🇺🇸⚡️- Biden's ultimatum to the State of Texas ends today at 12PM CST. If Texas personnel continue to prevent federal officials from entering Shelby Park, a retaliation on the part of the federal government is to be expected.

At this time, it's highly unlikely that Texas will stand down from Shelby Park.

🇺🇸🇺🇦⚡️- House Speaker Mike Johnson said that an aid package for Ukraine, negotiated in the Senate, will not pass through Congress.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 - Footage of Ukrainian POWs being loaded into the Il-76 that would later be shot down by Ukraine. Preliminary Russian investigations conclude it was done with a French or American designed anti air system.

🇺🇸⚡️- Footage from Eagle Pass today. The sources on the ground report an increased presence of razor wire and Texan troops.

🇺🇸⚡️- The Biden Administration has paused all future liquid natural gas contracts, an industry benefiting Texas' economy. This might be a form of retaliation on the part of the federal government.

🇺🇸⚡️- An official with the federal government told Fox News that they will no longer be removing the razor wire established by Texas.

Texas has won this dispute with the federal government, and the federal government is now seriously undermined.

🇺🇸 - While this standoff at Eagle Pass is still ongoing, the response by the federal government (or the lack thereof) sets a new national precedent.

The federal government has the authority under the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution to supersede state decisions. Biden and his administration had every legal right to step in and overrule Texas, especially with the US Supreme Court and their ruling on the side of the federal government.

However, with a little bit of resistance, defiance, and pressure, Texas and a handful of states were able to overrule the federal government, simply by forcing them in a situation to not act.

This new precedent now says that states can resist the federal government if they push back hard enough. Some would draw many parallels to this and the Soviet Union in 1991 under Gorbachev.

🇺🇸⚡️- A senior official with the United States Border Patrol told Fox News that the Border Patrol had no intentions of removing the barbed wire fence established by Texas.

🇺🇸 - It doesn't seem like this pause had anything to do with Texas directly.

🇺🇸 - This does not mean that the standoff is over. The ultimatum given to Texas is still in place, according to senior officials.

🇺🇸⚡️- The White House says that Texas has defied the Supreme Court.

🇺🇸⚡️- A reporter practically begging the Biden Administration to federalize the Texas National Guard during a press briefing.

🇺🇸🇬🇧⚡️- The United States is set to deploy nuclear weapons to the United Kingdom for the first time in 15 years.

🇺🇸⚡️- President Trump has been ordered by a court to pay $83.3 million to E. Jean Carroll in his civil suit.

🇮🇱🇱🇧⚡️- Escalating armed clashes on the Israel-Lebanon border.

🇬🇧🇾🇪⚡️- The Marlin Luanda, a British-flagged chemical tanker, was struck by an anti-ship ballistic missile fired by the Houthis.

🇮🇱🇱🇧⚡️- The IDF is moving a high volume of equipment and supplies to the northern border with Lebanon.

🇺🇸⚡️- A train transporting dozens of M1 Abrams and Bradley tanks through Texas, towards the southern border. All of these vehicles belong to the Texas National Guard.

-A second and third row of barbed wire fences were established at Shelby Park and other parts of the border
-Multiple military convoys belonging to the Texas National Guard were spotted in Texas, moving to the southern border
-Self-propelled artillery pieces have been relocated to the southern border
