3/ Things are likely to get even worse once tariffs take full effect. The agricultural sector is already bleeding; next will be logistics, trucking, retail, and manufacturing.
4/ Worse yet, Trump has stated that he is not willing to end his trade war even if the U.S. enters a recession.
Fox News reports that Trump’s National Security Adviser, Michael Waltz, and his deputy, Alex Wong, were dismissed following a leak from a Signal chat.

According to Politico, the russian asset Steve Witkoff is being considered as Waltz’s replacement.

2/ I’m sure this is just the beginning. Nearly 50% of Trump’s advisers were fired during his first term. Let’s see if he can beat his own record.

Keith Kellogg: Russia is Not Winning This War

"Russia is not winning this war. Russia has achieved no significant successes in the last year and a half. They didn’t take Kyiv, the capital. They haven’t advanced west of the Dnieper River, which is a major obstacle.

They didn’t take Odesa. They’ve lost hundreds of thousands of soldiers, and they haven’t actually moved anything. They are moving by meters, not miles, and the Ukrainians are fighting fiercely. So when Russia says they are winning — no, that’s not true.”
No, the U.S. did not defeat Hitler.

Trump has announced that he will rename Victory in Europe Day to “Victory in World War II Day” to recognize that the U.S. “did more than any other country, by far, in producing a victorious result in World War II.”

This is actually quite funny, considering that several years ago Trump claimed that “russia defeated Hitler.” I responded at the time by pointing out that Trump doesn’t know history — because russia didn’t defeat Hitler. It was the joint effort of the Allied forces, including the U.S.

That post of mine went viral on Twitter, reaching over 40 million people. But, of course, the MAGA crowd began harassing me, and the post was eventually censored and taken down. Donald Trump Jr. even chimed in, claiming I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Now, by Trump’s own logic, russia didn’t defeat Hitler — the U.S. did. And once again, I will say: no, the U.S. did not defeat Hitler. It was a collective victory achieved by the Allied nations.
The U.S. is sending non-operational F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine for spare parts.

Photos have surfaced online showing partially dismantled F-16s being loaded onto a Ukrainian Antonov An-124 cargo plane at Tucson International Airport in Arizona.

2/ Flight tracking data indicates the An-124 was headed to Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport in Poland — a key transit hub for Western military aid to Ukraine.
3/ Ukraine’s F-16 fleet is growing: allies have pledged around 85 operational aircraft, some of which will be used for pilot training.
4/ Because the Western-made F-16 differs significantly from Soviet-era jets, Ukraine must quickly adapt and maintain the platform — making spare parts from decommissioned U.S. F-16s especially valuable.

In Germany, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party (the party supported by Elon Musk) has been officially classified as a far-right organization.

This decision was made due to the party’s contempt for human dignity and its overall radical nature. Courts in Cologne and North Rhine-Westphalia had already ruled in 2022 and 2024 that AfD should be monitored, as there were signs it opposed democratic principles. These suspicions have now been confirmed.

Authorities examined not only AfD’s programs and official statements but also public remarks made by its representatives and their ties to other far-right groups. It was established that the party’s ideology is based on an ethnic concept of the nation, which violates Germany’s Constitution and degrades entire population groups.

Reports are coming that the U.S. administration is withdrawing from formal Ukraine peace negotiations. So much for Trump’s promises to stop the war in 24 hours.
It would take centuries and millions of lives for russia to capture all of Ukraine.

According to Forbes, in April, russian forces seized about 176 square miles of Ukrainian territory — while losing 4,800 pieces of equipment and over 36,600 soldiers killed or wounded.

At this rate of advance, russia would fully occupy Ukraine only by 2256 — after losing 101 million people. That’s nearly two-thirds of russia’s population.
The U.S. State Department has approved a $310.5 million package to support the training and sustainment of Ukraine’s F-16 fighter jets.

The package includes:

- Modification and modernization of the aircraft
- Training for personnel on operations, maintenance, and combat readiness
- Spare parts and consumables
- Ground support equipment
- Delivery and support for both classified and unclassified software
- And other related items
This man seriously lives in a parallel reality. I travel a lot and haven’t seen anything close to $1.98 per gallon. The national average is around $3.17. Yet his diehard supporters still believe him.
"Russia is the first country in the world where fascists celebrate victory over fascism."
Believe it or not, Trump actually posted this photo.

I’m not even sure what this is supposed to be. Is he mocking the Pope? Or is this a serious statement about his intentions?
