Japan differs severely from Western nations when it comes to foreign migrants. It is known as 'Laylatul Qadr', or 'The Night of Destiny' / 'The Night of Decree'. It carries a very strong symbolic meaning, as it is believed this night will determine the world's destiny for the year to come.

In 2017, the IRGC Aerospace Force carried out 'Operation Laylatul Qadr' on this exact night, targeting ISIS strongholds in Syria with a large-scale missile attack, killing over 170 terrorists. This night is very significant in religious symbolism.
