En el año de la presidencia rusa de los BRICS, el Foro Económico Internacional de San Petersburgo (SPIEF) tenía que ofrecer algo especial.
Y así fue: más de 21.000 personas en representación de nada menos que 139 naciones, un verdadero microcosmos de la Mayoría Global, debatieron todas las facetas del impulso hacia un mundo multipolar, multinodal (la cursiva es mía) y policéntrico.
San Petersburgo, más allá de todas las redes de contactos y la frenética negociación de acuerdos -78.000 millones de dólares en sólo tres días-, elaboró tres mensajes clave entrelazados que ya resuenan en toda la Mayoría Global.

Более качественные спутниковые снимки последствий прилета украинских БПЛА-камикадзе на стоянку истребителей Су-57 на аэродроме Ахтубинск Астраханской области.
Повезло, что дроны противника несколько не долетели до истребителя и последний получил лишь повреждения, степень которых по фотографиям определить трудно. Зато что точно можно определить так это бесполезность нарисованных на стоянке бортов - около настоящего Су-57 виден нарисованный, который, внезапно, не помог и по каким-то совершенно непонятным причинам операторы беспилотников противника смогли отличить 2Д самолеты от настоящих. Загадка.
Вопросом об эффективности подобного рисования мы задавались еще в марте

F-16s AS LEGITIMATE TARGETS
CONTEXT, by Chairman of the Duma Defense Committee, Andrey Kartapolov:
If the F-16s “are not used for their intended purpose” or are simply held in storage at foreign airbases with the intent to transfer them to Ukraine, where they will be equipped, maintained, and flown from Ukrainian airfields, then Russia would have no claims against its “former partners” and would not target them.
However, if the jets take off from foreign bases and carry out sorties and strikes against Russian forces, both the fighter planes and the airfields they are stationed at will be “legitimate targets.”
