Have you seen the Chinese word for ‘crisis’?
If you haven’t, here’s what it looks like.
As you can see, it's made up of two characters. One means' danger,' which makes sense. But what's unusual is that the second character actually means, 'opportunity.'
This concept actually goes back to the 6th century B.C. when Chinese military strategist, Sun Tzu wrote:
"In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity."
Now, you might think that the Chinese are unique in seeing the good in turbulent times, but that's not true. Maybe you've heard of this saying:
"Every cloud has a silver lining..."
Or what about:
"Only in darkness will you be able to see the stars."
These sayings are proof that our ancestors knew something many of us have forgotten...
Times of uncertainty can also be times of great benefit. Take a look at three of the industries that are booming during the coronavirus:
1. E-learning
People are increasingly looking for learn-from-home opportunities. You see, the coronavirus crisis has changed the face of learning, and it's never going to go back to how it used to be.
2. Delivery Services
We are buying more products than ever online, including food. So delivery companies are doing incredibly well during this time. And chances are, they will continue to do well even after this is over.
3. In-home entertainment
As people are stuck at home, they are looking for an escape. Some of them are finding it through streaming services like Netflix, Disney, and Youtube; others are finding it through online gaming. All of these options will continue to grow well after the virus is over.

Are you too attached to who you’ve been?
I truly believe that it’s not who you think you are that holds you back… it’s who you think you’re NOT.
When you define who you are allowed to be before you’ve even given something your all - you’ll never break through. That’s just the truth.
So if you don’t think this “new tactics” is for you...
If you don’t think you could ever work remotely...
And if you don’t think someone would write thousand dollar cheques to you for your new skills…
Then you’re sabotaging yourself before you’ve even started. You’ve already decided your fate. And I’ve learnt “thoughts always become reality”...
Something to think about. To have self Awareness n Consciousness.
