Being in great shape is extremely effortless if you simply approach it in the right way:

* exercise
- Go on a 3-5 day fast
- Gut has been given a much needed break
- Tastebuds have reset
- You now crave whole nutrition
- Size of stomach has shrunk significantly
Can easily eat OMAD, intermittent fasting for 18 hours a day. Time food around hitting workouts. Supplement protein if need extra recovery. Cardio few times per week. Get in a routine walk after eating to aid digestion. Drink lots of tea and organic juices.

A fish spends its whole life in water without knowing what an ocean is. Itβs too close. Blinded by proximity.

A knife can only know itself through that which it cuts.
You can only know yourself through direct experience with the world.
Are you mentally tough? Yes or no?
The only way you can come to a non-insane answer reflective of actual reality, is to point to an experience indicative of being IN or OUT of alignment with mental toughness.
Multiple experiences with the same consistent result = real answer, real description
In many ways
You donβt exist
You cannot be *known*
You can only be *experienced*
And while we donβt care about what others think about us..
We DO (should) care about how weβre being perceived, and the effect we are having on others. Not from a position of craving acceptance and validation. But purely from a standpoint of strategy and effectiveness.
Are we being intentional?
Is our life a series of successive objectives being met? Goals being reached? Are you awake? Are you consciously choosing your life?
This is no different.
How are you being perceived?
