I’ve added a brand-new system to the game — Perks. This is a deep and meaningful mechanic that directly affects how you play! 🧩

Perks shape your character, define your strengths, and push your business in a specific direction. You’ll gain powerful bonuses, but every advantage comes with tough and irreversible choices. 🎯

Before starting a new game, you’ll build your character by answering questions from early childhood to adulthood. These answers define your starting attributes and initial perks, making every playthrough feel different from the very beginning. 👤

The game features separate level groups, each with its own set of perks. Each group progresses independently. To unlock new perks, you must increase the level of the corresponding group. Levels are increased by performing actions related to that area.

For example, to develop Production and Technology, you will need to conduct research, invest in research, sign contracts with factories, and improve production processes. 📊

Upon reaching certain levels, you are presented with a choice between two perks. The selected perk becomes permanent and cannot be changed or reset. ⚖️

The system includes 80 unique perks. Many of them are intentionally situational and encourage different development paths, making each playthrough distinct in terms of strengths, weaknesses, and overall company strategy. 🏗

Today, I'm excited to introduce the completely redesigned CPU editor—one of the deepest systems in the game to date. It's no longer just a feature, but a fully-fledged standalone editor with hundreds of parameters. 🚀

Before creating a CPU, you need to select the device it's intended for. Each category has its own balance, unique features, and development philosophy. 📱

You start by naming your CPU and choosing (or creating) a series with your own logo and branding. 🏷

The design system includes over 100 base styles, custom logos, chip text, patterns, and even laptop sticker designs. You can create anything from minimalist business CPUs to aggressive gaming chips. 🎨

Core specifications include clock speed, core count, architecture, manufacturing process, and more. Any change impacts performance, efficiency, and heat dissipation. 🔬

You can choose a ready-made graphics card from the manufacturer or order a custom one with customized parameters. Custom solutions provide flexibility, but also increase production costs. 🎮

Power consumption and cooling are crucial. Overheating leads to throttling, so it's essential to carefully balance performance and temperature. The in-game heat map clearly shows what causes the greatest thermal stress. 🌡

Finally, you choose the licensing model: sell your processors to other companies for a profit or keep them exclusive for a competitive advantage. ✍️
