This part of the earnings report solidified some things I already felt I knew.

Don’t let them take your tendies. Going to be really obvious in hindsight when everything comes to fruition.

I’m going to explain why I like tendies so much here.

Tendies as a concept/phrase/meme is intertwined with Robinhood and the WSB culture they helped to create.

And now, with the organic move from $0 —> $35m —> $9m —> $15m —> $yada yada yada you have a really well-washed grassroots “memecoin” that isn’t tied to anything outside of the chain’s growth.

I would take the longterm bet that for every x% RH chain moves up in TVL, tendies moves more or less in lockstep.

There is also minimal risk (nil compared to essentially every other coin on RH) of tendies becoming irrelevant. Because of the terminology’s history and continued usage within the native RH/WSB community, it simply cannot not become abandoned, dead, or irrelevant. You cannot say this for virtually any other coin right now.

Tendies is inherently valuable by virtue of its ticker and (now) price action. There is no scenario where it is zero, unless Robinhood chain is a failed experiment.
