🇾🇪 - Situation update in the Ta'izz direction:

After nearly 24 hours of fighting, Ansarullah's offensive along the Ta'izz axis appears to have failed.

Ansarullah initially achieved tactical gains, capturing several positions around the Bani Bakari Heights overlooking al-Qash‘ah and Jabal Nu'man. Following the advances in the heights west of Bani Bakari, Ansarullah forces pushed towards Jabal al-Rawa in an attempt to reach the As Safi crossroads.

However, reinforcements from the Presidential Leadership Council, including the Giant Brigades and Homeland Shield Forces, launched a counteroffensive in the Bani Bakari sector, recapturing the lost positions and reversing all of Ansarullah's gains.

The objective of the Ansarullah operation was clear:

- Seize the Bani Bakari Heights and isolate Ta'izz from Jabal al-Rawa and As Safi. The Bani Bakari heights provided Ansarullah full fire control over the Ta'izz - As Safi road.

- The al-Houthi forces would then attack Jabal al-Rawa and its crossroad As Safi just south, and had the surrounding high grounds around fallen, the main supply route linking Ta'izz to Dhubab and the Bab el-Mandeb corridor would have been severed.

- The loss of the As Safi crossroad would have forced PLC forces to rely on the much longer coastal route from Aden to sustain Dhubab, the logistical hub for the National Resistance Forces operating along the Hays front. In turn, this would have placed the entire Hays direction at significant risk.

🇺🇸🫏⚡- In the latest nationwide DSA obfuscation program, social media posts from Will Lawrence, the DSA-aligned candidate for MI-7, have been unearthed.

Lawrence deleted hundreds of social media posts, which included calls for the abolition of borders, prisons, police, capitalism, fossil fuels, and the Senate. Lawrence proceeded to say that the Hetero-Patriarchal nuclear family was a “violent way of organizing society”; he later argued that “Queer families” create material conditions for solidarity as opposed to normal people. He also said on Indigenous Peoples’ Day that he hopes the 21st century will begin an Indigenous Millennium, without the nation-state and capitalism.

This embodies the DSA’s obfuscation campaign, as Will Lawrence’s campaign website purports to focus on affordability and “ending the endless wars” while concealing his true ideological motivations for the literal abolition of America and civilization.

🇾🇪⚡- Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council has advised all civilians to stay away from Ansarullah military positions in the al-Houthi controlled areas of the Hays and Ta'izz directions, southwest Yemen.

🇾🇪 - Southern Transitional Council (STC) protests were held across southern Yemen today, with demonstrators opposing involvement in the Yemeni civil war, which participants described as a "Saudi-Iranian conflict" rather than a southern cause.

Protesters urged former STC fighters–estimated at between 75,000 and 100,000 personnel–not to join military operations against Ansarullah, arguing that the conflict in northern Yemen is neither their responsibility nor their concern.

The former STC's military formations include some of Yemen's most capable and well-trained forces, including:
- Security Belt Forces,
- Hadhrami Elite Forces,
- Storm Brigades.

Since the end of the PLC-STC conflict earlier this year, several former STC-aligned formations have pledged support to the Presidential Leadership Council, including:
- Abyan Emergency Forces,
- Shabwah Emergency Forces,
- Quick Rapid Forces,
- Division 22,
- Giant Brigades,
- Tareq Saleh's Brigades (Presidential Guards),
- Tihamah Brigades.

Note, several former STC groups are already participating in military operations against Ansarullah, including the Giant Brigades and Tihamah Brigades.

🇮🇷⚡- Anti-ship missile launches from Sirik, southern Iran, towards the Strait of Hormuz.

🇫🇷⚡️- Jordan Bardella has threatened to leave the National Rally following Le Pen's plan to re-incorporate her niece Marion Maréchal within the party. The political heir to Marine Le Pen has not been able to find his place within the party following Marine's presidential candidacy confirmation.

🇫🇷🇬🇧⚡️- Jordan Bardella, president of the National Rally French party, signed a memorandum with Nigel Farage promising to return every immigrant intercepted in the English Channel back to France in case both candidates are elected.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡️- A Russian drone hit the SBU's headquarters in Kyiv today for the first time since 2022. According to local outlets, the SBU acting head's office was specifically targeted.

🇾🇪⚡- Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council air force launched multiple airstrikes on Ansarullah positions in the Hays and Ta'izz directions, southwest Yemen.

🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡- "We’ve now tagged 17 crude oil and gas (LNG & LPG) ship-to-ship transfers which took place yesterday (2026-09-04) in the Gulf of Oman. At least 24 million barrels were being exchanged.

We also identified many more oil-laden tankers waiting for a dance partner in those waters. It appears that the dance floor itself is the limitation. It's getting quite crowded and port services are kept busy around the clock to ensure smooth and safe transfers.

In addition, we spotted at least 7.25 million barrels, along with two more LNG tankers, assembling to transit the SoH into the Gulf of Oman under the protection of US CENTCOM.
