Only 42% of Americans approve of Trump's activities as president, a new Reuters/Ipsos poll shows. That said, 57% disagreed with his decision to withhold funding from universities, and 66% said he shouldn't control national museums.

Interestingly, 75% of respondents — including 53% of Republicans — believe Trump should not run for a third term.

Nevertheless, Reuters notes that Trump’s current approval rating exceeds the levels Biden had for most of his term.
