One of the biggest culprits to homeschool anxiety is the feeling of not being in control.
The feeling that we’re not doing enough, or not doing what we “should” be doing. The feeling that the kids are wasting time or not knowing how to prioritise what matters.
Homeschool planning doesn’t need to be a big PhD thesis! It just needs to help you. 🌸
The whole point of a plan isn’t to encapsulate something upon a stone tablet that can never be altered, but to provide you with a guide, some direction. A road map so to speak. If a more scenic route comes along, take it! You don’t have to follow what’s on your piece of paper just because it’s there. But you have that sense of direction. You know where you’re headed, even if you take a different road along the way.
There are some really easy ways to go about planning for homeschool, and tomorrow is the second part of our planning workshop (part of the full Homeschool With Confidence course). I will be diving in to show you how you can easily and effectively put together your plans so you can prioritise what matters at home and reach your homeschool goals insha’Allah 🎉
You’re welcome to register and access the first class on replay right away where we explored what I call the planning primer - knowing who your children are. If you want to plan effectively, you have to know who it is you are planning for first! 💝

Homeschool Planning For Muslim Mums
A two day online workshop
🎙Have you spoken to your children about the concept of death before?
I know it’s deep but remember the truth spares nobody’s feelings and death is truly a heart softener and it also builds character.
Death can be introduced positively such as talks about Jannah and meeting our Most-Merciful Lord.
https://t.me/salaffiyahparenting
Reminders of death is very healthy for us Mamas too. When Motherhood takes all my energy for the day, sometimes all it takes is a 5 minute alone time to reflect and remind myself that ‘it could be worse’ and that ‘life is too short to dwell’ etc. This is why self care and alone time is so healthy and important because we get to remind ourselves of the bigger picture.
https://t.me/salaffiyahparenting
We need to seek Allaah’s reward and keep going Mama. Our children observe our response to hardships every day and children learn through imitating those they love most.
So when life gets tough, get tougher! Let’s build resilience in our children by accepting the Qadr of Allaah and following His guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah. It’s all worth it in the end.
May Allaah make us righteous parents and our children the coolness of our eyes!

Is there a difference between Manhaj and Aqeedah?

Is there a difference between Manhaj and Aqeedah?
Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya
Shaykh Rabee al-Madkhali was asked
Is there a difference between Manhaj and Aqeedah?
If there is a difference between them, then do the people of Hizbiyyah have a point of view among this difference?
The Answer:
Of course, there is a lot of talk and discussion about this at this time.
This is in contrast to what the Salaf were upon.
They would perhaps mention the word 'Manhaj' and the plural 'Manahij' however, they did not have this eagerness with Manhaj, Manhaj.
However, when it became widespread it forced the Salafeeyoon to say out aloud al-Manhaj, al-Manhaj.
I heard shaykh Ibn Baz not making a distinction between Aqeedah and Manhaj. He says that both of these are one matter.
As for shaykh Al-Albaani he makes a distinction and I likewise make a distinction. I hold the opinion that al-Manhaj is more comprehensive than Aqeedah.
Therefore, Manhaj includes Aqeedah and it includes worship and it includes how we understand the Deen and it includes how to criticize and refute and it includes how to face up to the people of Bida.
So, Manhaj is comprehensive. The Manhaj of the Ahl ul Sunnah in Aqeedah, their Manhaj in worship, their Manhaj in acquiring and accepting knowledge, their Manhaj in such and such matter.
There is no doubt Manhaj is more comprehensive, however, some of the people of desires make a distinction between Aqeedah and Manhaj for their Hizbi (partisan) and political goals.
They deceive many of the Salafiyeen so they say, you remain upon your Aqeedah, however, in Manhaj we need to cooperate with each other upon that.
So there is nothing to prevent them from saying: I am Salafi in Aqeedah and Ikhwaani in Manhaj.
In the footnotes, from what AbdulAziz al Jaleel clearly stated in his book: 'Waqafat Tarbeeyah' p.116 whereby he said:
'We want a Manhaj of Dawah established upon Salafi Manhaj but modern in confrontation against the rulers.'
It is known that from the Manhaj of al-Ikhwaan is to war against the Aqeedah as-Salafeeyah.
So this type of Salafi who says I am Salafi in Aqeedah and ikhwaani in Manhaj, or Tablighi in Manhaj, he in reality announces about himself that he fights against the Salafi Manhaj and Salafi Aqeedah.
So this is Hizbi and political trickery which the Tabligh and Ikhwaan spread.
They separated between the Aqeedah and Manhaj so that they could play, specifically with the intellects of the Salafiyoon.'

