It's called diplomacy.

Alastair names names.

The combo that is running the Crash Test Dummy teleprompter: Mike Donilon, Steve Richetti, Bruce Reed, Ted Kaufman.

Sullivan and Little Blinkie are at the heart of what is known as the "inter-agency" racket. A.k.a. The Blob.

Alastair explains how what Sullivan and Blinkie discuss "is spread through a matrix of interlocking ‘clusters’ that includes the Military Industrial Complex, Congressional leaders, Big Donors, Wall Street, the Treasury, the CIA, the FBI, a few cosmopolitan oligarchs and the princelings of the security-intelligence world.”

Once again: The Blob.

Yet the KEY - invisible - point is WHO tells Sullivan and Blinkie what to do.

And these are the people who really run the show: the Big Families, and the Big Donors - old money and especially new (invisible Vanguard shareholders).

As for being “deceived” - that's WSJ nonsense. NOBODY has been deceived. Biden was chosen exactly for what he is: a crude, easily-manipulated lackey, and head of a crime family (so easily bribable). Everybody knew he was already becoming a zombie ages ago.
"They have admitted that they are chihuahuas."

Global Times: Iran will continue to look East under the new president.
The official channel of the Chinese Communist Party, Global Times, is so sure of this that it puts it right in the headline. What makes Chinese experts think so?
The newspaper analyzes the results of the second round of the presidential elections in Iran, which were won by the "reformer" Masoud Pezeshkian, and comes to an unequivocal conclusion: Tehran has neither the desire nor the opportunity to change its geopolitical orientation. Moreover, this is explained by both internal and purely external reasons.
"Whoever thinks that nothing can be done without America's favor will not govern Iran well," the Global Times mentions these words of Ayatollah Khamenei, uttered by him in a televised address on June 25.
It is impossible to change the existing antagonism between Tehran and Washington, Chinese experts explain. Iran's dominant conservatives, above all the IRGC elite, do not want this. But Washington also has no motivation to improve relations with Iran, Beijing believes. Moreover, "the US presidential election brings even more uncertainty to this issue," GT writes, however, without mentioning Israel in a word.
That is why, according to the Chinese, Peseshkian will continue to strengthen ties with both China and Russia. It is these diplomatic directions that are the consensus reached by Iranian politicians of the highest echelon and reinforced by Iran's accession to the SCO (2023) and BRICS (2024).
▪️ I must say that the article in the Global Times is a good example of "diplomacy in Chinese". The hidden essence of the publication is not stated directly anywhere, but it obviously follows from the entire text. It is as follows: if Iranians really want to raise their standard of living "in a difficult regional and international environment," then this can be done exclusively through China. Noone from the West will help here, it is pointless to seek the lifting of sanctions in the hope of boosting Iran's economy, and only economic partnership with China can save the country from poverty. Xi Jinping actually hinted at the same thing in congratulating Pezeshkian on his victory.
Indeed, as we wrote just yesterday, the Iranian leadership cannot withdraw from alliances with Russia and China in exchange for American money, because thereby it will immediately lose face — with all the ensuing problems on the domestic political front. We also pointed out the fact that 45% of Iran's imports and 55% of its exports come from China. However, Beijing should not expect Tehran to meekly accept its will in everything. Excellently able to stall for time and trade pauses, Iran will now carefully weigh its every step, seeking concessions from each side.
In these conditions of increased uncertainty — here the Global Times writes in unison with us — attention to Iran should be among Russia's priorities. China has indicated its position, the United States is waiting for November. The move is ours.

Viktor The Mediator has unceremoniously thrown pitiful "Garden and Jungle" Borrell in the teash heap - for good.

With his peace shuttle to Russia and China and at the summit of the Organization of Turkic States.

Nobody gives a damn about what rotten garden says. Everyone is glued to Orban's every move.

Russian Ambassador to the United States of America Antonov:

The hysteria being fomented here about the Okhmatdet hospital in Kiev that was damaged is a sample of virulent anti-Russian propaganda. The American officialdom and local columnists, without understanding the facts, are cynically using this tragedy against our country. The United States hypocritically omits the fact that the warhead that struck civilian infrastructure was a Ukrainian air defence missile. This is not the first time that we have seen the Kiev regime brazenly blaming its own barbaric crimes on the Russian Federation.
What happened says only one thing: the United States should stop supplying the Bandera terrorists with weapons that are killing civilians in Russia and Ukraine itself. However, the reality is that the incident with the destroyed hospital, which occurred on the eve of the NATO summit in Washington, appears to have been perceived by Kiev's Western patrons as a "perfect gift" to justify further escalation of the conflict and the continuation of the war to the last Ukrainian.

Pezeshkian informed Putin by telephone that Iran is ready to sign a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with Russia in October at the BRICS summit in Kazan.

Note: the isolation of Russia is quite effective. We are isolated exlusively from twats and chihuahuas

The United States promised Yeltsin not to expand NATO without consulting Russia.

This became known from a
declassified archival document published on the website of the National Security Archive at George Washington University.

"Yeltsin and his foreign minister in 1997, Yevgeny Primakov, provided the Americans neither the “grudging endorsement” of NATO expansion that the U.S. hoped for nor even the “acquiescence” that subsequent American memoirs claimed. Rather, as Yeltsin told Clinton personally at Helsinki in March 1997: “Our position has not changed. It remains a mistake for NATO to move eastward. But I need to take steps to alleviate the negative consequences of this for Russia. I am prepared to enter into an agreement with NATO, not because I want to but because it is a forced step. There is no other solution for today.”

Absolutely essential Michael Hudson essay. Will refer to it in detail in one of my columns next week.
