Signal System Update

A critical bug was found and fixed today.

What was wrong:
When the system decided SHORT was the winning direction, some signals were stored incorrectly as LONG. This meant the monitoring system was checking the wrong side — a SHORT signal could show wrong profit/loss or miss its TP/SL targets.

What was fixed:
All signal storage and monitoring now correctly respects the direction decided by the scanner. Both LONG and SHORT are now measured and tracked fairly from entry to exit.
