Please, support Taras Horodetskyi — my cousin from Ukrainian who was injured defending his homeland and his family.

First Lieutenant Taras Horodetskyi, is a true Ukrainian hero. A devoted husband and father of two sons, he answered the call to defend his homeland the moment russia launched its brutal invasion.

With three graduate degrees in engineering, IT, and oil drilling, Taras was appointed commander of a communications unit due to his exceptional skills. His bravery and leadership were recognized early on when he was awarded for courage and strength of spirit.

While on a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region, Taras’s vehicle came under heavy fire and was engulfed in flames (see the photo). He has no memory of escaping the inferno — only of regaining consciousness after a nearby explosion.

Despite severe injuries, he managed to apply a tourniquet to his arm and attempted to return to his unit. His legs, riddled with shrapnel, gave out, forcing him to crawl nearly a mile before collapsing at the station.

Taras was rushed to intensive care, where doctors diagnosed him with multiple fractures, shrapnel wounds, a cerebral contusion, and an open head injury.

Though he survived, the road ahead is long and uncertain.

The harsh reality is that the Ukrainian medical system is overwhelmed. When I visited Taras, his wounds hadn’t been treated for over two days. The hospital lacked basic supplies — even a thermometer. His wife had to purchase one herself because he was running a fever. He was in unbearable pain, crying out for relief, but there were no viable painkillers available.

I am devastated and furious — but anger won’t heal him.

Taras needs our help.

President Trump has criticized President Zelenskyy for stating that Ukraine does not legally recognize the occupation of Crimea.

First of all, I want to ask — what would anyone do if their home were invaded? Would you simply let the intruder keep it?

Second, President Zelenskyy does not have the authority to “legally recognize the occupation of Crimea.” Ukraine’s territorial integrity is protected by its Constitution. Neither the President nor Parliament has the power to cede territory. Only the Ukrainian people have that right.
Russia must not be rewarded for its full-scale invasion, which violates international law, involves the systematic use of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and fulfills the criteria of genocide.

Such a so-called “peace agreement” would serve as an open invitation for the russian regime to expand its war of aggression against Ukraine and the rest of Europe in the near future.
To all those urging Ukraine to enter peace talks with russia — please, take a close look at this photo.

This is Grozny, the capital of Chechnya. In 1999, it was reduced to rubble by russian forces — just three years after russia signed a peace treaty with Chechnya.

Russia couldn’t win the war, so it took a break — only to come back and destroy the country, killing hundreds of thousands of Chechens.

The only language russia understands is the language of force. They must be humiliated and decisively defeated. Otherwise, the world will remain at the mercy of an evil empire, ready to attack any country, at any time.
Russian terror in Kyiv. At least 9 civilians are dead, 63 wounded, including children.

How many more lives must be lost before the U.S. administration understands that russia has no intention of a ceasefire or peace?

Kryvyi Rih, Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa — hundreds of civilians dead while the U.S. is trying to appease the aggressor. The only road to real peace is justice.

A Nuremberg 2025 must begin.

This is what ‘russian peace’ looks like.

Russia is bombing the Ukrainian capital - 10 civilians are dead, including 2 children, over 100 are injured.

Since Trump took office and began cozying up to Putin, russian attacks on Ukraine have skyrocketed. Trump’s pro-russian stance has emboldened Putin to commit more war crimes, knowing there will be no repercussions.

To make matters worse, the U.S. administration is now refusing to sell air defense systems to Ukraine — resulting in an even higher death toll.
President Trump is “not happy with the Russians strikes on Kyiv.”
After Trump’s inauguration, the number of russian drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian territory increased significantly.

The intensity of these attacks more than doubled across 12 Ukrainian regions. In some areas, like Odesa, it increased tenfold.

“Interesting — if no one is forcing Zelenskyy to recognize Crimea as russian, then how does Zelenskyy’s statement that Ukraine will never recognize Crimea as russian harm the negotiations?”

At least now we know what concessions to expect from russia.

Journalist: What concessions has russia offered?

Trump: Stopping taking the whole country.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my cousin, Taras Horodetskyi — a brave defender of Ukraine and a devoted father.

While on a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region, Taras’s vehicle came under heavy fire and was engulfed in flames. Despite suffering severe injuries, he managed to apply a tourniquet to his own arm and attempted to return to his unit. His legs, riddled with shrapnel, gave out — forcing him to crawl nearly a mile through a minefield before collapsing at a medical station.

Taras was rushed to intensive care, where doctors diagnosed him with multiple fractures, numerous shrapnel wounds, a cerebral contusion, and an open head injury.

Though he survived, the road ahead is long and uncertain. Doctors removed over 150 pieces of shrapnel from his body. He has lost hearing in his left ear, and his left arm remains partially paralyzed.

After being so disappointed by Lex Fridman — who clearly lost credibility by pushing pro-russian narratives in his interview with Zelenskyy — I didn’t expect much from Ben Shapiro.

But to my surprise, it’s actually a very good interview!
Russians have turned Pokrovsk into a graveyard. The city lies in ruins. In the photo: a children’s playground, now serving as a burial site.
