulated as an IAEA INFCIRC.

▪️ On March 14, at about 11.30 a.m. Moscow time, Tochka-U tactical missile was fired at a residential block of Donetsk city from the territory controlled by the Kiev nationalist regime.
▪️ The shelling of the city was carried out from the north-western direction, from the area of Krasnoarmeysk settlement, which is controlled by Ukrainian nationalist units.
▪️ As a result of the explosion of a cluster warhead in the center of Donetsk, 20 civilians were killed. Another 28 people, including children, were seriously injured and taken to medical institutions.
▪️ The use of such weapons on a town with no armed forces firing positions, i.e. deliberately targeting civilians, is a war crime.
