Opening a company store costs money and the amount of opening a store will depend on the region. For example, the USA, China or South Korea has the most device stores in the world (your future competitors) and the cost of opening a store can be more expensive.

Opening a company store also depends on the residents in the region. For example, opening a lot of shops in a country with a small population or a low level of income of residents is not a good idea. However, these countries should not be forgotten either, and the opening of a small number of stores can be beneficial.

The editor has changed compared to our previous games. Now you will be able to choose what you want to add to the presentation (new smartphones, tablets, laptops, watches, headphones, operating system, processors).

As in real life, you will be able to edit the name of your presentation/event. For example, Apple calls its presentations «WWDC 2022». The choice of the name of the event, its style and logo will be up to you! The presentation can be held before the release of your devices, just like in real life.

You will also have the opportunity to choose the type of presentation: cheap, standard or rich. For example, choosing an expensive presentation will help attract more audience through investment. However, everything will depend on the quality of your devices. If your devices are not very good and will not impress your fans, then even choosing an expensive presentation will not help attract fans. You can also observe the number of viewers online, which depends on the quality of your presentation.

You will now be able to select a location for the presentation. You will have access to many cities and scenes in which you can hold a presentation/event. Selecting a country where your devices sell less well will help you attract the attention of new fans from that country.

CREATING YOUR SOFTWARE 👨🏼‍💻

In «Devices Tycoon» you will have the opportunity to create your own software for your devices. This will allow you to expand your company and open up an additional source of income. You will be able to create applications such as a taxi service (like Uber), a streaming service (like Twitch), a world map application (like Google Maps) and many other applications.

Why is this needed? Creating applications will allow you to earn additional income and create unique applications for your devices. You will be able to choose the names of your applications and the platform (Web software, mobile software, PC software or watch software). You can also choose how your applications will be distributed: public use (for all devices) or private use (only for your devices).

For example, public use will allow you to earn more profit, while private use will add exclusivity to your company and motivate users to buy your devices.

You will also need to update your software regularly. If you think that some software does not require proper attention or does not bring the necessary profit, then you can close the project (announcing to the fans that the project is no longer supported by your developers).
