Here’s a breakdown of the common reasons a campaign might get rejected on RollerAds—and what you can do if it happens.

The most frequent reasons are:
1️⃣ GEO or Device Issues: Our moderation team was not able to open the campaign for the GEO and devices selected.
2️⃣ Adult Content: We don’t allow explicit adult content. We’re keeping campaigns suitable for a broad audience.
3️⃣ Audible Campaign: Ads that start playing sound automatically can be disruptive. Check that your creative is set to run without sound.
4️⃣ Phishing & Malware: Security is critical. Campaigns containing phishing links or malware get flagged and won’t make it through. Make sure your links and landing pages are clean and safe.
5️⃣ Technical Support Scams: Ads pretending to offer “tech support” that’s actually a scam don’t fly here. This includes any campaigns that try to scare users into thinking there’s a problem with their device.
6️⃣ Misleading Ads: Campaigns should deliver what they promise. For example, if you advertise a Sweepstakes offer, the landing page shouldn’t lead to a dating site.
7️⃣ Disgusting and Repulsive Imagery: Creatives that are shocking, disgusting, or offensive aren’t allowed. We want ads to be engaging, not off-putting :)
8️⃣ Software Auto-downloader: Ads that initiate software downloads without clear user consent are a no-go.
9️⃣ Restricted Content: Ads for certain products and topics—like drugs, alcohol, weapons, and anything that might threaten public safety—are not allowed.
🔟 Unskippable Landing Pages: Landing pages need an easy way out, like a close button. Ads that “trap” users are banned, so double-check that your page includes a visible exit.
1️⃣1️⃣ Political and Propaganda Content: Promotion of political advertising, even while targeting specified countries with restrictions and complying with the country specific legal requirements, election laws, and applicable electoral silence periods mandates, is not allowed.
