Berlin officials are preparing for Russian interference tomorrow amidst local elections. Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis has reiterated that Russia was in a hybrid war with the Czech Republic and that Czech intelligence services reported an uptick in Russian covert activity.

🇱🇹🇷🇺⚡️- Per Polskie Radio, Lithuania is preparing mass evacuation plans for its civilian population at the request of its government. Certain outlets have falsely reported the evacuation was imminent. In reality, the new plans are an update of previous similar planifications in the event of potential warfare and no immediate evacuation is planned anywhere in the Baltics.

🇷🇺 - Over the past week, Russia has increased the number of beds reserved for military casualties in hospitals in the northwest regions–including Leningrad–by 20,000.