THE EVILS OF LIBERALISM AND MODERN LIBERALISTIC IDEAS (tolerance to all).
https://t.me/rpubschannel
Another of the numerous evils inherited by some Muslims from the concept of liberalism is the idea of tolerance to whatever the people put forward as the religion of Allah and minding ones business in that vein. That is, we should be tolerant (which actually means to accept, even if we would not practice) with whatever ways anyone chooses to practice and whatever they put forward as the religion of Allah (and other religions as well) and we should mind our own business in the sense that we should not talk them into believing what we believe.
On this issue, a video was sent to me sometime ago by someone who views my methodology to be intolerant and full of bigotry. The video went all about how everyone thinks their religion (not methodology here) to be superior to others and how much religious intolerance has flourished due to this. UAE was the video’s case study and painful realities such as the presence of many worship centres belonging to other religions and the presence of a non Muslim section in their supermarkets where pork and other haram things are sold were mentioned. The video even went as far as stating that no religion is superior, but only different.
For the Muslim who has not been affected by these ideologies, a mention of these things saddens the heart because so many of the general Muslims are subscribing to these forms of misguidance. And Allah’s aid is sought.
Nobody says there should be no humanity. We have not been ordered by our Maker to kill all of the non Muslims and innovators in our community or to kick them out of the markets or to be unjust to them. We are not told to feel euphoric over the death or non Muslims who pose no threat to our religion or to be unkind to them. Muslims do have the best characters.
However, Islam is not a religion that teaches us to keep quiet when we see evil which constitutes everything that Islam is against. Islam does not teach us to cooperate in transgression, we only cooperate in righteousness and the good things. Islam equally does not teach us to mind our businesses, keep quiet or accept evil. The religion is sincere advice and we are mirrors of one another.
Allah asks us to be an ummah that enjoins good and forbids evil. In His book, He criticised the people of the scriptures for their failure to do that and He ﷻ has specifically called the ummah of Muhammad ﷺ the best of nations because we enjoin the good and forbid the bad. It is stated in a very clear ayah in “You are the best of mankind, you enjoin Al Maruf (Islamic monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and you forbid Al Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Allah has forbidden), and you believe in Allah” [Al e Imran 110].
A hadith in Sahih al Bukhari explains the ayah beautifully. It was narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that that means the best for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam [Al Bukhari 4557].
Allah has praised this ummah because of this attribute of enjoining good and forbidding bad and then, liberalism, with its concept that seeks to free people from the rules of Allah as though they are shackles, comes to enjoin tolerance and quietness in a hypocritical manner.
No denials, our methodology is intolerant towards innovations and even to watering down the methodology. We are proud of it as it is al haqq and our greatest possession. By the permission of Allah, our upright scholars, the inheritors of the Prophets will continue to make the truth known and we will never accept falsehood and we will always continue to stick to truth and its propagators, come what may.
Conclusively, our Shaykh Salih al Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) rightly said “upon us is to expose falsehood and establish the truth and we don't look at what people would say regarding this.” (Sharh Riyadu Assaliheen). This is what we shall always be upon, by the permission of Allah. We ask Allah to keep us firm on that which is best and d

