The Core Development team plans to run some stress tests on Rootstock Testnet next Monday, July 3rd, between 12 pm and 4 pm UTC. While we don't expect heavy disruptions, this might affect some Testnet network services during the test window.

If this happens, all IOV-managed affected services will be restored immediately after the test finishes. This won't affect Mainnet in any way. We want you to be aware and ask you to please let us know if this affects you somehow so we can re-arrange plans accordingly.

📢 A new RSK network upgrade has been approved by the Rootstock Community.

Fingerroot 5.0.0 includes a change to consensus rules so it is highly recommended you update to ensure your node remains compatible.

🟢 The Mainnet network upgrade will happen at block number 5,468,000 (around July 12, 2023 4:00 PM UTC).

🟠 The Testnet network upgrade happened on June 28, 2023

Please review the proposed changes and upgrade your RSKj node to version 5.0.0 ahead of this date.
