We all have our own opinion of ourselves.

You can only know yourself through direct experience with the world.

The only way you can come to a non-insane answer reflective of actual reality, is to point to an experience indicative of being IN or OUT of alignment with mental toughness.

Multiple experiences with the same consistent result = real answer, real description

And while we don’t care about what others think about us..

We DO (should) care about how we’re being perceived, and the effect we are having on others. Not from a position of craving acceptance and validation. But purely from a standpoint of strategy and effectiveness.

Are we being intentional?
Is our life a series of successive objectives being met? Goals being reached? Are you awake? Are you consciously choosing your life?

How are you being perceived?
= one of the most useful metrics to judge oneself, is in the quality manner and style with which people introduce you to others.

AS AN EXPERIMENT:
