Russian forces have entered the first few houses of Novonikolaevka, and are on the outskirts of Yablunovka. Fighting continues inside of Yunakovka.

Russia now controls 9 towns in Sumy, with 3 being contested and controls an area of 139 sqkm. For reference, Russian control in the Volchansk direction of Kharkov is 223 sqkm.
