Think of the Universe as a conscious living being that can be directly interfaced with and who responds to the vibrational commands you give it.

The strongest forces that the Universe responds to is:
1) Conviction
2) Certainty
3) Faith
Conviction and certainty means an ABSOLUTE SURENESS and knowing - not believing, KNOWING.
Faith is the most powerful of those 3 because as long as conviction and certainty can be achieved by reason and logic, faith is believing, in this particular case KNOWING without any reason and without any logical argument - you can't explain it in any other way than faith is a choice and trust. And it's hard because it's unhuman - it's totally against every instinct to trust something you can't see.

Bible says: "walk by faith, not by sight".

Meaning, you in your mind, the vibration you are emitting, therefore aligning with is not one that is reflective of the material world - of things you can literally see with your own eyes and point at but rather it's trust in a better reality that you cannot see and sometimes you have no reason to justify believing in it.

ABSOLUTELY UNHUMAN and that's what makes it so powerful!

There is no future, just continuous now.

The moment you accept doubt, you lose.

Remember, until death all defeat is psychological.

Someone asked me about social anxiety.

Here’s my answer:

Social anxiety is misplaced focus and the result of a perception that you do not belong.

Deeper, it is belief you are “out of place” and specifically that your insecurities make you unworthy of being there.

Social anxiety is fear that other will find this out about you ☝️

Shame is felt as a result of that, and only exacerbates the anxious effect.

Social anxiety is you forgetting that everybody is just as fucked up as you.

Some people are just better at hiding it.

Humility: to admit you do not know, and to allow yourself to learn
