“This organized criminal group, consisting of citizens of the Republic of Moldova, with a high degree of coordination among its members, has devised a well-determined plan of criminal activity and managed to embezzle financial resources from many members of the QSI community through alleged ICOs! They have sold false shares of both existing and non-existing companies! The investigation will determine the activities of these young individuals on the WhipLash347 and Quantum Stellar Initiative Telegram channels.”
