Looking for Heavy impersonation TF2 meme video

He does the normal shtick of reciting the “I’m violently pissing and shitting…” copypasta, but what was most significant was his teammates calling out a spy disguised as a medic and he shouts “SPEDIC!” I want to say I’ve seen the video posted to Instagram as well as Reddit, but I’m not totally sure.
