How QE Liquidity Flows Into Crypto

QE funds do NOT go directly into crypto.
They enter the system through large institutions, and crypto receives the liquidity only after several market rotations

Route of QE Liquidity

QE starts:
The Fed injects liquidity by buying Treasuries and MBS. Banks and institutions receive cheap capital

First rotation:
Institutions allocate liquidity into low-risk assets: Government bonds, blue-chip stocks, S&P 500 and NASDAQ

Second rotation:
Once equities stabilize, liquidity flows into Bitcoin, treated as a mid-risk macro asset

Third rotation:
After BTC rallies, capital rotates into Ethereum and top L1s

Fourth rotation:
Liquidity spreads to major altcoins

Final rotation:
Excess liquidity flows into: Mid-caps, low-caps, meme coins, new narratives (AI, RWA, Modular, etc)

One-line conclusion;
QE injects liquidity into institutions → equities → Bitcoin → Ethereum → major altcoins → midcaps → memes, following the classic risk-on rotation cycle

Cycle analogy:
QE starts in Q1 → Crypto is bullish in Q2–Q3
QE starts in Q2 → Crypto bullish in Q3–Q4
QE starts in Q3 → Crypto bullish in Q4–Q1 the next year

How QE Liquidity Flows Into Crypto QE funds do NOT go directly into crypto. They enter the system through large institutions, and crypto receives the liquidity only after several market rotations Route of QE Liquidity QE starts: The Fed injects liquidity…
The U.S. Treasury has conducted another $12.5 billion debt buyback only a week after the largest buyback in its history

This frequency is unusual and signals growing stress in the Treasury market. A buyback means the government is retiring its own debt early using newly issued funds, which adds liquidity into the system even if it's not labeled as QE

The actions suggest that high rates, rising refinancing costs, weakening demand for long-dated Treasuries, and tightening liquidity are creating pressure beneath the surface

When the Treasury intervenes like this, the added liquidity often moves beyond the bond market and flows into equities, credit, real assets, and eventually crypto

Historically, such technical operations mark the early phase of a new market cycle, where liquidity injections happen before the headlines acknowledge the shift.

I never changed my conviction about next year, the outline conclusion is still going according to plan 3-5 months left, can i still survive after getting a big success in dash but lost again because of trade emotions,-  😂

May Allah give something better and more than that.
