🇾🇪⚡- Ansarullah have gone on the offensive and have begun attacking Sharira in an attempt to advance towards Jabal Jirdad - southwest Ta'izz countryside.

🇾🇪 - In the past hour, Yemeni sources have around the globe telling every major outlet that Ansarullah have "laid mines in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait."

Note, the original claim was made by the Yemeni and then the Saudi representatives at the UN Security Council (chaired by Saudi Arabia and the UK) over the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb. The UNSC meeting ended a little over an hour ago.

These claims were then echoed by Saudi media, from internal media to Riyadh-owned international outlets, including al-Arabiya, as Rerum Novarum reported earlier.

There is currently no evidence of the laying of mines in the Bab el-Mandeb. The claims by the UNSC representatives and Saudi media seem to be yet another attempt by Riyadh to turn the Yemeni file into an international cause, and to get the US, the UK, and the EU to support its cause.

A similar attempt was made earlier, targeting the global Muslim population, over the alleged 'Mecca attack'.

🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡- BREAKING: Israeli jets carried out multiple simulation runs on Iran throughout today, even breaking into Iranian northwestern airspace at times.

🇮🇷 - Iranian sources earlier did report unidentified jets in the west of Iran which triggered the evacuation of "sensitive" sites in Tehran.