*Upon you is to follow my sunnah and the sunnah of the rightly guided caliphs* (A statement of Allah's Messenger صلی الله عليه و سلم)
Explained by Shaykh Ubayd Al-Jaabiree
Translated by Abdulillah lahmami
*Shouldn't we run away from fitnah, o students of knowledge?*
After we had cut the hands and tongues of those defending Captain, Halabi and others among the Innovators with rebuttals, and they see no where to hide, they feel constricted as we have exposed them and uncovered the truth for those who haven't seen the truth among their followers, they have nothing to say than to tell their followers that, "This is fitnah, you must not participate in it!"
Wallahi, we also testify that this is fitnah. People bringing innovations into the Deen is fitnah! People caressing the heads of Innovators is fitnah! People defending Innovators is fitnah! It is the fitnah that you have brought upon us, but *no one is more foolish than the one who wants us to remain silent on falsehood.*
Haven't you read the book of your Lord where he says,
"Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful."
Is repelling the evil no more a praiseworthy action? Oh reader! Don't be deluded by these clowns that try to incriminate refutation and say "We will remain silent, we don't refute." It is all lies! Those who repel evil and command goodness are the ones Allah referred to as the successful, not the tongueless devils as Imam Ibnul Qayyim referred to those who remain silent in the face of falsehood in his book, Ad-Da'u wad-dawaa'.
Where were you when the prophet ﷺ said, " “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.”
[Reported by Muslim]
This is what Allah and his Prophet ﷺ has commanded.
By Allah, these people who wants to appear pious, sincere and gentle in the front of people are the most dangerous of all. Many of them are actually in support of falsehood, but for the fear of refutation and rebuttals, they chose to remain on the fence. Wallahi, that's the reason why they want us to be silent. We ask them, *do you think you can be attacking Salafiyyah and the Salafis will remain silent?* No, Wallahi, you will never be save from our pens and our tongues until you return to the truth.
Dear reader, this people who want us to be silent wants nothing but evil, the prophet ﷺ said, “By the one who my soul is in His hand, you shall enjoin the good and forbid the evil, or Allah will be about to send a punishment to you from Him, then you will call Him and He will not answer you” (Reported by Tirmidhi)
The prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind." Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140)
We say to them, do you want us to remain silent till Allah sends punishment to us and we call him and he doesn't answer?
One of them once raised a doubt that it wasn't all the scholars in time of Imam Ahmad bn Hanbal that repelled the fitnah of khalqu Qur'an, we ask him, "Isn't that Ahmad refuted them all?!" Why do you want to distort the truth for people.
Oh reader, Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan was asked regarding this issue, kindly read his insightful response.
Question to Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (22/01/1433H) at Ha'il University
This was a question put to the Shaykh in the lecture given at Ha'il University:
يقول الشيخ أحسن الله اليك. ترد احيانا توجيهات من ولاة الأمور بالتحذير من بعض الجماعات العصرية أو الأفكار فيحجم بعض الناس عن بيان أو عن قراءة هذا البيان أو هذا الأمر أو لا يخطب غذا كلف بالخطابة عن حماعة بحجة ألا يحدث فتنة فما قول سماحتكم في هذا الاجتهاد؟
Question: Shaykh, may Allaah be benevolent towards you, [the questioner] says: Sometimes directions come from those in authority to warn against some of the contemporary jama'aat or (contemporary) ideas. But some people desist from clarification or from reading this clarification or this

Question: Shaykh, may Allaah be benevolent towards you, [the questioner] says: Sometimes directions come from those in authority to warn against some of the contemporary jama'aat or (contemporary) ideas. But some people desist from clarification or from reading this clarification or this
matter or he will not give a sermon which he has been tasked to givie about a jamaa'ah with the argument of avoiding that fitnah should arise. So what is your saying about this ijtihaad, your eminence?
Answer: We say: Tribulation (fitnah) lies in leaving alone the people of evil spreading their evil without them being taken by their hands (restrained) and without their evil being warned against and their ideas being refuted. *This is the actual fitnah.* As for clarification, and taking the fools by their hands, and (likewise) the people of misguidance, this is wisdom (hikmah) and is not tribulation (fitnah), this is repelling error. [culled from manhaj. com]
This is the truth from the scholar of Sunnah.
To clear their doubts, the fitnah that we were commanded to refrain from is a disagreement that is happening between two people who are both upon righteousness, like the issue between Ali bn Abi Taalib Radiyallahu anh and Mu'aawiyah bn Abi Sufyaan Radiyallahu anh, and many other fitan that happen among scholars of Sunnah regarding disagreement that has nothing to do with aqeedah and Manhaj. But you see this battle we are fighting against Innovators and those who have become melting pots for Innovators, it is not that kind of fitnah. This is a fitnah we must repel.
We ask Allah for goodness.
