True Oneness

Understand that Your True self is that which is connected to everyone and everything in existence.

In truth you have never separated and there is no way to separate yourself from the whole, you can only believe that you are separate from everyone and everything else but this is complete Illusion and it is that which is called the Ego-self.

Everything that you think You are as a body and personality is completely dependent on everything around ''You''. Your body is made out of water, food, environment and different impressions which are inspired from the ''Outside''. Even your personality is influenced by the reflections and thoughts which people have given about you. You would not have any idea of who you are as a person if there were no reflections of who you might be on the outside.

It is all you, your True self.

Questions is, will your actions, speech and choices be on the behalf of your true identity Or the self which believes to be separate to everything else.

You know the answer😉

Ego vs Individuality

For long we have confused Ego with Individuality yet there is a big difference.

Ego Says:
I shall do, say and achieve what I want regardless of the impact upon others and without consideration for my fellow man and environment.

Individuality says:
I know what I authentically want by taking into account the wellbeing of all beings and the best interests of the whole. Aligning and synchronizing myself with what everyone deep down wants.

This is the way you will be able to discern if what you do and want is coming from Ego or authentic individuality.

Ask yourself;
Is your acting just serving you personally/ a few people like your country, race or group or is it serving and taking into account everyone and everything?

Nobody needs to lose in order for you to thrive.

Love includes everyone and if you believe otherwise, you are not loving unconditionally.

By taking everyone and everything as part of yourself you are aligning with your authenticity and true purpose.

Harmony 🏳️

Ego Transcendence

Extinguishing the influence of the Ego does not mean that you need to Kill your individuality or uniqueness.

Individuality has nothing to do with Ego as it does not get in the way of other individualities neither is it in conflict with the objective truth of Reality and is therefore in complete alignment with the incisiveness of the Universe.

Keep in Mind that those who happen to be identified with Ego/Separation consciousness are not Evil, they just happen to be operating through a ''Older'' Operative-system which still is helping us evolve. Yet, we do recognize it for what it is. Delusional

Believing in Ego-identity is no different than believing that Santa-Claus or a Ghost in the closet literally exists somewhere and arranging your whole life according to that belief.

Letting go of Ego simply means to Live with conscious Integrity.

There is a lasting Peace and Joy to know what you are.
Peace which is always with you regardless of your circumstance.

Essence

Say no Thank you

You do not have to follow all your friends and family to the end of the earth just to stay loyal or because you otherwise would be alone.

It is far better to be alone by yourself then feeling alone WITH your friends and family.

Standing up for Yourself and your individuality is one of the highest forms of service that you can offer the whole.

Let people know how you want to be treated and how you want them to treat other people, let them know your boundaries and stand up for them consistently.

If you keep getting disrespected then you will have to face the responsibility of letting them know that you will be withdrawing if they do not change.

You have to mean it.

They are actually a perfect reflection of your own shadows. Unwillingness of responsibility, fear of conflict and low self worth. This is what keeps you chained.

Be brave.

Standing up for Yourself will make people see somebody that respects themselves. Somebody with value and Somebody rich in their heart.
